Top Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

My daughters account slimmaster poke has been hacked and they are frettening my daughter call her names like fat and so on txting all her friends on a group chat to say how she hates them and has never liked them not even at school just eluded them I am discussed in the behaviour and how a child can be some horrible my daughter is so upset and I won’t to get to the bottom of this they have gave away all her stuff she has brought on Roblox all her hard work over the years has been rewind she absolutely loves this game but unless something is done about this I really don’t think I willing to let her back on to play we’re see the outcome I suppose
