Hello, I've been using my Roblox account, Tunderbuttmoney123, for a long time. When I initially set the password, it was random as I didn't anticipate keeping the account. I don't have an email linked to it, making it impossible to reset the password. However, I have connected it to my Facebook. I'm concerned about security as I lost my previous account, Thunderbutttmoney123, due to a forgotten password. I can confirm my ownership by being online at a specified time, allowing a staff member to add me on Facebook temporarily for a security page screenshot, or adding me on Roblox to acknowledge receiving the email. If there are other verification methods needed, I'm willing to comply. Please communicate via Gmail to assist with password recovery. Thank you.

I recently purchased an iTunes voucher to buy robux, a method I've relied on for over a year. After adding the voucher to my account, I discovered that the option to purchase robux with an iTunes card has been removed. I'm unsure if this change is permanent or if I'm overlooking the option. Dear Roblox, I have been experiencing issues with my accounts being hacked even after changing my password. I suspect the hacker might have accessed my phone. The email associated with the hacker is [redacted], and their name is Alief Syahputra. I have no contact with this individual and believe they are causing harm to other users as well. I kindly request that you ban him, recover my accounts, and prevent him from creating new ones. It is crucial to block his access to Roblox and protect other users from being hacked. My username is happyfluffykoalas. Yesterday afternoon, I logged onto Royale High and noticed that my trading privileges had been revoked. I spoke to a friend I often play with, and she confessed to scamming people using my account to trade for better items. She claimed she could duplicate pets, stating it on both my account and hers. As a result, my trading was suspended due to reports against the activities on my account. I am frustrated, as I worked hard on Royale High, but I was informed I might not get my trading back. I do not want to implicate my friend, although I recognize what she did was wrong. If necessary, I can provide her username. I hope whoever reads this is well, and their loved ones are safe. This individual accessed my account and redeemed a gift card claiming to have a YouTube channel. I understand it was my fault, but I am reaching out desperately for help. While playing Bloxburg with my cousin, someone accidentally deleted my car, and I had to repurchase it using most of my in-game money. The person apologized and left the game abruptly. Later, they messaged me offering Robux as an apology. Wanting to stop the messages, I accepted and shared my password for them to transfer the Robux. Shortly after, I couldn't log in with the password provided. I've attempted multiple times with no success. I'm eager to retrieve my account as I've worked hard for my progress. I enjoy playing the game "Blox Burg" on Roblox, which is my favorite on the platform. About a year ago, after returning from school one day, I logged in to play and was shocked to find a message informing me that I had been permanently banned for hacking, cheating, or exploiting, which I did not do. Hello, a week ago I contacted Roblox to reset the security pin on my account GD_Unknown. After receiving a message that two-step verification was deactivated, I followed the steps to verify ownership as instructed by customer care. However, when I tried to reset my password, my account was not listed for password reset, and I was unable to log in on any of my devices. It appears that my Discord account got hacked by a person. I have evidence that it's my account as I have linked it to my YouTube channel and TikTok. This individual whom I allowed to use my account temporarily changed the password thwarting my plan to change it after a specific time frame. They engaged in unauthorized activities in games like Adopt Me, tricking my friends. Despite my attempts to reclaim my items, the hacker ignored me. I managed to transfer most possessions to a spare account but couldn't safeguard everything. I deeply value my belongings, especially in games like Bloxburg, Royale High, and Speed City, where I invested a significant amount of money. Given the situation, I request assistance in restoring my account and possessions that were compromised. My priority is to recover all the items and data that were tampered with, as I have dedicated time and resources to build my virtual assets. Hello, I have been playing Roblox for some time now, and every morning I log into Adopt Me to get my daily reward and maintain my daily streak. Yesterday morning, I decided to join the MeganPlays group, as she is my favorite YouTuber. While on the chat wall, I noticed several people mentioning free Robux on certain games. Intrigued, I clicked on a game where a boy claimed it was a safe way to get Robux. Unfortunately, after entering my username and password into the game, I was immediately logged out. Now, I suspect that my account has been hacked, as my password has been changed, and I am not receiving any verification codes on my phone. This person tricked me into changing my email to "royalhighitemgenerator[at]gmail.com," claiming it was for a Royale High generator. While playing a game with "soccergoalie2490," who introduced me to "cutie," they showed me supposed free items and initiated the email change. Initially skeptical, I reverted the email change but re-did it after "soccer" claimed she wasn't hacked. After refreshing the page, I found myself logged out, and a message indicated an account launch from a different device. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, the account wouldn't connect to my main one, leading me to believe it was compromised. I recently experienced a scam in Adopt Me and unfortunately, this has happened to me multiple times. I understand if this doesn't seem urgent to you, but I am determined to seek resolution. The player who scammed me goes by the username DragonSlayerO21. Despite my numerous requests, I have not received the item back. I have video evidence of the trade and her refusal to return it, stored on my phone. It's important to me to have justice in this situation, as according to her, she has scammed others as well. Please take appropriate action, such as banning her. I am eager to have my pet and justice restored promptly. On April 8, [redacted], while playing Bubble Gum Simulator, I had the auto-egg game pass. When I returned, my whole inventory was missing, that was previously valued at [redacted]% according to alphaGG's list. I discovered someone repeatedly trading with me and transferring pets to an alternate account. This malicious player significantly devalued my account from [redacted]% to less than 2%. I am upset about this loss as I have dedicated a lot of time to this game. I suspect that my account was compromised when I downloaded a soundtrack for a game I was creating, potentially exposing my details. I believe reaching out to Sylently, the game creator, may help resolve this matter. The suspected hacker goes by the name Jayden_Z7, and the alternate account is Improreallywait. My son was playing games on Roblox today on his older brother’s phone, where his bank card information is stored. He accidentally made multiple unauthorized purchases totaling over $[redacted]. This has happened before, and I find it unacceptable that these types of transactions are allowed to occur without proper safeguards in place. The charges include multiple $9.99 transactions, around 6 times, $4.99 charges about 8 times, and $0.99 charges for 4 or 5 consecutive days. We urgently need the funds refunded to the card, or we will have to take further action. Many other parents are experiencing similar issues, and I believe there should be improved security measures on the app to prevent this from happening. Please reach out to me at [redacted].
