Hello Roblox, I am reaching out about an issue that my friend, prodevin04, experienced while playing Murder Mystery 2. While he was playing, he was scammed by another user named lateorfake. Lateorfake promised to give my friend robux in exchange for his c luger, but after receiving the item, he kicked my friend out of the game, removed him from the group, and unfriended him. I am concerned because this user seems to be scamming multiple people, and I hope that you can take action to prevent further scams on your platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My brother had an account under the name dan123334. One day, while attempting to access Roblox, he encountered an issue with his password. Despite using the same password the day before without any trouble, he had to create a new account called Lil_Danniel. Today at around 3:40 AM MST, we noticed his old account was active. I messaged the account, but they did not respond. Instead, they were playing Build a Boat for Treasure. I joined their game, but they abruptly removed me from their contacts. All of this occurred while my brother was beside me, playing Piggy on his new account. It is evident that his old account has been hacked. I am concerned because there were Robux on that account, which poses a financial risk for us. We need urgent assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I have been receiving spam messages urging me to join a Roblox game for free robux, and inadvertently clicked on it. Despite my attempts to exit, the game would not allow me to leave. Upon returning to Roblox on my mobile device, I was prompted to log back in, which was unusual as it should have been auto-logged. After entering my credentials, I received an incorrect password message. Suspecting foul play, I painstakingly typed in my password, only to realize my account may have been compromised. My account username is Vince10108 and the password is a1b2c3d4e5f6g7h8. I believe my account has been hacked as I am unable to reset my password; no verification code is being sent despite multiple attempts. I have invested a substantial amount of time and possibly around $70 or $80 into this account, so any assistance in recovering it would be greatly appreciated.

My account was unexpectedly banned for three days starting this past Wednesday. I am unsure of the reason as I have never engaged in any inappropriate gaming behavior. I have already reached out to the support line, but unfortunately, no resolution has been provided. It has been three days now, and I am still unable to access my account. My username is royalsrule1126. This situation is affecting my ability to stay in touch with old friends from another country who are on my friends list within the game. Hello, I am user Exoticts, and I recently noticed that my [redacted] robux have been stolen. I had purchased 4.5k robux not long ago. When I tried to make a purchase of 5 robux, I realized that all of my robux were missing. Upon checking my transactions, I discovered that they were all donated to a group named Developer Fund by the user justazag. I also saw a comment from another user claiming the same issue with their robux being stolen by this group. I am not affiliated with this group, and I believe my hard-earned money was taken unfairly. I kindly request assistance in recovering my robux that were wrongfully donated. Thank you for addressing this matter and helping me resolve it.

I recently encountered an issue with a user named CallMehBob regarding a refund for a purchase I made. Following her request for my account password for LittleDrummerGirlIMC, I found myself locked out of my account. Subsequently, I received an email notification indicating that my password had been changed by someone associated with [redacted] This incident occurred yesterday, and despite submitting multiple reports, my robux were depleted. Upon creating a new account, I discovered my avatar had been altered. I am concerned that the hacker accessed my pets in Adopt Me and items in Royal High. I have reached out to CallMehBob twice requesting the return of my account. I am requesting assistance in reverting my email to [redacted] and resetting my password to D1dd1e!1. Could you kindly cancel the Flight Control purchase and refund the [redacted] Robux to her account for use within the game? I need to designate my email as the "parent email" for my daughter's account, but she can't remember the password she originally used. Without knowing the original password, I can't change it to finalize her account setup. Additionally, we've encountered problems redeeming a $15 Robux card she received as a gift. Today, while playing on Royale High, I suddenly got signed out. I tried to log back in on my computer but couldn't. I then attempted to reset my password using the phone number associated with my account since I remembered my username but not the password. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. I then discovered that I had also been signed out on my phone. Feeling helpless, I decided to contact Roblox to address this issue. That's what I'm currently in the process of doing.

Yesterday on Easter, I received a Google Play card. Excited, I decided to add it to my Roblox account to play some games. After utilizing some of the credit, I wanted to change my username. I had $[redacted] remaining, but when I tried to change my username and entered my password, it kept saying it was incorrect. After multiple attempts, I got logged out. I tried to recover my account by using the "forgot username" option but kept facing network errors and a message indicating too many attempts. I waited, but the next day the issue persisted. Hello, my name is Denise. I am reaching out because my daughter Karlie, who is 9 years old, experienced her Roblox account getting hacked on Easter. She attempted to log in several times but her password didn't work. Karlie has been an active player for the past 3 months, playing almost every day. The loss of her progress was devastating, especially since she had worked hard to collect various items, including a Neon Unicorn in Adopt Me. She had invested a lot of her allowance money and Christmas funds into buying Robux. Karlie was heartbroken about losing the animals she had acquired over time. We created a new account, fluffyfinn_92, after being unable to access the hacked account, karlenep250. We are hoping to have the password for karlenep250 reset and sent to me since my email is linked to the new account. My little sister was playing Roblox on 4/12/[redacted] when she was unexpectedly logged out. Upon trying to log back in, she was informed that her password was incorrect as the hacker had changed it along with her email address. Her username, IXnep_tuneXI, was linked to [redacted], but the hacker altered the email to [redacted] This situation has caused her great distress as the hacker not only removed her house on Bloxburg but is also utilizing her money. It was confirmed that the house was deleted as her friend, who frequently plays Bloxburg with her, witnessed the action. We are perplexed as to how her account was compromised, as she never disclosed her password to anyone. We are seeking your assistance in recovering her account to resolve this issue. My account was compromised, and all my rare items, totaling over 80,[redacted] Robux, were taken. I would like to have my belongings restored. Five years ago, I had some items returned, but it was minimal. I want to ensure this incident doesn't happen again. I never shared my account details with anyone, and the hackers managed to bypass my Two-Step verification. If all the security measures Roblox offers can be circumvented, how can I protect my account? I've submitted a help ticket, but the response was delayed, and now there is no communication. I provided the usernames of the hackers and the account they traded my items to, but both accounts are still active. Others have also fallen victim to these hackers. Please address this issue and restore my items. I cannot afford to lose over $[redacted] because of a security lapse on Roblox's end.

My sister and I both created ROBLOX accounts in [redacted]. We didn't pay much attention to our passwords initially. Recently, my sister was unexpectedly logged out of her account, forcing her to start over. My account hasn't had this issue yet, but I'm concerned it might happen. Consequently, we're now limited to purchasing Robux directly on the console rather than using gift cards, which I learned the hard way when buying one for my sister. I realize now that I need a password to make purchases. I previously contacted support about not knowing our passwords, but since we didn't provide an email address, we can't reset them. Hi, On February 27, [redacted], my account was compromised, resulting in all my limited items being traded away. Shortly after, my account was hacked again, and both my password and connected email were changed. The account affected is "wishend," and the email linked to it was [redacted] I delayed reporting this as I needed a break from Roblox. Restoring the email back to [redacted] would mean a lot to me. I've had the account for years, invested a significant amount of money, built memories, friendships, and even had a YouTube channel associated with it. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my ten-year-old Roblox account after a password reset a few years ago. The email linked to the account no longer exists, making it impossible for me to log in. Although I have provided my username, password, and the original email address used to create the account, Roblox's support team continues to send automated responses, claiming they cannot confirm ownership. Despite having proof of ownership with old emails from Roblox, I have been met with unhelpful responses over twenty times within a year. I feel frustrated and deceived by Roblox's lack of assistance, especially since I have purchased Builders Club and maintained the account for over a decade. I am hopeful for a more meaningful response from Roblox that acknowledges the evidence I have provided and allows me to access my account by detaching the old email or updating it with a new one. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, contacting them by phone has been unsuccessful.
