I encountered an issue with accessing my Roblox account after reinstalling the app. Despite having successfully logged in and out previously with the correct password, upon reinstalling the app, I was unable to log in as it stated the password was incorrect. I suspect my account may have been compromised. I have not linked my email or phone number to the account. Is there a way for me to change the password under these circumstances?

My Roblox account, "charbelo123", was hacked by someone four days ago. I tried entering my account code but couldn't log in despite multiple attempts. I then checked my sister's account she had added and noticed my avatar had changed strangely. The profile displayed "(i was hacket potatos)". I spent about 5 years playing on this account and had invested around $[redacted] for lots of robux. Suddenly, someone took over my account and is playing with it. The account password was "delette123" but now it doesn't work. My friends are trying to help me. Please, I've put a lot of effort into this account and can't just abandon it like this. Please help me.

I suspect that the user sevengrand on Roblox may have compromised my account, MaxGamers109. Today, upon redeeming a $10 Roblox gift card, I received [redacted] Robux. Shortly after, I noticed all the Robux were gone. A transaction showed a purchase of a clan from Echo Fighters, owned by sevengrand. On his profile, he acquired a Captain Steelshanks Recruiting Staff for [redacted] Robux on the same day. To be cautious, I have changed my password. While other group members could be involved, it seems unlikely. I kindly request an investigation into sevengrand's actions, potential account suspension, and restoration of my [redacted] Robux. I, like many Roblox players, have experienced falling for scams. Recently, another player promised me 3k robux, which at the time seemed like a good deal. However, I now realize it was too good to be true. Unfortunately, I shared my account password, leading to the hacker changing my email, password, and potentially even my pin. To resolve this, I am requesting Roblox to reach out to my email ([redacted]), assisting me in reverting back to my original email, as well as helping me reset my password and pin.

Roblox Username: joukha123 For the past 5 months, whenever I play a game, I face bullying from other players who use foreign languages to insult me and swear. They have even exploited a chat glitch to continuously harass me. This all started in a game called Piggy when a girl criticized me for a typo, then followed me to another game to continue bullying. The situation has escalated with more people joining in. They falsely accuse me of swearing and bullying, although I haven't engaged with them negatively. I'm reaching out for help to address this ongoing issue. I have video evidence of the bullying if needed. Thank you for any assistance you can provide to stop this behavior.

I am seeking assistance with a matter regarding my Roblox account. A few months ago, I entrusted a close friend to manage my account as I was losing interest in the game. My 9-year-old sister has had her ROBLOX account, TinyPrincessJasmine5, for almost 5 years. Yesterday, around 8 P.M., she was suddenly logged out and we couldn't log back in despite using the correct username and password. Even after trying on multiple devices, the issue persisted. When I messaged her account from mine, I received a suspicious message about getting ROBUX in a game with a link. Unfortunately, we can't reset the password as there is no email, 2-step verification, pin, or phone number on her account. We are upset about this situation and hope to get her account back soon. I purchased the playful vampire for over $[redacted] around two weeks ago. While playing Trade Hangout on 6/5/20, I encountered a user named T_YGR3 who offered me a trade for his "projected items" which included the black commando and Unlucky top hat. Even though these items were valued at around 22k altogether, I declined as I didn't like them. Subsequently, another user with "YT" in their name and a blue valkyrie helmet approached me and inquired about the trade. This user then took me to a secluded spot and introduced me to a concept he called "project item flipping", claiming it could make me rich quickly. He mentioned I could obtain a valk in just three days through this method. Feeling doubtful and confused, I expressed my concerns to him, but he pressured me into countering the trade with two cheaper limited items. Eventually, after reluctantly agreeing, he assured me of potential riches and left, unfriending me immediately. Unfortunately, I fell victim to his deceptive tactics due to my inexperience in trading.

When I logged in on the 4th, I noticed several trades that I did not initiate, resulting in the possession of an item I did not acquire and a premium purchase I did not make. To secure the account, I promptly set up a PIN, activated two-factor email authentication, and updated my password after reporting the incident through a support ticket. Unfortunately, upon logging in today, I discovered that my account had been banned. The affected account's username is Krissvamp.

A few days ago, I tried to join my friend's private server on Roblox using my iPad but encountered issues with the Join button. Following my friends' advice, I deleted Roblox to reinstall it but faced a challenge as I could not recall my password. After attempting to reset it for three days, I logged back in yesterday only to find myself signed out without access to my password. Attempts to receive verification codes via email or phone were futile due to ongoing issues with sending them. Later, upon creating a new account to progress in Adopt Me, I discovered that my old account and new account were no longer friends, despite having connected them previously. Monitoring my old account revealed it was online when I was not, leading me to suspect possible hacking activities, especially after observing it unfriending several acquaintances.

My account, AverageBatman2016, was hacked, and despite reporting it multiple times and filling out forms, no action has been taken. This has been very distressing, and I wish Roblox would address the issue promptly. The hacker, GxkuTVLX, has targeted others as well. I have evidence, including pictures, to support my claim. I recently encountered a scam while trading in the game. The individual I was trading with engaged in a fail trade scheme, where you need to give an item before the trade fails. In this case, I offered a sandwich, my fully grown Legendary Fly Ride Kangaroo, Ride Ginger Cat (Ultra Rare from Star Streak), and my Ride King Bee given to me by a YouTuber. During the trade, I placed the sandwich and if the trade had proceeded as it should have, it would have failed. Unfortunately, the other player returned the sandwich prematurely, tricked me, and proceeded to accept the trade, scamming me. In a private chat, they maliciously declared, "GET SCAMMED," and swiftly left the game. Your assistance in recovering my lost pets would be greatly appreciated.
