While playing Adopt Me, I accidentally accepted a trade offer for my dragon when I meant to decline. Despite asking politely, the other player was rude and refused to trade back. I even offered a ride potion as a bribe, but they still declined. I've seen cases where items were returned on social media and was hoping for the same. The player's username is livelylilac925, and mine is avacxdo_moonlight. I kindly request to have another fly dragon added to my inventory in Adopt Me. Recently, I wanted to change my username to Jippio, but it was already taken by an account that seems inactive. The account in question is 4 years old, has 8 friends, old games, and little activity. I am reaching out to see if it would be possible to have that account removed so that I can use the username Jippio instead. I am having trouble accessing my account heysantpro208. I was playing Adopt Me, and when I logged out, I couldn't log back in. I tried to reset my password, but it didn't work. I received an email from Roblox stating that the password was changed, but I didn't change it, and now I can't recover it because my account heysantpro208 doesn't show up on the list. I apologize if I seem disorganized, but I am shocked by an incident on Roblox. When I logged in yesterday, my expensive limited-face item was missing, replaced by a default one. Today, after purchasing Robux and planning to customize my character, I noticed more missing limited items, including my most prized Super Happy Face. Upon checking my messages, I discovered a trade had been completed with a user named InternalStatus, a new account made on the same day. This seems suspicious, as I never trade and am unfamiliar with the process. The trade was unfair, with me losing four items for one. I fear hacking may be involved, especially since the other user obtained valuable items through the trade. Worried about the security of my account, which is linked to a credit card and is a premium membership, I seek help in recovering my items and addressing this situation. I am baffled as to why this happened and why I was targeted, as I have no connection with this user. I hope to resolve this and have the other user's account handled appropriately. Yesterday, my account, TheHaloMaster2000, was hacked, and I suspect snowy_muttercake is responsible. While playing Roblox, snowy_muttercake was requesting passwords, which I know is against the rules. Despite me objecting, she became upset. I have screenshots and a video as evidence, but I'm unsure how to share them. Another player similarly warned snowy_muttercake about violating the rules, causing her to react angrily. She was playing Adopt Me and enticing players with Robux in exchange for passwords. I didn't fall for it. Unfortunately, I believe she used methods seen in tutorials on hacking Roblox accounts. I lost valuable items like my supercar Axel, fly potion, rat box, presents, kangaroo, golden rat, fly ride golden rat, and fly dragon. I suspect she may have also taken my in-game money, as the balance seemed off. I'm hopeful for assistance in recovering my items. Thank you for your consideration.

This is my third attempt to address the issue with redeeming a pin code on your site without success. Despite entering the pin code for Robux and selecting redeem, no Robux were added to my account. When I tried reentering the code, I was informed that it had already been used. My username is Trhbmx, and I purchased $50 worth of Robux last Sunday for my grandson, who is only 7 years old. He is upset because the Robux were never added to his account. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter, as I am unable to locate a solution on the website. The support provided so far has been unsatisfactory, and I would prefer speaking to a customer service representative to resolve this issue or have the [redacted] Robux credited to his account.

Today, I received a $5 iTunes gift card and used it to buy a Roblox Premium membership for [redacted] Robux on my iPhone. However, after checking the app, my premium membership was not visible. Despite looking in the billing section of my player settings, it stated that I was not a member yet. Upon reviewing my purchase history on iTunes, it displayed that the purchase was pending, even though my account had already been charged, and the subscription appeared in my iTunes list. Initially, I encountered an error message during the purchase process, instructing me to log out of iTunes and log back in, which I did without success. Despite contacting Apple Support, the issue persists, necessitating reaching out here for further assistance. I am concerned about why the membership is not displaying despite the completed purchase. While playing Royale High, I visited the trading hub to find an item. Feeling tired of the search, I decided to trade my valuable item for a Roblox toy by redeeming the code. I mentioned in the chat that I was trading the "mood-changing" necklace. A player named Kittydoiiy asked for Robux in exchange for the necklace. Unfortunately, I trusted her and joined her group, "Kitty's Cult." I overlooked the pending button, assuming it was a glitch. During the trade, she convinced me to trust her by pointing out that scammers have no one in their group. Regrettably, I handed over the necklace, and she swiftly unfriended me after leaving. The loss of the necklace, a birthday gift, was heartbreaking, especially considering the cost of the Roblox toy in Indonesia. I have a video as proof and kindly request assistance from Roblox to address this scamming incident.

After reaching out to Roblox support for assistance, I encountered a problem accessing my account. Despite trying various email addresses, including my student email that I believed was associated with the account, I did not receive the verification steps as promised. I followed the instructions provided by customer service, including submitting the original account email and ticket number, but I am growing impatient as I value my account, estimated at over $AU300. I attempted to call Roblox customer service for further support, but the number was not valid. I recently joined my friend in a game called Plugwalks unaware that it was a game with inappropriate content. During the game, a girl whose username I cannot recall started using offensive language towards me. While I did respond with some unsavory words, I believe her behavior was more extreme. I am concerned that she may not have received a warning as I did. I enjoy playing your game and have invested a significant amount of money in my account. Starting over would be quite troublesome. I did not anticipate receiving a warning for this situation, so I kindly ask for the warning to be removed if possible. My daughter recently bought a VIP server for Piggy by Minitoon, but unfortunately, the server is not accessible after the purchase. When she attempts to join haley586713, all she sees is a grey screen with the Robux symbol, indicating a technical issue. The purchase was made on 5/24/20 with [redacted] Robux spent. If this cannot be resolved, could you please refund the [redacted] Robux back into her account?

I suspect that my young granddaughter with disabilities unintentionally purchased over [redacted] apps from May 2nd to May 5th without proper authorization. The bank blocked the payments, but they were still processed through PayPal credit, which I never authorized. Raising our two grandchildren without parents has been challenging, and we cannot afford these purchases. I request a full refund for all the apps bought in error during those dates. Additionally, there were four other unauthorized app purchases, not related to Roblox, which further confirms it was my 5-year-old granddaughter who made these purchases due to her disability. I was playing Adopt Me when I witnessed a scam involving my friend on Roblox, Bellao_23, and another player, bellaismybff2207. Bellaismybff2207 was selling pets in her house, and when a player paid for a pet, she abruptly left the game, indicating a scam. After warning others not to trust Bella_23 and Bellaismyfriend3207, Bellaismybff2207 called me names, so I had to report her for her dishonest actions. Bellao_23 switched to playing Bloxburg, and after informing her friend obviouslyDemi about the scam, there was disbelief and denial. I urge everyone to view the gameplay footage to validate my claims.

Hello! Unfortunately, my Roblox account was hacked. The password was changed, and the hacker transferred my valuable limited items to their own account. I have already reset my password, but I have not regained my items. I sent Roblox a screenshot of the unauthorized trades but have yet to receive any updates after being advised to wait 1-10 business days for a potential account restoration. I have not received any emails from Roblox, and when I tried calling their support number, no one answered due to Covid-19 restrictions. I am eagerly waiting to recover my lost items. Thank you!

Yesterday, my account was mistakenly deleted after I reported it as hacked when in reality, I was only trying to resolve an issue with missing Robux that I had purchased. Unfortunately, I overlooked the policy details. I assure you that there was no attempt to use a credit card fraudulently; I actually used a $10 Google Play gift card given to me by my mom. Hello. My account [z4av] was terminated a while ago, and I tried to appeal when I got banned, but I didn't provide enough detail at that time. I got banned while playing Phantom Forces because my FPS unlocker automatically injected into the game, which happens every time I play a game on Roblox. Since Phantom Forces had heavy modifications and a strong anti-exploit system, they may have mistaken my FPS unlocker for an exploit like an aimbot or ESP. In the past, I have exploited by using a gun spawner on a game called Prison Life. I was warned once for that and never repeated it. If I knew that using an FPS unlocker would lead to a ban, I would have refrained from using it. It generally works fine on most games. Please advise if there is a way for me to potentially regain access to my account. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

While playing Adopt Me, I encountered an issue during a trade. There seemed to be a glitch or bug where I was unable to see the pet the other player was offering clearly. The pet on display was switched out quickly, and due to lagging, I couldn't see the replacement pet either. I believed the original legendary pet was still included, so I accepted the trade, only to realize afterward that it wasn't what I expected.
