On March 24th in Adopt Me, while playing on a server, my game glitched as I was aging up my pet. Suddenly, it showed a "trade successful" message, leaving me puzzled. Upon checking my inventory, I found a black skateboard and Ice Queen sleigh had been added, but my hard-earned blue rider was missing. I had worked diligently for it, requiring over a [redacted]-day streak. This isn't the first time this glitch has occurred; I previously lost my neon dragon and giraffe due to the same issue. I attempted to be more cautious after the previous incident, but unfortunately, it happened again. I cannot endure continuous losses and need a solution to this problem. This charge was unintentional and was made by my 7-year-old grandson while playing a game on my Galaxy phone. Despite trying to stop the purchase, it went through. As a server who is currently laid off due to COVID-19, this unexpected expense of over $50 is a significant amount for me, equivalent to a week's worth of food. I urgently request that this money be refunded to my VISA account. I primarily allow my grandson to play ROBLOX and Coin Master on my phone and have also bought him merchandise from your company as gifts. I am a veteran of the US Army and have never made such a purchase before. Please rectify this error swiftly as I am facing financial difficulties and need the money for essential expenses. I am unable to access my account, emmalovesbunbuns, even though I have had the correct password stored on my password manager for five years. I am not sure why there is a problem. My avatar has a soccer egg from an Easter event game and free clothes. I am not knowledgeable about hacking as I am still a kid or pre-teen. I have been dedicated to games like Epic Minigames, where I am at level [redacted] and higher, Royal High owning multiple accessories, and Tower of Hell reaching level 7. I have been a loyal customer for about five or four years, so why the sudden issue now? When logging into Roblox, I noticed that I was logged out without doing so myself. My password did not work. Hello, my granddaughter created an account on October 14, [redacted], but she can't recall her password. I've attempted to reset it through email and phone to no avail. The account name is hannahbanana_08. I've been purchasing Robux using both a Mastercard and Visa debit cards, and I'm frustrated that we can't resolve the password reset issue. She's upset as she's staying with me during the COVID-19 quarantine and can't access her Roblox game, which I've invested a lot of money in. If this isn't resolved quickly, I will cancel the subscription and cease buying Robux. She has Robux from the subscription waiting to be used but can't log in to play.

My daughter's Roblox account, which goes by the username "girlinthewoods11" under the name Amy Madigan, got deleted. I suspect the reason behind it is a payment issue related to £19.99 worth of Robux I purchased. Initially, the payment went through, but the game didn't reflect the purchase for about four days. After reaching out to Roblox with no response, I contacted PayPal, the payment method used. A couple of days later, the Robux appeared, but my daughter didn't inform me in time to close the PayPal case, which eventually led to PayPal refunding the amount due to lack of communication. I unfortunately lost access to my account a few months back after falling for a scam where someone asked for my password in exchange for Robux. This account held sentimental value for me as it was my very first Roblox account that I had nurtured for two years. I had close to [redacted] friends on there and treasured items in games like Bloxburg, Royal High, and Adopt Me, including a valuable limited edition face. I've tried reaching out to the person who accessed my account, but they claimed they couldn't log back in due to an incorrect password. I'm unsure if they changed it or not. I now use a different account and have some Robux and items, but my original account was special to me. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the email linked with the account as it belonged to my late grandmother. I hope something can be done to retrieve my account. I am having trouble accessing my account because my password is not working. I have tried all the passwords listed in my notebook and also attempted to use the "forgot password" option. I have contacted Apple to block in-app purchases, but charges occurred again on March 25th. After disputing with Apple, I was directed to contact Roblox. Following a search for my 7-year-old son, who will turn 8 on April 25, [redacted], I wanted to order a Roblox cake decoration model. I was convinced that it was official Roblox products and that I would receive everything by mail before April 25, [redacted]! I ordered from Etsy, the seller named Geidy, who also has an account on Madprint Art. I was sold Roblox images in PDF format! I expected to receive cake models by mail, but instead, I received Roblox images that I have to cut out and assemble myself. I paid for shipping as well! It's unfortunate for your image that this happened because here we are big Roblox fans, especially my son. However, this year he won't have his Roblox cake decorations. The Etsy seller of Roblox images has a no-return or refund policy for her images! Thank you.
