My account was accessed by another user who changed the password, email, and phone number, preventing me from accessing it. I need assistance in recovering my account, SkylarRose783, as soon as possible. The user responsible for this, "cookielover09956," also attempted to access my friends' accounts. I can provide proof of my identity through billing information and purchase history. They confessed to logging into my account and refuse to return it. I had [redacted] robux on my account which is now reduced to [redacted] robux due to their actions. Despite not being able to access my account, I calculated this based on the cost of recent purchases. I have reached out to Roblox for help multiple times and provided details about the unauthorized access incident on March 11th, [redacted], at 6:23 PM (EST). I signed up for the account using my phone number initially and later added an email address. I request a password reset and reimbursement for the lost robux. Dear Roblox Corporation, Hello, Roblox Corporation. I am RGS1222. I am reaching out about an issue impacting my friend, Mryuki_8000. According to my friend, he was falsely banned for scamming. He is not the type to engage in such behavior. I learned from Yuki that he intended to give his friend Robux if he had any. Regrettably, he was scammed by his friend (who happens to be female) for a pet in a random simulator. Subsequently, he was bullied, reported for scamming, and faced this ban. Roblox Corporation, I am urging you to investigate this matter and consider penalizing the individual responsible for bullying and scamming. The verification process requires adjusting 20 animals, which seems excessive for a kids' game. Some animals have unclear leg positions, making it challenging to verify. This has led to multiple unsuccessful attempts, hindering access to our daughter's Roblox account. We seek reimbursement for the inconvenience caused. Despite previous unresponsive attempts to contact Roblox, we hope for a resolution without escalating the situation. Restoring our daughter's game access and utilizing the invested money are our main priorities. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

There is currently a situation with my account involving someone who has put a PIN lock on it. This person, whom I do not know, is sending messages to my friends on Roblox and changing my settings. They have prevented me from changing my password, causing distress and making me feel bullied. My username is ImNotJxshh. I kindly request assistance in removing the PIN lock, resetting my password, and sending the new details to my email address. This unauthorized individual has been altering my avatar and entering games without my consent, disrupting my experience on Roblox. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue, and even my mother has been unable to help. Roblox is my primary gaming platform, and this intrusion has left me with limited options.

I experienced an unexpected logout that directed me to the log-in area. After attempting to log back in, my password was deemed incorrect. Additionally, I encountered a distressing situation yesterday in the game "Adopt Me" involving a player named MajesticMarely and her sister. During a trade, I was manipulated into giving away my fly ride horse for a fennec fox, only for them to demand the item back aggressively. Despite complying and returning the item, I was unjustly accused of misconduct and even falsely linked to having coronavirus. My friend ilikecampinghehe supported me during this ordeal. The sisters proceeded to manipulate other players' opinions of me. Feeling wronged and unfairly reported, I seek assistance in reclaiming my account as I have been victimized by their deceptive actions. - StuffAnimal_fan

While on Discord, I promised to give him an account with Robux but didn't do it in time. I let him use my account briefly until I transferred everything. However, he changed the password before I could and claimed it. I kindly asked him to return it on Discord, but he refused. So I transferred my pets and some Bloxburg money to my SnXwyHollow account. I spent around $[redacted] to $[redacted] on my precious account, Jmo12398. I have evidence, including witnesses and even my mom knows I got hacked. I want my account back; he changed the avatar to a boy, and the outfits didn't match. Can you please help me get my account back? I'm upset for being naive enough to share my password.

I had a concerning experience while playing Adopt Me. I was unexpectedly logged off and had trouble logging back in. I asked my parents for help but ended up using this opportunity to try and get more Robux without their knowledge. I ended up locking myself out of the account even though I had my password written down. I would appreciate it if I could receive [redacted] or even [redacted] Robux. I paid $[redacted] for robux but have not received them. I would like an immediate refund. Despite several calls back, each time they promised to transfer my refund request to the billing department. The last person, claiming to be a supervisor, said nobody had done so before but assured me she would. When I asked to speak to the billing department's supervisor, she gave me a number which I later found out was the same unhelpful generic one I had been calling. I've been trying to get my money back for over three weeks. Initially, I only wanted the robux, but due to the delay and unprofessionalism, I now want a full refund. I am extremely upset and stressed about this situation.

While browsing on Roblox, I came across my original account that I used to play on. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it as I have forgotten the password and did not link any email or phone number to it back in [redacted]. I realize now the importance of having these for security purposes. I would appreciate any assistance in retrieving access to this inactive account. My son's account, Mad8710, was recently hacked, and I have tried multiple times to resolve the issue with no success. I am hoping to have his account recovered from the thief so that he can continue using it. I have spent a significant amount of money buying robucks for him to use on his account, and now someone else is enjoying those benefits. They are even teasing him through online chats, blocking him, and pretending to be a family member, which they are not. My daughter, Poppy, purchased a house a few months ago. She dedicated countless hours and spent a lot of Robux furnishing and decorating it. As she has autism, achieving perfection meant the world to her and was a significant effort. Wanting to get a valuation for the house, she intended to visit the property selling section. However, she accidentally pressed the wrong button, resulting in the house being sold for half its value. This mistake discounted all the hard work and Robux she invested in it. Devastated and inconsolable, Poppy is experiencing ongoing panic attacks that are greatly impacting her daily life and education. She is deeply unhappy with the loss of her beloved home. I am reaching out in hopes that the house can be returned to her. It seems unjust that one accidental click led to the complete loss of a house she cherished so much. Yesterday, I went on Roblox as usual, but instead of showing me my profile, it displayed the image of the FIRST time I was on Roblox. I tried to find my password, but I had forgotten it because it has been a long time since I created this account, around [redacted] or [redacted], and I had Robux on it, but everything has DISAPPEARED. I even clicked on the link that says "forgot password," I entered my email, but it did not send me the 6-DIGIT CODE, the same thing happened with the phone number! On my BIRTHDAY, I received a card, but I misunderstood the instructions, so I couldn't get my Robux that day. It was a card of $25. I don't know what to do. My account in Adopt Me Roblox has been hacked. I've noticed several of my valuable pets disappearing, including a neon red panda, a rideable golden rat, and a rideable and flyable zombie buffalo. These pets are valuable and losing them means losing money. My username on Roblox is LushChristineMichael. I've changed my password after suspecting that the hacker knew it. To prevent further losses, I've given the rest of my good pets to my brother. Please assist me in fixing this situation as those pets were my favorites.

My daughter's account has been experiencing issues with missing pets within the last 2-3 days, including a fly otter and a rideable bee. Today, I made a purchase of £4.99 plus 99p for Robux so she could buy a fly potion and a ride potion. While she was playing next to me, she turned off her iPad for an hour to do homework. Upon logging back in, both potions were missing. This has been distressing for my daughter and myself as these items were quite expensive. Despite reporting specific players on Adopt Me, no action has been taken. I am requesting that my daughter's account, under the username cyra_ismybff, be refunded these missing items. My account Khoa51 has been hacked by a person pretending to be me. They changed the recovery email, but the system detected it and notified my email. The hacker, who claims to be me, is using the email [redacted] I have evidence of me using the account and reaching out to him via my other account, Justforanothermoment, but he did not respond. He messaged me claiming that Roblox reset the email for him and advised me to contact them. I would not report hacking if I were the hacker. This situation involves my decades-old account, and I seek assistance as the imposter is attempting to take over my account.

Hello, good evening. This morning while I was playing Roblox, I accidentally logged out. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me to sign in or register. Since I already have an account, I clicked on sign in, entered my username and password, and it displayed "Incorrect username or password." This happened yesterday too, but they assisted me then. Today, the issue persists, and all I've been told is that it's resolved, yet it's not. I have searched online for Roblox help, but to no avail. This situation saddens me deeply as I've had my account for a year, and it holds many valuable things for me. I don't understand why they helped me quickly yesterday but haven't assisted me in the past six hours today despite my pleas. Please help me regain access to my account. I just need the Reset Password button as it keeps saying the password is wrong. I beg for your prompt assistance; I have already waited for too long.

I was away from my iPad and when I tried to resume playing my Roblox game, I found myself logged out and unable to remember my password. I attempted to use my Guardian/Parent’s email but was unsuccessful. After a week of struggling to regain access, I tried using a phone number I thought was connected to my account. Unfortunately, I still couldn't get in. I am feeling disappointed as I have invested a lot of money and time into my account. I am desperate to retrieve it as I have items that would take a long time to acquire again. It's frustrating not knowing if everything will be the same once I log back in.

Subsequently, I played another game, Bloxburg, and received a notification that my account had been accessed on a different device. Suddenly, I was logged out, and my password was changed by the hacker.
