Yesterday, on April 7, my account, omgontheblock, was hacked. The password has been changed, and despite multiple attempts, I cannot log in. My mom bought Robux on April 6, [redacted], and the next day I was hacked. Could you please assist me as soon as possible? My mom mentioned she only made a one-time purchase of Robux, but her bank account shows it as a recurring payment, which she did not authorize. She only intended to make a single purchase. In the [redacted] egg hunt, mobile players are unable to obtain the "doc holidegg" from the game "the Wild West." This situation is unfair to Roblox's large mobile user base. One solution could be for Roblox to ask the creators of "the Wild West" to either make the egg available for mobile users or adjust the game so mobile players can access it. Other games like "tiny tanks," "monsters of etheria," and "ultimate driving westover islands" have implemented similar solutions for mobile compatibility.

Hello, Last night while playing a game with my friends, I got kicked off the game and then logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I couldn't. I had a considerable amount of Robux, around [redacted], but when I logged back into my account after a few days, they were gone. I noticed a charge of [redacted] Robux for a shirt that only costs [redacted] Robux, which I did not purchase. This seems like my account may have been hacked. Can I please get a refund for this unauthorized purchase? I did not buy this item, and the charge is suspiciously high. I have heard that other users have experienced similar issues.

I encountered an ad on Roblox offering Robux. After clicking, I was directed to a circle instructing me to enter my Roblox login for [redacted] Robux. Despite following the steps correctly, it told me it didn't work. Following attempts and verification, I found myself locked out. Days later, I faced login issues on both my phone and iPad. When trying to log in, my usual password did not work, leading me to suspect the login game I accessed previously might have tampered with my password.

April 9, [redacted] Dear Roblox, I regret to report that I was scammed in Adopt Me, losing my dream pet. The perpetrator, username Reesescup_playz, claimed she needed to trade temporarily for a video thumbnail, tricking me into giving up my pets. She swiftly accepted and left with my hard-earned pets, disabling future communication. I suspect she is planning to trade them to another account. I was playing a game when my friend joined and privately messaged me, offering me Robux. Curious, I asked how he would give it to me. He then requested access to my account, which made me suspicious as he was behaving unusually. Regrettably, I ended up sharing my password with him, feeling foolish and frustrated. Shortly after, he changed both my email and password, and it became apparent that he was a notorious hacker known for targeting players of Beyblade Rebirth. I reached out to Roblox for assistance three days ago, but have yet to receive a response, making me skeptical that they will be able to help me.

While playing on Roblox, someone from Ashe Army shared a link to a game that turned out to be a scam. I was prompted to enter my username and password, which ultimately led to me being disconnected. Upon logging back in, I discovered that my password was changed. Despite numerous attempts to reset it, I was unsuccessful. As a result, I created a new account. However, I had previously spent my own money on Robux and lost access to them along with all my in-game items. After investigating, I identified the user behind this deceit as Ampas20201 and promptly reported them.

Hello! I wish that Roblox would consider being less strict with their censorship system. As a player, it's quite annoying when I'm trying to communicate innocently but get censored. For instance, asking about levels or names can lead to unnecessary censorship like "##" or "#### ## #### ####". Even harmless words like "ok" can trigger it. A few days ago, I tried to access my Roblox account, but it kept automatically logging me out. I recently encountered a situation on Roblox that I would like to share with everyone. I met an individual on the platform, offical_iiipxndaYT2, who claimed to be a YouTuber named Simply Panda. We bonded quickly, but I began to notice discrepancies in their stories, especially about tragic events and scams. Against my better judgment, I ended up giving them my cherished pet, a neon giraffe, for a YouTube video. However, once the video was done, they severed all ties with me. I am heartbroken over losing my favorite in-game pet, named Astro. This incident has affected me greatly, especially since my dad had supported my in-game purchases. A few years ago, my account was hacked, and the password and email were changed. Despite obtaining the password back then, I have since forgotten it and left the email unchanged. I rely on Facebook login linked to my Roblox account. Roblox support helped by restoring the original email connected to the account. However, I do not have access to that email which belongs to my late brother. I am seeking assistance on recovering the password. While playing in Bloxburg, I was looking for a mom for my roleplay scenario. I approached a girl's home and she agreed to be my mom. However, things took a turn when her friends joined. I pretended to have a crush, which upset my mom character. When I mentioned my crush walking me to school, my mom insisted on doing it herself. Feeling overwhelmed, I ran away briefly but returned later. Unfortunately, my mom's friend was unkind, commenting on my lack of a home. I left the game momentarily and rejoined with a different friend. The original group began following me, making me uncomfortable. I confided in my friend, who blocked them based on their usernames. They threatened to report me for this, calling me names like "brat." Usernames to block: forevernaa_love, Yay9993, TheyLove_QueenB.

I believe there are some important issues that need addressing for the platform to improve: 1. Spam bots: The abundance of spam bots in various comment sections is overwhelming. They try to scam users out of their Robux and lead them to potentially harmful websites. 2. Clothing groups: Certain clothing groups engage in reselling stolen designs at low prices, flooding tags with irrelevant information and making it difficult to find genuine clothing items. 3. Gamepass-driven games: Many games seem to focus solely on making Robux and attracting clicks. They are often designed to entice users, especially younger players, into purchasing gamepasses for perceived benefits. There seems to be a lack of action on reports of inappropriate behavior, including racism and personal information leaks. I hope that someone at Roblox takes this feedback seriously and considers it for the betterment of the platform.

I am unable to access my Roblox account after sending a message yesterday and receiving an email. Despite trying to use my email and phone number, the issue persists. I am frustrated by the lack of response, especially since I have invested money into this account last Thursday. My daughter has been using the same username and password for years with no problems until now. She plays daily but is now unable to access her account, receiving messages that her username or password is incorrect. I attempted to reset the password, only for the system to claim the phone number and email are incorrect. I have always received email receipts for my transactions, but this time I did not. I am seeking urgent assistance as it has been two days with no resolution. It is concerning that while I receive automated emails from Roblox, I am unable to rectify the issue through that correspondence as the website claims my information is wrong.
