There have been reports of a hacker accessing accounts and sending out free Robux scams. I wasn't aware of this until I asked others who confirmed the same issue. A friend sent me a message offering "FREE ROBUC COME JOIN ME," and believing it was genuine, I logged in and discovered it was a scammer. After entering my username and password, I found out it was incorrect. Trying to rectify the situation, I realized the scammer had changed my password. They might have spent the [redacted] Robux I had earned on that childhood account I use daily. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in recovering my account with the username lillycocoapeepslove.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my daughter's Roblox account (XxLeaneUnicornxX) which has unfortunately been compromised by hackers. She is eager to regain access to her account, but unfortunately, there was no phone or email linked to it for recovery purposes. However, I can confirm that I have made iTunes purchases on her account, with the most recent transaction occurring on December 26th, where [redacted] Robux were purchased for €10.99. The order reference for this purchase is MK9VF43TXV and was charged to my credit card under the name Jérôme Boussert. Another purchase from July 18, [redacted], also for [redacted] Robux at the same price, was billed to me as well, paid through Paypal using the email [redacted] I can provide additional purchase details as necessary. I am the original owner of the account with the original email [redacted] Later, I changed it to [redacted] given by my grandmother. Unfortunately, someone is attacking my account GlitchySnowflake, which I created when I was 11 and I'm now 20. I've had this account since my aunt passed away, and the first username has a special meaning connected to my Christmas gift, an Americangirl doll named Molly. If I lose access to this account, I won't return to the site or spend money here again, and I'll bring my friends and family with me. Roblox used to be enjoyable for me. The password used to be Keyshe2013, later changed to Piggy[redacted] before reverting. I need your help! Despite reaching out to Roblox for help and losing 52k along with other items on my account, I have not received any assistance. My account details such as password, Facebook link, phone number, and email have been altered. Even contacting from the original email did not yield a response. We have evidence to support our claims.

My 7-year-old son Rhys created his beloved Roblox account on his iPad last year and uses it daily. Yesterday after school, he played on it, took a break, and tried to return around 8 pm (New Zealand time), but it prompted a login, which had never happened before. Since he couldn't recall his password, I attempted to reset it using my email [redacted] and mobile [redacted], but neither worked. I suspect they may not have been linked to his account during the setup. Over the past year, I have bought numerous Robux for him with my credit card, with receipts sent to the mentioned email address. Unfortunately, I did not save them, just deleted them from my inbox, though I have credit card statements showing the Apple purchases. Please help! My little one is getting restless without access. While playing Roblox, my mom gifted me Robux. Excited to get more, I encountered someone offering it in exchange for friending them. Following their instructions, I joined their game where they prompted me to enter my username and password to receive Robux. Despite sensing something was off, I fell for the scam and shared my information. Now, realizing my mistake and suspecting they have scammed others, I regret my hasty actions. The memories of my past gameplay now tainted by this experience leave me longing to recover what was lost, as my enjoyment of Roblox has been compromised.

Someone has hacked into my Roblox accounts, Alexis31443 and uynknownkiller. I am desperate to retrieve uynknownkiller as it is more important to me. This seems to be a virus or a bot affecting the app. I am considering reporting this to Roblox. It's unfortunate that I have lost access to both accounts. This situation is serious, and I urge the hacker to return my account. There are many scammers on Roblox, and this incident is disheartening. It's frustrating that even with the correct password, I can't access my account due to the intrusion. I hope the necessary measures will be taken to tackle these scammers and hackers promptly to avoid the need for further action.

My daughter was playing Roblox when it suddenly kicked her out of the game. When she tried to log back in, it said she was already logged out. She lost all her progress and items, making her very upset. We attempted to log in using the correct password, but it was unsuccessful. Her old account was under the username Wolfs210. She created a new account with the username Hope3945, but she is really attached to her old account. Is there any way to recover it? Thank you.

My daughter got logged out of Roblox while playing, and now she can't remember her password to log back in. Her username is unicornloverbellab. We tried using both my phone number and my wife's, but we didn't receive any codes to reset the password. She has put a lot of time and money into the game, and we really need help getting her account back.

I recently decided to add a phone number to my account as I don't have one yet. I made a mistake by using an online SMS receiver, and now someone has used that number to access my account. Even though I'm currently logged in, I want the number removed to prevent my account from being compromised. I've already reset my password, set a PIN, and enabled 2-Step Verification, but the issue persists. I attempted to remove the number, but I received an error message stating that I entered the wrong code too many times. I've waited a few hours and tried again, but the problem remains. My username is ChanBrothers. I have already sent my email to recover my hacked account on Princess. It was a free Robux game where I had some Robux from my parents. Please return it to my new account Chan_Brother. My account keeps changing the avatar on Roblox. Please assist all customers who are facing the same issue, not just me. My child is locked out and cannot remember the email or password to recover it. I think there might be two email addresses associated with the account. I would appreciate speaking to a live person to help us regain access. We need assistance either by resetting the password through the email addresses or by providing necessary information for a Roblox employee to help us retrieve the account.

I require assistance with resetting the passwords for my accounts "dance100dance100" and "lizzydizzykitt9." Despite using my correct email and phone number, the system claims they are inaccurate. I am unable to reset the passwords on my own and need help regaining access to my accounts and resetting the passwords as soon as possible.

Hello Roblox Team, I have two accounts: LosinqDamage and exoticwavezz. My main account is exoticwavezz, but something strange happened. I got logged out and when I tried to log back in, the 2-step verification prompt didn't appear. After checking my emails, I found out that someone disabled the 2-step verification and deleted my email. When I tried to log into my LosinqDamage account, it showed the email address that belonged to exoticwavezz, even though I never linked an email to LosinqDamage. I managed to access LosinqDamage, but when I tried to log back in later, I couldn't. I received emails saying my password was changed, and it kept happening every time I reset it. I suspect someone has accessed both of my accounts and stolen my information. Could you please delete both accounts along with the associated email addresses? Thank you.

Dear Roblox, I recently regained access to my old account from [redacted], only to find an unwanted guest has taken over. The password was easy to crack because I used simple passwords then. My old email was hacked, and the account now has the wrong email associated with it, most likely changed by the hacker. I really want to reclaim this account as it holds a lot of memories for me. My account username is Blaketheplayer. Unfortunately, it has been hacked after falling for a trick where someone offered me 25k robux for free. I am unable to log back in or request a password reset because I can't remember the email I used six years ago. I know I didn't set up any verifications or use a phone number. I don't think I was hacked, but rather fell for a scam since I only noticed my password not working.

My daughter, who is 11 years old, has been utilizing this account for more than 2 years under the username Lol_crazy2018. She was always logged in as she forgot her password and cannot remember the email we used for signing up. I believe it might have been [redacted], but we're uncertain. I can demonstrate that we have been making purchases on this account for over 2 years. However, she inadvertently got logged out and is unable to regain access to her account due to being unable to sign back in.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance regarding unauthorized charges made on my Apple account via my stolen debit card. There are over $[redacted] in charges from your company that I did not authorize. The last legitimate transaction I made was at The Children's Place in Ardmore before being out of town until today. My checking account was also temporarily locked until recently due to the unauthorized activities. Hello, I recently encountered an issue while playing Roblox with my sister. I had [redacted] Robux, but while walking around, I was unexpectedly prompted to buy something. Despite choosing not to purchase it, the transaction went through anyhow. I am unfamiliar with the game and would appreciate assistance in getting my Robux reinstated. I currently only have 28 Robux left, a considerable decrease from what I had prior to this incident. Hello, I need help with my little sister's Roblox account. She was suddenly kicked out of her account that she has had for 2-3 years. She doesn't know the password now and has lost all her progress in games like Royal High and MeepCity. It's frustrating because she didn't do anything wrong, just got kicked out. I play on mobile and I am logged into the Roblox app, but I forgot my password. I initially used my old email, but have since changed to a new one. I tried to reset my password by sending an email to my new email address, but I have not received it yet. I do not have a phone number to use for verification. I want to enter my Roblox code online for Robux, but I need my password to do that. I need a quick reply if possible.
