I recall fond memories of playing Roblox with a friend's child and now realize how much I miss it. I feel disheartened that the funds I gathered to enhance my gameplay have gone to waste due to the ban. It is unfair that a few misinformed parents have influenced this decision. I urge the government to think about the children who enjoy the game rather than focus on unfounded fears. I have attempted various methods to address this issue without success, so I hope that as the developer, you may have a stronger voice in this matter. I truly long to be able to play Roblox once more, and your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I had a difficult experience recently. Someone promised me 2,[redacted] Robux, and in return, I shared my username. Unfortunately, they managed to hack into my account and changed my password, preventing me from accessing it. I attempted to log in using my old password, but it no longer works due to the changes made by the hacker. I tried contacting Roblox, but they were closed at the time. Feeling distressed, I reached out to my sister for support. She offered to buy me Robux so I could continue enjoying games like Bloxburg and Adopt Me. While I appreciate her help, I still want to regain control of my account and restore my items independently. The situation has been upsetting, but I am hopeful that I can resolve it soon.

I lost access to my [redacted] ROBLOX account that contained numerous hats, event items, and [redacted]+ robux as of May 15, [redacted]. Despite changing the password to safeguard it, I inadvertently got logged out and now can't recollect the new password, even after trying various old ones. The account also had a premium membership expiring on May 27, [redacted]. Frustrated, I even briefly considered requesting a refund but have since calmed down and created a new account. I hope to recover the old account with all its progress and items, but for now, it seems inaccessible. The last password I recall using was "rocket12," but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work now. It's disheartening to lose all the advancements I made, especially in games like Horrific Housing.

I've contacted Roblox multiple times, sending about four emails, and received automated responses about forwarding my concerns to a higher authority without any follow-up. My grandson purchased two $25 Roblox cards totaling $50 to buy [redacted] Robux for the game pass "Pacific Rim" in "Kaiju Universe." He's been waiting a week for the purchase. He's 9 years old, has played Roblox since he was 4, and we've spent lots on it. I'm unhappy with delays and scams. He receives a $25 gift card every Wednesday, and we spend a lot on Roblox for birthdays and Christmas. He's autistic and loves Roblox. I'm his grandmother, and he lives with me and his grandpa since his mom passed away. There should be a safe way for kids to buy Robux. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my daughter's Roblox account, which she created on 8/1/[redacted] independently. Her username is "hay684." The current issue we are facing arose on 17/5/20 when we attempted to set up her Roblox account on a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The problem occurred because she had previously logged out on her old device and now cannot recall her password, as she had never logged out before in all the years she has had the account. The email attached to her account was recently used to add two Google Play Gift Cards for purchasing Robux successfully. The email address where the Google Play order receipts were sent is [redacted] On 6/5/20, we bought [redacted] Robux for £9.99 using a Google Play gift card at 19:24:38 BST (Order number: GPA.3[redacted]-1[redacted]0). A second purchase of [redacted] Robux for £9.99 took place on 15/5/20 at 20:24:13 BST (Order number: GPA.3[redacted]-8[redacted]9). She is currently locked out of her account, and despite attempting to recover the password and account using both email and phone number, we have not succeeded. It appears that she did not verify her email address during the account setup, hindering us from resetting the password and regaining access. She has devoted considerable time, effort, and money into her account, and she is devastated. The remaining [redacted] Robux were given to her as a reward for her efforts in home learning during the Covid-19 lockdown. She relies on the account to stay in touch with her school friends. She has crossed the line by disrespecting deceased individuals in my life and behaving rudely toward me on my YouTube channel. I believe she should be banned to prevent further incidents. My YouTube channel is "Luxury Life Gaming," and my username is vanessa282890. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could restore my lost items that were stolen when I was hacked in Adopt Me. I had nearly all the legendary Neon items, and it would mean a lot to have them back. I suggest redistributing items from her inventory to prevent any loss. I recently tried to log into my account, XxJadeisagodxX, after logging out from my brother's account. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access it as it seemed someone else was using it on a different device, which wasn’t the case. Frustrated, I asked my dad if I could use his phone, where I briefly had access before being logged out again. It was a distressing situation, and I was upset. Luckily, my dad managed to recover my account, but now it requires a pin for security. I would appreciate it if the pin requirement can be turned off for XxJadeisagodxX. My daughter's account was hacked on May 19, [redacted], around 10:29 a.m. The hacker changed her email and password. I've submitted a ticket to Roblox online and am currently waiting for a response, which has been over 10 hours. The account that was hacked has been reported, and the hacker removed friends and altered the Avatar. I'm urging for the hacker to be banned from Roblox and for my daughter's account to be restored with all items if any were removed. I'm concerned about the premium account and any bank details linked to it. Despite reaching out to Twitter, I still haven't received a response. I'm very frustrated and upset about this situation, especially during the lockdown in this pandemic.

I believe my account has been hacked. The username for the account is XxxyolooxxX. Initially, it was just a trolling account, but I eventually started playing a game called Royale High on it and amassed more items than on my main account. Recently, I noticed someone else has been using the account daily. When I tried to log in, the password had been changed, so I can no longer access it. This has happened before, and previously, my main account named Chisomware was also hacked. I contacted Roblox last time, and they allowed me to reset the password. However, I got suspicious and asked Emme to transfer all her valuable items to me for safekeeping. As we checked her actions, we realized the girl was pretending to be Emme and taking things in-game. Eventually, we discovered she had even deleted Emme's virtual house and took her money and Robux. Despite all this, the girl denies any wrongdoing and has threatened to hack Emme's account again. On Monday, the 18th, I discovered my MasterCard account had been blocked after an unusual purchase on Roblox for £9.99.
