I am Jasmine, and I am writing to request a refund for unauthorized purchases made on my credit card. On May 13, [redacted], my 9-year-old son played Roblox on his iPad during homeschooling due to COVID-19. He made $[redacted].47 AUD in in-app purchases without my knowledge. I only found out about these purchases when I received an email from the Apple Store the next day. His iPad has been taken away as a consequence, and although there are still 4,[redacted] Robux on the account, he will not be allowed to play for a while. His username is yeetmaster0914. I have contacted the Apple Store, but their assistance has been minimal. I have received approximately $[redacted] AUD refunded so far, but I am requesting a full refund as I cannot afford these purchases as a single mother of two. It has put me in a dire financial situation. One of the purchase details is ORDER ID MLTLB4K4YD and DOCUMENT NO. [redacted]18. I sincerely hope that my refund request can be approved. I recently regained access to my account after having to temporarily hand it over due to a breach caused by someone who gained access to my cousin's Roblox account. Unfortunately, within two days of having control of my account again, it was hacked once more. Despite changing the password and taking necessary precautions, the hackers still managed to infiltrate my account. I have been attempting to recover it for about two months now, but Roblox's moderation system is requesting an Amazon payment verification that I am unable to provide. My Amazon tablet is currently malfunctioning, rendering me unable to fulfill this request. I have reached out to the individual I previously gave my account to, but she claims ignorance regarding the changes made to my email address. I suspect she may be withholding information and potentially knows the hacker. I have invested over $[redacted] into this account and am eager to regain access to it. My Roblox username is anestehia.

Hello, my Roblox account that I have had for a while was scammed and hacked. Unfortunately, I accidentally entered my password in a fake free Robux rewards site which led to this situation. To make things worse, I never linked an email or phone number to my account, so I am unable to reset it. I had purchased the premium membership per month using a Roblox gift card, and I am expecting more in June. Additionally, I have bought Robux in the past with a gift card, and I am concerned about the hacker taking control of my account and removing it. I am eager to regain access to my old Roblox account. I was looking through my friend's account and clicked on a group she follows. Upon seeing a comment about getting a free shadow dragon, I joined the game and entered my user and password. After leaving to play Adopt Me, I couldn't access my account due to someone using it from a different device. Despite repeatedly trying to log in with the correct password, I received an "incorrect password" message. I searched for solutions without success. I suspect the game creator hacked my account as I can't play any games and keep getting kicked out. I'm worried about losing my account, which I've had for 2 years. My account was compromised as the PIN I set on my email account was removed. I hadn't shared my information, but someone managed to access it. I attempted to contact support for help but to no avail. If this issue isn't addressed, I will cease playing any games on your platform. Such instances may deter new users from joining Roblox. I lost 54k in in-game currency, and though I had evidence, I deleted it out of frustration with the lack of assistance. The Customer Service provided is lacking, and it's disheartening. GlitchySnowflake had access to my contact details and social accounts linked to the account, and I can't fathom why this was changed. Following an attack, I doubt the situation will be rectified. Having been a player since [redacted], it's disappointing to see the older player base dwindling. I possess evidence of the incident, but my hopes for assistance are low.

My daughter has been using her Roblox account for several years. She recently got locked out of it, which has left her feeling very upset. She explained to me that while playing games on the app, a message would pop up asking her to sign in with her email to avoid being logged out. Unfortunately, she did not respond to the message correctly and got locked out as a result. Despite creating a new account with different details, the same issue occurred. I'm worried because I just added money to her most recent account and she has put a lot of effort into her original account over the years. Is there any way to recover both accounts? I wanted to change my username but forgot my password. When I checked the email address in the settings, I realized I needed the forgotten password. Since I was on my laptop, I decided to log out on my phone to reset the password, but then switched back to my laptop. When trying to play Bloxburg, I encountered a login issue. Attempting to reset the password led me to a verification process I couldn't complete as I hadn't added an email or phone number to my Cloud_247 account. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my account, as I've invested time and money into it.

I tried to purchase a neon, fly, ride shadow dragon for my friend's birthday on a free "Adopt Me" pet game. After successfully getting the dragon, it abruptly logged me out of the account, and now my password is not working. I am unable to reset it since I did not add my email or phone number to the account. This account serves as an alternative for my YouTube videos, and now I am unable to record without being surrounded by a server. Additionally, I have unfortunately been scammed for [redacted],[redacted] Robux on all the pets in "Adopt Me" and all the accessories in "Royale High." I cherish my Roblox account and hope to regain access to everything promptly.

Reference # [redacted]8: My child's account was hacked, along with many of her friends. A person tried to access her account, and we reported the email change immediately when notified. However, you claim you cannot verify the ownership. Unacceptable! We can provide bank records to prove ownership, but you only asked for the original email, which is easy to forget. The email used to verify the change was [redacted], clearly indicating ownership. We expect you to recover her account, as we invested money into it, and she had valuable items she worked hard for. Your lack of concern for safety and handling hackers disappoints me. Spread the word that your company values money over customer support. About a week ago, my Roblox account (alex21278I) was banned for uploading a NSFW picture. Initially, I believed a hacker was responsible for the ban, but three days later, my brother confessed to deliberately uploading the picture to upset me. It's unfair that my innocent account was punished. I had accumulated a lot of Robux, many friends, and invested a lot into my account. Instead of my account being banned, I believe my brother's account should face consequences. I hope to be unbanned as this situation is upsetting and unjust. I will take steps to better secure my account in the future to prevent any repeat incidents. Losing my favorite account and the games I created is very disheartening.

About a week ago, my ROBLOX account (alex21278I) was banned for uploading a NSFW picture. Initially, I believed it was a hacker responsible, as I did not upload the image. However, three days later, my brother confessed that he did it to provoke me. He intentionally posted the inappropriate picture to get my account banned, unfairly affecting an innocent kid. My account held a lot of Robux, numerous friends, and my cherished game progress, making this situation very distressing. Instead of my account being banned, my brother's should face consequences as he was behind the action. I request for my account to be unbanned, as this is unjust and disheartening. I plan to enhance my account's security to prevent future incidents like this. ROBLOX, please consider unbanning me and providing an opportunity for me to continue enjoying the platform.

I recently got hacked and scammed by a person I met on Roblox. I added her back after she offered me Robux. However, when I asked if she had social media to avoid scams, she asked for my password to put in a $25 gift card she claimed to have. I foolishly gave her my password, "nieljohn39," and she changed it, leaving me frustrated. I pleaded with her not to scam others before she did it to me, emphasizing the need for positivity. I was on Roblox using my account, dolphinqueenyay987, when I had to step away for a bit. When I returned, I found myself logged out and unable to log back in. I was devastated as all my progress and money were in that account. It felt like I had invested my whole life into that account, only to have it taken away. I have noticed that my daughter and her friends are experiencing bullying in the Roblox game "Flee the Facility." Despite reporting the bullies when they use inappropriate language and behavior, my daughter is the one getting kicked out. The bullies curse at her by partially spelling out the words using symbols, like "#,*" to avoid detection. They also gang up on her or leave the game when she joins. My daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, plays to connect with others. The lack of effective monitoring and consequences for the bullies is concerning. Her Roblox username is prxttyrainsxturnmya. I urge the game administrators to take action when she reports bullying. I hope to receive a prompt response addressing this issue.

A Roblox user named "lifebapbap" approached me while playing "Clube Iris" and asked if I was interested in modeling for him. He shared his Discord handle, "pat ez#[redacted]," and explained that he wanted to create GFX art based on my avatar. He provided a YouTube tutorial with instructions, which led me to unknowingly paste a Java Script URL on my Roblox homepage. Sadly, my avatar's features, specifically the Super Happy face, went missing afterwards. Upon checking my trades, I discovered a trade with this individual that I did not authorize or agree to. I believe my account was compromised through the shared link. My Roblox username is: SkinnyLegend_xxxx.
