I am currently dealing with a situation on Roblox where a former friend, "Dogefan_05," has been harassing me even after I blocked them. They continue to stalk my account, cyberbully me, and even told me to "kill myself." I am feeling overwhelmed by this ongoing issue and am unsure of what steps I can take to stop their behavior. Despite reporting them on Roblox, I am uncertain if any actions have been taken.

On March 29, [redacted], I received an email from Roblox regarding an email address change on my account. I was informed that the email address was switched from [redacted] to [redacted] If this change was not authorized by me or if I suspect any unauthorized activity, Roblox advised me to contact customer support on their website to revert the email back for security reasons. If I am satisfied with the new email address, no action is required. The email stated that any inquiries should be directed to the Roblox help page and not to respond to the email directly. I am unsure why I received this message, but the account name provided was DoctorCrazyMuffin and the previous email address listed was [redacted]

Hello Roblox team, I am reaching out for the third time regarding my old account, AKSARAH936. I have previously contacted you twice via email about this matter. Unfortunately, the account was linked to the email [redacted] which has since been deleted, and the associated phone number is no longer in use. I kindly request a password reset email to regain access to my account. I have already provided evidence to verify my ownership, and I am willing to provide further proof if necessary. I had purchased [redacted] Robux on this account and used around [redacted] of them. My last login was in November [redacted], where I played games such as Rocitizes, Bloxburg, Epic Minigames, Fashion Frenzy, Speed Run, Obbies, and Tycoons. There are some other games I can't recall due to the time that has passed. I currently play on a new account, XXviliriatedXX, but starting anew is not the same as having access to my old account. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resetting the password for AKSARAH936. Thank you in advance for your help.

Last night, two individuals accessed my account and stole my high-value items. I know their identities. One person, 27lujay, took my Fiercy Red Horns, Supa Cap, and Playful Vampire. He then sent these items to Constructivedesigner, who now possesses my horns and cap. I am unsure who has my Playful Vampire, but I discovered that they obtained premium status on my account to facilitate the trade. Ultimately, they traded my items to the person who had expressed interest in them. When I refused to transfer the items, they resorted to hacking my account to complete the theft.

I am reaching out regarding a Roblox account, TOWO5, created by my son. I am Jacques Jean-Louis. Please note my telephone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted] I am requesting a refund for unauthorized purchases amounting to $26.04 made on my bank card on March 24, 25, and possibly March 26. Despite canceling my bank card, these charges are still reflected on my statement. Regrettably, my son made these purchases without my knowledge or consent. Kindly reverse these transactions and refund the money as he did not understand what he was doing and did not use any of the items or access he acquired online. It is concerning that your platform facilitated these transactions without parental confirmation. Please refund all transactions from March 24 until today, as I am uncertain if additional charges may arise.

Hi, I'm Madonna. I recently had my ROBLOX account hacked by the username "IMURBACC." As a result, I created a new account under the name of "CrewFork" because my original account "Taylor_Tay777" was compromised. It happened on January 1, [redacted], also known as New Year's Day. I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide in recovering my hacked ROBLOX account. The password to my old account was "diva010105," and the hacker responsible for the breach is "IMURBACC." There is an individual on the game Adopt Me who is reportedly engaging in scamming activities. This person is using the username definitelynotleah and has been involved in scamming incidents involving a unicorn and other items belonging to my friend whose username is HappyRosey2020. I have a screenshot of a conversation where she admits to scamming. It's disheartening to see her behavior, especially considering she previously claimed to be poor despite owning a unicorn. I kindly request that the game administrators intervene by speaking to definitelynotleah and encouraging her to return the items she wrongfully obtained. I also provided my username, puppyunicornlover205, in case additional assistance is needed. The items that HappyRosey2020 lost due to the scamming include a neon ride pink cat, a donut unicycle, a princess carriage, and a donut motorcycle.

Someone took my [redacted] robux. I was in a group with a friend who promised to give me more robux soon. He asked for my robux password, but I refused. Later, he came to my house to play Roblox on my computer. While I was outside, he changed my password by accessing my Gmail, which was still logged in. When I returned, I found myself logged out. I confronted him, but he refused to give me the new password. I threatened to tell his mom if he didn't cooperate. Please help me recover my robux and also ban the account brian0237. Thank you.

My son, J., is 9 years old. He innocently posted a picture of a kid holding a pickle, which to him is just a silly image. It's hard to understand how this picture could offend anyone unless they have a truly twisted mind. I don't think my son should be warned for innocent posts just because someone interprets it inappropriately. We invest a significant amount of money and time into this game, and receiving two warnings already feels unfair. If my son is warned again for another innocent picture, I will have to consider legal action to seek a refund for all the money spent in this game.

I have discovered approximately $1,[redacted] of unauthorized in-app purchases on my iTunes account between January and March [redacted]. Despite disabling in-app purchases and setting up password requirements for my children, these charges occurred without my authorization. I possess detailed information including dates of the transactions and am seeking to resolve this matter directly with you before involving my credit card company's fraud department. The account in question belonged to my son under the name 'awesomeness5450'. When I press the ESC key, the volume control panel is not as expected. Instead of the full-screen panel with options, a small one appears on the left with the Roblox logo. This change happened suddenly, and I've tried reinstalling the app without success. My other accounts show the regular full-screen panel, but not my iiomqyeeun account. I'd appreciate any help in reverting it back to how it was before. Thank you.

There has been an unfortunate incident involving a legendary pet in Adopt Me that my sister and I were trust trading. The player with the username tahliaw07 did not return the pet as agreed, which has left us feeling scammed. A year ago, my account was hacked, and your company resolved the issue, which I appreciate. I have now discovered a problem from that incident. My account currently shows as nine years old, which is concerning for me as I frequently trade limited items. When trading, I am required to friend the other party first. Occasionally, after I request to friend them, they back out of our agreements. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way for you to reset my account age to thirteen. I was playing when I received a message that my password had been changed, preventing me from accessing my account. I tried the email method, but couldn't use it because the password and phone number had been changed. I am having trouble entering my correct information, and each attempt fails on both computers and iPhones. I suspect my account may have been compromised, but I am unsure. I attempted to reset my password without success because I did not provide an email address when creating my account. Using my phone number, I did not receive the verification code. Creating a new account is not ideal as I have Robux on my current account and reconnecting with my friends would be challenging. I am at a loss of what to do. I believe I may have been targeted by a game promising Robux in exchange for my password, possibly leading to a hack. The game's creator is (Cookie Emoji) Cookie Hangout (Cookie Emoji). If necessary, my account name is dancinginsprinkles. I typically play on a computer and would appreciate guidance specific to that platform.

My home in Bloxburg keeps getting altered each time I'm kicked off the game, causing me to lose money. It took [redacted].7k from my Bloxburg account which I obtained by clearing one of my plots, and now as I try to build again, it kicks me off and makes unwanted changes to my plot, including a hole under the entrance. I can prove I haven't modified my home yet; my username is Sincere_Savage3297. This has been happening since yesterday. I initially thought it was an April Fool's joke, but it's not funny. Please reach out to Copetus, the creator of Bloxburg, to address this issue or resolve the bug. It's disheartening to see my house tampered with after I spent 15 minutes on it. A user named Babyclaralol hacked my account on Roblox and took various items, including my flower wagon, fly ride bat dragon, neon dragon, four red pandas, two polar bears, fly reindeer, two other reindeers, and my ride snow cat. My Roblox username is asiamitchell29, and I have already changed my password. I am requesting assistance to recover my items as Babyclaralol scammed, hacked, and threatened me. She is spreading lies about me hacking her and even sold my castle. I am seeking $10,[redacted] to reclaim it and for decoration costs. She also took my flower stroller. I want all my belongings returned, and for her to be banned. Additionally, she traded my bat dragon for a neon unicorn, which rightfully belongs to me. I have known Babyclaralol for three years. Please help me retrieve my possessions.

I have attempted to contact you through several emails regarding this matter, but unfortunately, my messages have gone unanswered. The security of your site is highly questionable, and I am requesting the return of all the items belonging to my daughter, whose username is charlielise10. Due to a hack, items worth a significant amount of money were stolen from her account. I have four children who are active users of this game and collectively have spent thousands of dollars on it. Ignoring my messages is unacceptable, and I expect a response from you addressing this issue promptly. Restoring the items and improving the security measures on your site is the very least you can do in this situation. I will persist until this matter is resolved satisfactorily. Review the previous emails I sent from this email address to see the evidence provided in screenshots regarding my daughter's account.

I had a great account with the username "lol_loser1" that I enjoyed playing on and invested a lot of money in. About a year ago, I changed my email several times and then forgot my password. Since then, I haven't been able to verify the email or log in. I've been busy with school and took a break from playing but now my friends are back into it and I'd like to join them. I submitted a request to Roblox support a week ago but haven't received much of a response. If possible, I would appreciate it if I could regain access to my account. Thank you.
