Hello, I am seeking help with my daughter's Roblox account. I have made multiple attempts to address this issue, but the responses I received were generic and did not address my concerns. I previously requested the removal of the username "kingethanthesecond" from public access as my daughter now uses "mudkipscience." The original username was selected when my son, Ethan, was 10 years old. Since then, he has transitioned, and the name she uses now is Emily. Emily has been bullied on the site after someone discovered her old username. This was reported earlier this month, yet the user "emilytransoppress" is still active and bullying her. Several users search and use her old name to bully her, not only on your site but also on other platforms. Emily utilizes online forums for support and to communicate with friends. It used to be a safe space for her until now. Unfortunately, she has become withdrawn, started self-harming, and I recently found medication she had considered taking due to feeling helpless against the relentless bullying. I have researched Roblox's ability to hide previous usernames. In a prior email to my daughter, it was mentioned that "Customer care can only remove a username when it is a privacy concern, such as your personal name that you don’t want others to see." This is a privacy concern for Emily as it is the only platform where her former name is still visible. For her safety, mental well-being, and to prevent further bullying, I kindly request the removal of the previous username "kingethanthesecond" from the records. Roblox was initially designed as a game development platform, not a place for bullying. The distress and anguish this situation is causing Emily are unimaginable. To shield my daughter from additional bullying, safeguard her mental health, and allow her to use the site as intended, I respectfully ask for the removal of any reference to her previous legal name. I'm having trouble accessing my account after being logged out unexpectedly. I am certain my password hasn't changed, but I still can't regain access. Despite reaching out for assistance over the phone, I haven't received a response. I am feeling frustrated because of the lack of support provided in the past two days. I am sorry to report that my account has been hacked. The hacker altered the email to [redacted], whereas the original email for the account was [redacted] Additionally, the hacker implemented a two-step verification process along with a pin. I kindly request assistance to regain access to my account and update the email back to [redacted], as well as allowing me to change my pin. While I was gaming with friends on Roblox, I received a notification that another device logged into my account, kicking me out. I couldn't remember my password and felt anxious all week. I provided proof of ownership with Google Play card receipts but received no helpful responses. The last email stating they couldn't contact me angered and scared me. Desperate to regain access, I sought out solutions and attempted to reset my password to recover my account and inform my friends.

Hello, I'm Quinn Waldron, and I'm 13 years old. I was on Roblox earlier today, around five to six hours before 7:30, playing bloxburg. I wanted my friend to build me a house, so I planned to purchase more bloxburg cash with the [redacted] Robux I had. However, when I tried to buy more, it showed that I had 0 Robux. I checked the homepage to confirm, and it still displayed 0 Robux. I suspect that I was hacked as I had purchased 4,[redacted] Robux yesterday, and now it's all gone. I visited RBLX Land and only entered my username before closing the website. Later, I noticed my Roblox chat was spamming RBLX Land links, even though I didn't do it. I reached out to customer support, but faced long wait times and no resolution. The next day, I was locked out of my account due to an incorrect password. After changing it, the issue reoccurred, and I had to reset the password again. Despite not hearing back from Roblox support, my account was compromised again recently. When I attempted to reset the password, I discovered my email was no longer linked to the account. Even after trying with another email, I couldn't regain access. This situation is distressing as my account holds years of progress. I didn't anticipate such consequences from just entering my username. This morning, I discovered an attempted login on my PC that I suspected could be my brother. Upon visiting the ROBLOX website, I noticed a significant decrease in my robux balance, which should have remained at [redacted] after my purchases. Furthermore, I observed that several limited hats and faces were missing. Upon checking my transaction history, I saw a trade with a user named Smilephonies, even though I usually have trading disabled. I have since adjusted my settings and would appreciate the return of my robux and items. I believe there is room for improvement in the account security features on the website.

Hello, I discovered that my account, PUSHEENSareLOVABLE, was hacked around 10:15 PM on June 29th by a user named MellyWRLD. MellyWRLD was found with the limited items they took from my account in their inventory. The total value of the lost limited items was about $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as the hacker changed the password. Would you kindly check the trades around 10:00 PM on 6/29 to identify what items MellyWLRD took from my account? Additionally, I had a $10 premium membership on the account that I cannot cancel. I would like to request the cancellation of this membership to avoid being charged for future months when I was not in control of the account. I hope to regain access to my account and recover the lost items. If account retrieval is not feasible, I would appreciate a refund and no charges for the membership moving forward. I recently discovered that my account was compromised, and despite having 2-step verification, someone was able to access it without me receiving any email notifications. They took all my limited items and 53,[redacted] Robux. I reached out to customer support, and after 10 days of waiting, my request was forwarded to the Account Restores team seven days ago. Unfortunately, I have yet to have my issue resolved or receive any communication from them. I sent a follow-up inquiry yesterday (7/9) to check on the progress, but I have not received any response. It has been seven days since they last emailed me.

I recently received an email informing me that my two-step verification has been disabled. However, when I attempted to log in to my account, I was unable to access it. Even after trying to reset my password using my email, I did not receive a response because the hacker had changed the email associated with my account. I have tried various methods without success. My email address is J***********[redacted] and my username is J**********o123. I can verify that it's my account as I recently sold a Roblox hat and received [redacted] Robux. The last time I checked, I had [redacted] Robux, and my account was created on 24/04/[redacted]. If you require more information, please let me know. Yesterday, my Roblox account was compromised by someone posing as a girl who promised me 2,[redacted] Robux. I fell for the scam because she was in my friend's list. After giving her my password, I was suddenly logged out of my account. Not only did she change my password, but she also altered my email address. I've invested a lot of money and Robux into that account. I urgently request to have her removed from my account and to restore access. She has unfriended my friends, added unknown individuals, and disrupted my gameplay. My friend tried to reason with her without success. Identifying her as @CANDYLOVEERR, she changed my Email to [redacted], which is not mine. I implore you to remove her from my account and permanently ban her from Roblox. My brother recently discovered he has been banned from his account, YouTube_rgt. Confused and upset, he has been using this account for years without any issues. He primarily enjoys playing games with his friends, especially car and dragon games, and prefers to keep to himself while playing. We are unsure why he was banned as he has not engaged in any negative behavior to our knowledge. Normally, I assist him in handling any problems he encounters, such as dealing with bullies or other disturbances that may arise online. I had my account (FatWetBussy1) reported by two 11-year-olds who misunderstood me. While joking with a friend in Piggy, they accused us of being rude, even though we weren't interacting with them. Their usernames with "09" suggest their age and raise concerns about playing Piggy, a game involving a pig that chases and kills players, may not be suitable. Regarding my username, if it's acceptable in Roblox chat, then it should be allowed as my account name since Roblox creators have approved it for kids. I was born in [redacted], old enough to responsibly use Roblox. I request to have my account reinstated, as I also have Robux in my account.

After locating the help section and following the "Forgot Password/ Username" link, I entered the phone number associated with my account. Upon receiving a verification code and resetting the password, I unexpectedly accessed a different account named "AnotherT15mollyacc." Unfortunately, upon logging back into my original account, "T15molly," I discovered that all my progress, including friends, robux, diamonds, skirts, levels, and Bloxburg houses, is missing. I am hopeful that my new password, "Hotwings-1," can be somehow merged with my old account, "T15molly." Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Entering the game, NewFissy offered a mega neon fly ride frost dragon, a mega neon fly ride shadow dragon, a mega neon fly ride giraffe, and a mega neon fly ride king monkey. The trade was accepted, then I was prompted to enter my username and password (iheartpuppys01). Believing I would receive the promised pets within 24 hours, I eagerly awaited. Yet, when checking my inventory the next day, my fly ride arctic reindeer, fly ride evil unicorn, and neon ride panda were missing. Distressed, I changed my password to secure my account. Seeking a resolution, I hope to retrieve my missing pets and also receive the mentioned mega neon pets.
