On ROBLOX, I frequently encounter cyberbullying that remains unresolved. I have personally experienced it, as has a close friend of mine, along with many others. Despite multiple attempts to contact ROBLOX regarding this issue, no effective action has been taken. The most alarming aspect is the instances where individuals tell others to commit suicide, which I have documented with over [redacted] screenshots. This behavior is often triggered by trivial reasons like someone's sexual orientation. Numerous reports have been made against these offenders, but there are no significant repercussions. Even when a player is banned, it is merely for a day, allowing them to return and continue their harmful behavior. The severity of cyberbullying on ROBLOX is not being addressed appropriately. It can lead vulnerable individuals, especially children and teenagers, to self-harm, contemplate, or even carry out suicide. Many victims find it difficult to ignore such hurtful comments, causing further distress. I have tragically lost a friend to suicide due to relentless cyberbullying on ROBLOX. The lack of adequate action and mere apologies from ROBLOX staff are unacceptable. Instead of issuing temporary bans, I strongly believe that ROBLOX staff should thoroughly investigate incidents of cyberbullying and impose suitable permanent bans when necessary. This issue requires urgent attention.

While playing Roblox, I encountered a girl claiming there was a 10,[redacted] Robux giveaway. She ended up gaining access to my main account creative_cutiee, and I suspect she removed items from the royal high game. Despite reaching out to Roblox via email and phone, I have not received a response. I am distressed about losing my progress and considering involving the police due to the seriousness of hacking. I would appreciate prompt assistance to possibly reset my password and recover the lost items. It took me three years to achieve what I had, and I hope to resolve this issue.

Hi, today my Roblox account, MightyLittleLeah1234, was hacked. There was a person who created a fake Adopt Me game and promised free items if I entered my password. After doing so, I noticed that my [redacted] Robux were missing, along with most of my Adopt Me items. When I tried to reset my email and password, I couldn't because the hacker had changed them. The emails associated with the account were [redacted] and [redacted] The hacker's username is WeMustAdopt. It was really upsetting to lose all my items. Any assistance would be appreciated. I had a bad experience in Adopt Me! while trading with another player. I came across a girl with an owl pet, which is my dream pet. I asked her what she wanted for it, and she mentioned a shadow pet. Since I didn't have that, I offered something else, but she declined the trade. Then, she proposed giving me the owl for free if I put my most legendary pets in a YouTube thumbnail for her channel. She reassured me she wasn't a scammer, but my distraction from watching Vampire Diaries led me to accidentally accept the trade, and she left the game with my pets. I'm devastated as I worked hard for those pets and spent a lot of Robux. I hope to have them back and learn from this mistake. Hello. I am having trouble accessing my account due to a hacking incident. It all started while I was playing "Welcome To Bloxburg [BETA]" with a friend. I was working on something when I suddenly got kicked out with a message stating, "Same account launched on different device." This left me concerned. When I tried to reload the page, I received a warning and noticed a moderator note in a language I did not understand, possibly Spanish. As I scrolled down, I was surprised to see a galactic avocado shirt I had created, intending it for personal use only. My username, xXgalactic_avocadoXx, inspired the design. I was shocked to find this item listed under "Offensive items," which I believe is unjustified. I reached out to Roblox support, changed my password, and signed out of all other sessions, but on Saturday, 5/9/[redacted], I was logged out again, leaving me even more anxious. As Roblox holds great importance to me, I sought assistance, which brings me here to narrate the sequence of events and request a password reset for my account. Despite reaching out initially via email with my mom, we encountered delays in resolving the problem. After receiving a response stating that my account 'Disabled_lion' was reset and prompted me to reset my password, I faced difficulties receiving the password reset email. Despite checking my spam and trash folders as advised, the email was nowhere to be found. Despite numerous attempts to resend the email, I am still unable to access it. My account was recently compromised by an individual posing as someone offering free robux. Despite sharing the same religious background and making an oath in the name of our religion, the hacker with the username "propaganda" managed to access my account named rizych using my former password, [redacted]. I have already filled out a form detailing the situation and wanted to underscore that I am only 11 years old. I urge the immediate attention of the customer service team to investigate the changed password in your database. The hacker was active on my account, playing Jailbreak, and I fear for the safety of my in-game currency which I worked hard to earn. Please review our chat history to verify my claim, reset my password, and notify me via email once this matter is resolved. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I tried using the password I sent you "r[redacted]" but it didn't work. I think I might have to create a new account, but I really don't want to. I just want to change my password to "[redacted]" as it's one of my old passwords. This account means a lot to me as I have friends on there who are far away, and it holds sentimental value. Losing it would be devastating, like losing a part of my life. I want to protect it like a precious treasure. Roblox is a game I enjoy playing, but losing my account would be heartbreaking. I have been attempting to access my account for the past hour. I log in as usual and encounter the message "Please verify your account to confirm you are human." I complete the verification process, but the issue arises when I keep getting redirected back to the verification page. My child was locked out of her account "cheetahaem" today, and her password failed as of 8 AM CDT on 5/12. We tried to recover the account using the original email we set it up with ([redacted]), but we didn't receive any password reset emails. We followed the hacked account directions, but the email notifications weren't coming through as the hacker changed the email associated with the account. We've submitted multiple help requests with no response. My child noticed someone else playing with all her items in Adopt Me, claiming they hacked the account. I have been experiencing difficulty accessing the game Roblox for the past two days. Each time I try to launch the app, it gets stuck on the loading screen without progressing. Initially, I suspected it was an issue with my iPad, so I exited the app and restarted it, but the problem persisted. I then powered off my iPad completely and restarted it, to no avail. I also attempted to reset my wifi connection, but the game still wouldn't load. My daughter's Roblox account, liltifftiff, was accessed by a friend who changed the password, leaving us unable to reset it as we had not registered an email address. During this time, her friend traded away all the gifts and pets my daughter had collected to different accounts. When confronted, her friend responded with inappropriate and abusive messages. This incident has distressed my daughter as she lost items she worked hard for. We are addressing the issue with the school and the friend's parents. Is it possible to reset the account to its previous state before the trades occurred?

I received a notification stating that the Gmail linked to my Roblox account was changed from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" The message mentioned that if I suspect someone else made this change, to inform them through the support form. I urge you to assist me in resolving this issue by preventing the individual with the email "[redacted]" from accessing my account, as they could potentially take control of it since they verified their email on my account. I have proof of the email I used for purchasing Robux if needed. I kindly request your help in securing my account. Despite having my Gmail and phone number verified, I do not receive any messages when attempting to reset the password. I suggest that Roblox should facilitate verifying ownership through my verified Gmail, phone number, or the billing email address associated with my account to aid me in recovering it. I ran an advertisement for my group as Michael555555. I invested 4,[redacted] Robux to display it for 24 hours. Unfortunately, the ad was taken down after just 30 minutes for supposedly encouraging multiple clicks. The design, created by a graphic designer I paid well, was the main reason users would engage with it. I am frustrated as I recently spent around $[redacted] to $[redacted] on Roblox and find this moderation decision abrupt and unjust. I request a review of the moderation, its removal from my account, and a refund for the ad.

I recently encountered an issue with ROBLOX where my account got banned for "game card theft." I sought advice from friends after receiving what I believed were legitimate ROBLOX gift cards from someone on Discord who didn't ask for anything in return. Unfortunately, it turns out the cards were stolen, and I unintentionally broke the rules by redeeming them. I have reached out to ROBLOX via email, but I think it would be more effective to discuss the situation over the phone. It's disheartening to be banned when I had no malicious intent and simply saw it as a generous gesture. Yesterday, I got banned from ROBLOX because of 'game card theft' accusations. I want to clarify that I have never been involved in any stealing activities, including ROBLOX card theft. Recently, a friend gifted me a ROBLOX card which I redeemed last Friday. However, my account got terminated out of the blue. I am genuinely confused and upset as I have always followed ROBLOX's terms of service and would never intentionally jeopardize my account. It's frustrating to be falsely accused especially during these challenging times. I believe there has been a mix-up since my friend, who is located in Canada/America, purchased the card, and I, in the UK, redeemed it. Despite blocking him as a precaution, he denies any involvement. This incident has strained our friendship, and I am disappointed, considering he is the only person who recently gifted me a ROBLOX card.

My account has been hacked, and I can no longer access it with my credentials. Even after trying to reset it, I am not receiving any emails. The account shows as active, and the avatar has been changed.
