I've been a loyal customer since [redacted] and have invested a significant amount of money into my account, including purchasing Builders Club multiple times. It's frustrating not being able to access my account, and I strongly feel that Roblox's lack of assistance borders on being a scam. I'm hopeful that a real person will review my case, acknowledge the evidence I've presented, and assist in resolving the issue by updating the email associated with my account. I've tried reaching out via calls without success due to the current situation with the pandemic.

The issue is, I created my account three years ago on Xbox without setting up an email, so I don't have the password anymore. My daughter's account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address from mine to [redacted] The correct email should be [redacted] Moreover, the hacker added a PIN to the account, preventing us from changing the address, but left the password unchanged, allowing my daughter to log in with her username dogogirl4654. Unfortunately, this situation led to two significant Robux purchases made by the hacker (the last two purchases were over [redacted] Robux each). Please refund the Robux, remove the PIN, reset the password, revert the email address, and provide me with a password reset link.

I was banned without reason for adding pants and I'm permanently banned. I'm upset because I've spent a lot of money on my Roblox account. It's unfair that other users have similar pants but I can't use mine. I need this issue resolved since I got unbanned, and I want to create nice clothes for other players to purchase.

I was playing a game called "Dreams Lost" with approximately 1.2 million visits. During my gameplay, I had a super happy face and cardboard headphones. A player named 3rdLeg approached me offering "super admin" status in exchange for my two limited items. He provided a lot of evidence in the Discord group chat, even having a friend vouch for him. Unfortunately, after the trade, I received the super admin status but lost it when I logged out and back in. 3rdLeg unfriended me, banned me from the game, and left the group chat. It's disheartening to lose my items in this way. I am reaching out to the Roblox headquarters to request assistance in restoring my items. I have evidence to support my claim and would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

There was a situation where a girl asked me to help in recording a video. She thanked me and led me to an area with fewer players. She requested my Arctic Reindeer for a trade for the video thumbnail, promising legendary pets in return. Initially hesitant, she engaged in conversation to build trust. When I finally agreed to the trade, she accepted and abruptly left the game, leaving me feeling upset but remembering her username, pootheloverxx. Days later, I encountered her attempting to scam others as well. I suspect the promised pets were stolen. I hope she learns not to scam and acknowledge my part in the situation. I kindly ask the Adopt Me developers to return my Arctic Reindeer, even if it's not Fly and Ride.

Today I went on Adopt Me, one of my favorite games, and noticed that my account was missing a significant amount of virtual currency and items without me using them. I used to have various pets like a crown ride fly, a frog ride, a rubik's cube ride fly, a regular queen ride fly, a sloth ride, and even a llama ride. Moving on to the normal animals, I no longer have my red panda that I had duplicates of and other pets like a ginger cat from the star update and a bunny. Additionally, the game took away my two regular bees. I also had lemonade and hotdog stands that are now missing. As for vehicles, I used to have a legendary hoverboard, a banana car that came with a special monocycle, and other legendary vehicles. I had purchased wings for my pets for [redacted] dollars, which disappeared along with a legendary round stroller resembling a carriage and a heart-shaped stroller for two. It's heartbreaking to lose all these items that I worked hard to obtain. My account username is talia21015.

I had 31,[redacted] bucks in my game called ADOPT ME. Now I only have 4,[redacted] bucks left, and I lost all my ride and fly pets. I had 6 pets: a crow ride and fly, a normal queen ride and fly, a ride frog, a ride llama, a ride sloth, and a ride unicorn. Besides those, I had 2 normal bees, 2 red pandas, and a ginger cat. Moving on to vehicles, I had a legendary hoverboard, a legendary banana car, a legendary red mono cycle, and more. I also lost my lemonade stand and hot dog stand, plus 2 strollers - one was rare and the other had 2 seats. Please help me get all of these back because it was hard work to collect them all! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😰😞😞😞

Hello, I enjoy Roblox a lot, but unfortunately, I had to delete it because of some issues I encountered. Firstly, there are players on the game using offensive language, not respecting personal space, and insulting family members, making me uncomfortable. Despite reporting these incidents, it seems like no action is taken. I have noticed that some Roblox users behave better towards others, but the negativity has truly impacted my experience.

My sister is deeply saddened since she was scammed out of her prized pet, a ride flamingo, while playing Adopt Me. The usernames of the scammers are singer_country and chicadeisy1. The second scammer pretended not to speak English, although we are unsure if this was true, but they attempted to scam me for a ride giraffe. This behavior is unacceptable as they not only scammed but also cheated, made false promises, and taunted other players. It's distressing to see such immature actions in the game. My sister is a dedicated player who is hurt by this experience. It would be appreciated if action could be taken against these users. I feel they should be prohibited from playing Adopt Me again to prevent further incidents. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Today, on April 16th, I decided to log back into my account after a week due to being busy with other things. To my shock, it seems someone had hacked into my account. I noticed missing items from my inventory and a completed trade on April 13th, a day I wasn't online. The loss of my valuable items, like my prankster face worth 50k robux, chill cap, 8-bit dark horns, and black iron commando, is truly disheartening. I would never agree to a trade worth [redacted] robux for an egg worth [redacted] robux. The username linked to this is JulioJones2560, a new account possibly created by the hacker. Roblox team, I am devastated by this situation. I request your assistance in restoring my items. I have financially invested in this account and worked hard to earn those items. Despite my family's limited financial means, they supported my love for this game by purchasing robux for me in the past. Your help in resolving this matter would be deeply appreciated.

I was about to go to sleep, and a few hours later, I realized my password didn't work for my Roblox account. I was startled and tried to reset the password, but the accounts linked to my email were missing, including the main one I needed. After several days of trying to reset the password with the correct email, I noticed that my email and password had been changed without my knowledge. Feeling anxious, I attempted to log in through my Facebook account, which luckily was still connected. However, upon checking my privacy settings, I discovered the changes made to my account. I'm unsure how this happened as I never shared my login details with anyone. The password is seven characters long, and the email is b****@roblox.com, a domain I didn't know existed for Roblox. I can't reset either the password or the email since I lack the necessary information. My Robux and belongings are gone. I'm desperate to regain access to my account, so I plead for assistance to reclaim it, change the login credentials, and restore my email. The situation is disheartening, especially after being banned for an unjustified reason just a few days prior.

I'm having difficulty resetting my daughter's account password for Taylor121464. Despite numerous attempts, the issue with Ticket [redacted]7 remains unresolved. Initial charges appeared from iTunes on Jan 20, [redacted], but she hasn't been able to play since 4/13/20 when I signed her out. I wish there was a more secure setup process initially, like requiring parent contact info, to avoid situations like this. While playing a game with my friend and cousin, there was an incident involving inappropriate comments from another player with the username JMAN1234can2. This player made threatening remarks in the game chat which led to an argument.
