I was trying to get my money back from them since I didn't authorize anyone to use my debit card..I just want my money back ... I had unauthorized charges on my debit card it's a Direct Express Card a minor made the changes to my card and I was trying to get a refund back onto my debit card I have filed * claims and emailed y'all numerous of times my email is *****@***.com when u can please get back with me the purchase was made on the **th of March and I filed a claim on the **th of March and then after I didn't get a response I made another claim and I still haven't heard anything from yall..I need my money back ASAP since I didn't authorize the charges and then it's was a minor who made the charges so please get back with me ASAP Thank You.
They don't realize that this is very frustrated especially doing this time since the Coronavirus is going around and I need my money because I'm a single mother of * and I can really use that money.
I just want them to give me money back ASAP
I have emailed them and left numerous of voicemails.
