I am experiencing several significant issues that are impacting my ability to play Roblox effectively. To begin with, I have attempted troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app and resetting my computer to no avail. These problems are recent and unique to my Roblox experience. The enter key on my keyboard no longer functions within Roblox, preventing me from chatting or inputting IDs. Additionally, zooming in and out and scrolling have become challenging tasks, despite confirming that my trackpad is functioning properly. The zoom feature is slow and requires multiple attempts, while scrolling has become overly sensitive. Moreover, the cursor is not visible while playing on my Chromebook, making it difficult to navigate the game effectively. Previously, moving the cursor to the top of the screen would reveal the mouse pointer, but this feature is no longer operational. Lastly, there is a sudden visual issue where the game appears "foggy," making it difficult to see clearly. I am eager to have these issues resolved promptly to continue enjoying Roblox without these hindrances.

While playing games on my Roblox account, I noticed that my two-step verification was turned off. Upon reactivating it and switching accounts, I faced issues with receiving the verification code via email. Despite refreshing multiple times, the email with the six-digit pin did not arrive. When attempting to log back in using my username and password, I encountered an error with my email not being recognized, even though I was certain of the correctness of my password. Thinking it might be related to an old email address, I attempted to log in using my previous email, but was met with a message stating I was not on the correct browser, even though I was using Google. This has left me feeling stuck in this frustrating situation.

I encountered issues with my Roblox account recently. It started glitching without any apparent reason, so I waited to see if it would resolve itself, but unfortunately, it did not. After attempting to reset the game, I unintentionally got signed out due to forgetting my password. Creating a new account did not solve the glitching problem either. Even after deleting and reinstalling the game, the issue persisted. My dad helped fix my computer, but the game continued to glitch. I lost access to my old account "slayprincessmeemee_00" and created a new one "Jxnee_00". I had 30 remaining Robux and could play Bloxburg, but the glitching is disruptive. I would appreciate assistance in resolving the glitch and retrieving my Robux or accessing Bloxburg without issues.

Today, while playing Roblox around 3:25pm, I left for about an hour and a half. When returning, I tried logging in but received a "password incorrect" message despite inputting the correct details. My username is Basketball101soccer and the password is Basketball. Even after numerous attempts, I couldn't access my account. I would appreciate it if someone could assist in resolving this issue so I can play with my friends again. Thanks for your help.

While playing Roblox around 5 pm, I enjoyed a game of Fashion Famous with a friend. Upon returning at 9:28 pm, I noticed I was logged out even though I didn't do so myself. I believe I created this account in September [redacted]; however, I can't recall the password. Despite trying various methods, including updating, the issue persists. Unfortunately, I didn't verify my email or phone number as it required the password I forgot. The verification code for changing the password isn't working. Hello Roblox, I am the verified user of the account Mikusakia. I wanted to inform you that a family member, not myself, was using my account which resulted in a ban for harassment. I am not responsible for the actions that led to the ban as I was not online at the time. I apologize for any offensive language used by my family member. I kindly request for the ban to be lifted as I have been a long-time user of Roblox without any history of using offensive language. I also extend my apologies to the individual affected by this situation. Playing Roblox brings me joy, and I am disappointed that I am unable to access my account for the next 72 hours.

I’m AKCman35. I developed a game on Roblox named Traffic Light Walk. I typically enjoy playing Roblox on my iPad Air, and it usually runs smoothly with any game I try. However, after updating my game, I encountered crashes whenever I attempted to play it on my iPad. I don’t believe it’s a size issue since there are larger games like Welcome to Bloxburg that run without problems. I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting suggestions provided, such as rebooting, reinstalling the app, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists.

While playing "Adopt Me," I encountered a user with the username addison17717 who claimed she could name pets. Skeptical, I let her name a dog, a red panda, and even a legendary dragon, which she returned each time. Later, another player noticed my rare Neon Evil Unicorn that addison17717 also had and asked her to name it. Reluctantly, I agreed, feeling pressured by their shared item. Soon after, both users left the game, leaving me devastated. Despite my tears, I managed to find their profiles. Saddened by addison17717 unfriending me, I joined the other player's game where they feigned innocence. Hoping for help, I friended them, only to be blocked the next day. Upon realizing they were in cahoots, I created a new account, lollipop3k19, but couldn't access their game. Having invested time and money, losing my prized pet was heartbreaking. Seeking assistance to recover it, I remain hopeful for a resolution.

I was recently in a trade hangout on Roblox, exploring potential deals for limited items when another player named Fashinove messaged me within the Roblox messaging system. Fashinove suggested utilizing a supposed sniper bot he created by entering specific text in the web search bar, as indicated in their bio. Upon following these instructions, my super duper happy face, robot baseball cap, and majority of my Robux (leaving about $2 out of approximately $[redacted]) were removed from my account without my consent, depriving me of my possessions. I did not engage in any trades or authorize any transactions that could lead to such a loss, and I was unaware of this type of scam targeting users for their items. In response to this incident, I promptly changed my password to secure my account. Despite this unfortunate event, I managed to access my account and utilize it yesterday. I greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and potentially recovering my lost items. Thank you, Avery I seek guidance on possibly initiating a rollback on my account to address this issue.

During the account creation, I mistakenly entered an incorrect birth year, stating I was born in [redacted] instead of [redacted]. Consequently, my account is still subject to the safechat filter, even though I am now 15 years old and no longer require this restriction. My account username is TORONTOKYANA. I was devastated when Roblox couldn't recover my account after falling for a scam promising robux. I was lured into a false promise of in-game currency by someone claiming to be from a party kia Party with supposed evidence. They convinced me to give my email and pin on Discord for a trade, leading to the permanent loss of my account. This experience has been heartbreaking, with Roblox unable to help me or others in similar situations. I've lost three accounts due to this deception and now have to start over with a new one. I urge everyone to stay vigilant against such deceitful individuals preying on unsuspecting players for personal gain. Please be cautious and avoid sharing personal information related to robux or account details to prevent falling victim to these schemes.

My daughter was recently scammed in a trade with another player in the game Adopt Me. She was offered a legendary neon unicorn in exchange for her legendary flying riding parrot. During the trade, the other player removed their item before a glitch occurred, causing the trade to be accepted. The player then logged out of the game, leaving my daughter upset. Her username is PheonixofCandy (spelled wrong intentionally). The username of the player who scammed her is “notleah28901”. We filed a complaint in the game's DM on the day of the incident but have not received a response yet. We hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I urgently need to recover my account. I have many online friends who I cannot reach now because my account was hacked. I am also losing all my Roblox purchases. I created a new backup account but hesitate to make any new purchases in case I can regain access to my old account. My username was "soccc3rscor3nin3" and my password was "[redacted]0," but they are not working anymore. I was informed that players on popular games are often targeted by hackers, and unfortunately, I was hacked while playing my favorite game. I tried logging in on my sister's computer, but it didn't work. Strangely, the hacker unfriended her but not anyone else. Seeing only her unfriended in my old account's friends list is very confusing. I am distraught as some of my real-life friends can only contact me through Roblox. On the Roblox website, it says my password should be 7 characters long. I was trying to log in when the game kicked me out of my account. I tried to log back in, but my password wasn't accepted. I attempted to create a new profile, and it said the password must be at least 8 characters. I tried all my usual passwords, the easy ones, but none worked. I tried passwords of 7 and 8 characters, but none of them worked. I tried to change the password, but I couldn't because I hadn't provided a phone number or email. If you check, the account was created by me on my Samsung A10 device, I was born on 7/11/[redacted], and I am male. Please help me get back into my account as I have many skins, Robux, and I've created many modes and things like in Murder Mystery 2. If you still doubt that I'm the owner, you can ask my friend Mortal07, who I play with often in Murder Mystery. Please, I really need your help to access my account again.

I had trouble with my game account since I couldn't remember my password. I visited the official Roblox site while logged in and it stated that my password was seven characters, but I know it should have been at least eight characters. I attempted various combinations without success. I wanted to change my password, but I couldn't proceed without adding my email or phone number. My account name is ANNO1492, and I have 11 Robux. My account was created from my phone, and Mortale07 can confirm that it's mine. I was part of two groups, rocash.com and a parkour group with a yellow background. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account as I had valuable items on it.

Hello, my daughter is having trouble accessing her account. She didn't note down her chosen password when creating it, and now she can't log in. Typically, she logs in automatically on her iPad. She is upset as she can't play now. I have her username, claudette[redacted]5, but I'm unsure of the birthdate she used for the account. To validate her identity, I can provide additional details such as having 13 Robux in Roblox and around $[redacted]-$[redacted] in Adopt Me. Recently, she purchased Robux for an outfit resembling the Youtuber I am Sanna, excluding the skirt and unicorn horn. She also spent 25 Robux to play "Bloxburg." I hope this information helps. I came across a link promising free robux and decided to check it out. After clicking on it, I was directed to a game that prompted me to log in for verification before receiving the robux. However, upon doing so, the game informed me that my login details were incorrect and logged me out of Roblox. Despite multiple attempts to log back in using different devices, I was unsuccessful as the login information was consistently deemed wrong. I attempted to reset my password but have not received the verification email or text to proceed further. Any guidance on how to regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

My 6-year-old son has been using Roblox for over a year, but yesterday, his iPad prompted him to re-enter his password, which we can't remember. I have 2 other kids with Roblox accounts linked to my usual email. We've spent a lot on my son's Robux, and he's devastated his account isn't working. His login is PikachuMaster89764, and I've used my card many times for his purchases. I've tried all my emails to no avail. His name is Marianna B., and we're at home due to the coronavirus outbreak. Since [redacted], I have not changed my username or password, yet when I try to log in, it says 'incorrect username or password'. I attempted to reset the password using my email address and phone number with no success. I reached out to four customer support representatives, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. I am frustrated because I need access to my account for a fighting game. I even bought Robux on the account and verified I was not banned by checking an alternate account. Despite everything appearing normal, I still cannot log in.
