My daughter bought her friend (GamerGirl17359) a $10 Roblox gift card for her birthday. After redeeming the card, there was no $10 option for Robux on the web page. I suggested they choose the next higher option, and I would cover the remaining amount using my Apple ID: [redacted] Unfortunately, when they logged in on my iPad, it charged my card for the full amount instead of just the difference. They managed to use the $10 credit at a lower price, but are now having trouble redeeming the rest of the credit on the browser. I am requesting a refund for the $14.99 charged to my Apple ID and for the girls account to receive $10 worth of Robux. It seems like I have paid more than necessary for a $10 gift, and the process of redeeming credits should be simpler, especially for kids using the app. I have spent well over an hour trying to resolve this issue.

Hello, I want to address the billings on my Happy_tycoon account. I can provide proof of consent for all the transactions. The first payment was made through my PayPal account with the email [redacted], and the recent ones were from my mother's bank account under Mélanie Lebon's name. The billing email associated with the transactions is [redacted] The charges took place on April 26 and 27, with two transactions of €10 each on the 26th and one of €5 on the 27th. I first used my PayPal for the April 26 transaction to purchase Robux, and for the ones on April 27, I entered credit card details directly. I appreciate your help in restoring my account. I can provide photo evidence if needed.

Yesterday, I noticed that my Robux balance decreased from [redacted] to 3. I'm confused about how I lost [redacted] Robux in just one day. I reviewed my transaction history, but it doesn't show any purchases from yesterday. Although I have VIP servers, I always cancel the subscription, so that shouldn't be the reason. I also want to inquire if it's feasible to receive a refund for game passes in games that no longer exist due to copyright issues or if the game passes are no longer functional due to Front-End changes.

Hello, my name is Mark. I am the owner of Herodius on Roblox. I used to play this game regularly but took a break for a couple of years. Recently, I decided to get back into trading and upgraded to Builders Club (now known as Premium). I spent around $50 on the game to acquire more items for trading. However, after logging off, I discovered that all of my items were gone. My account's Recent Average Price dropped from 100k to 2k. This is troubling as I enjoy playing Roblox, but losing my items makes me consider quitting altogether. Hello, I'm a Roblox user and I'm facing an issue with another player using the gamertag Netoburitocooldude. This person is bothering me and my friends by attempting to hack our accounts. During a game of Royal High, she kept making unwanted romantic advances towards my friend and threatened us when asked to stop. She also targeted our in-game pet, Jasonbrown235, by suggesting harm to it. This behavior is a recurring problem, as she managed to join our game even after being unfriended. My friend Aria and my daughter Isabella were also affected by her intrusion. We are only 12 years old and we just want to enjoy Roblox during quarantine without being harassed. Your assistance in dealing with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I recently encountered an unfortunate scam incident in the Royal High trading hub involving a player named NatureLoverPerson. We agreed to a trust trade, and despite expressing caution and even mentioning that I was recording, I fell victim to a scam where I lost 20,[redacted] diamonds. I promptly uploaded the incident on YouTube on my channel KC playzroblox using Kinemaster to help share awareness. I recently had a negative experience in Royal High trading hub where I fell victim to a scam by another player named NatureLoverPerson. She proposed a trust trade, and unfortunately, I lost 20,[redacted] diamonds in the process after she abruptly left the game. I had informed her that I was recording our interaction, which has since been shared on my YouTube channel, KC playzroblox. Despite my small following of 3 or 4 subscribers, I felt compelled to expose this incident. My username is Alisonrich. Hello, my account got deleted during a banwave targeted at exploiters. I suspect it was due to using an autoclicker. My main concern is not about that, but rather if it's possible to update the email or add a phone number to a deleted account for verification purposes. The email linked to my account is inactive, and the support team insists on contacting me through that email, which is impossible. I've attempted to reach out via phone but have been unsuccessful due to the current situation. I've been a loyal Roblox member for five years. It's frustrating that using an autoclicker is deemed exploiting and results in an account deletion without providing alternative means to verify ownership. I've submitted another support ticket to address my predicament. Apologies for any repetition in my post as I couldn't edit it due to technical constraints.

I noticed a charge of over $[redacted] on my bank account that I did not authorize. I need this matter resolved immediately. The funds must be returned to my account promptly as some of my checks are bouncing due to this. The electric bill payment also failed, resulting in a $35 fee. The $[redacted] withdrawal for roblox is causing significant issues for me. I have already reached out via email twice but have not received any response. I urgently need this addressed. It is frustrating not being able to reach anyone by phone, especially during these times. I am unsure why there is no response. If this were your situation, how would you handle it? I am hesitant to contact my bank as I prefer not to get a new card. I know they will refund the money, but I would rather avoid the inconvenience of the card replacement process.

A TikTok user selling "Adopt Me pets" for Robux caught my attention. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be game passes for her game titled "Selling Adopt Me Pets!" Her username is 0xbestx0. Enticed by the promise of a "Neon Shadow Dragon," "Neon Bat Dragon," and "Neon Giraffe," I made the purchase believing it to be genuine, only to find days later that the game and game passes were deleted as she spent the Robux on her avatar. She has since changed her TikTok username to @7o7o7o7o7o7o7 from @adoptmepetsellerxxx. Despite reporting the Robux scam to Roblox with no significant action taken, I'm reaching out here for help. My username during this transaction was a iicl0udytearss. I can provide evidence if needed.

I believe my Roblox account was hacked on Thursday morning. My username is MyPizzaRollz07. I attempted to access my account but none of my passwords were accepted. When I tried to reset my password using my email, I discovered that the email associated with my account had been changed to [redacted] Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach this individual. I have exhausted all available options to recover my account including reaching out to Roblox support, who unfortunately could not assist me. The email address provided here is the same one I used for my Roblox account.

My 9-year-old son has been using his Roblox account with the username Aguacate50 for a long time. Last year, I asked him to take a break from gaming, but he later mentioned he may have created a second account, P2R_Aguacate50, "just in case." Unfortunately, after the break, he couldn't access his main account, Aguacate50. I currently own two accounts, my main and my alternate account, both experiencing the same issue. When I attempted to play Roblox, I encountered the "Log In/Sign Up" page. Despite entering all the required information accurately, the verification process kept stating it was incorrect, leaving me quite disheartened. I resorted to using my alternate account for a few months until a distressing event occurred. On the last day of April, upon logging in, I discovered that my alternate account had also been hacked. This was an incredibly upsetting experience for me. I am reaching out in the hopes that you can assist in resetting the passwords for both accounts. The main account is registered under XxAngelic_3clispe, and the alternate account under XxLunar_3clips3.
