My account was hacked, and I have evidence including pictures. On Saturday, while playing Roblox, I encountered a scammer who became angry when I refused to give him Robux. Somehow, he managed to log me out of my account and change my password. Please assist me and contact me via my email provided below. If you need proof, please don't ask me to purchase Robux, I have a picture. To resolve this, Roblox, you can fix it by sending me a reset password verification email to regain access to my account "Dererenok." Thank you.

I'm upset because my account, Beach_Bionie, was hacked by someone promising me a million robux. I fell for their trick, disabled my PIN, and within minutes, I found my robux gone and my password changed. This person also unfriended all my friends. I made a mistake, and now I feel awful. My dad is upset with me, and I'm only 8 years old. I really want my account back; it means the world to me. I also want this scammer banned from Roblox. I need help accessing my Roblox account that was linked to my Xbox. Unfortunately, I can't recall my password and the only way I can log in is through that console. I attempted to reset my password using my phone number, but it recovered an older account instead. Since my Xbox unlinked my original account, I feel like I've lost access to it completely. Roblox has not been responsive in helping me recover my password, and I'm worried because I had made purchases on that account. I was only trying to claim some free Valentine's Day items, but now I'm frustrated and stressed out. Could someone please assist me in resetting my password for my account under the username Gentle_sushi? The passwords I have tried so far are Ilove123, Ilove170, Pokemon123, Pokemon170, Ilovemlp123, and Ilovemlp170.

Hello, I need assistance with my daughter's Roblox account. Her username is gr5fujfdy, and it was recently hacked. We visited the phone store last week, and they gave us some instructions to fix it. However, this week we were creating an account for her sister and accidentally logged out of her account. Now we can't remember the password as we used the wrong email originally. Can you please send the password reset to my current email [redacted]? I also have an account with the username Ariana_mbb that we sometimes play together. Could you transfer her items in Adopt Me to that account? I've made real money purchases in the game, and she only plays Adopt Me. Subject: Reporting Players for Violations To whom it may concern at Roblox support, I have evidence of a player named Manueltjuhh engaging in inappropriate behavior by using offensive language and discussing mature content in chat. He has also been hacking in the games Fishing Simulator and Build a Boat for Treasure. The second player, Macromaania53, has also been found using a script injector to cheat in various games. I have personally witnessed Macromaania53 hacking for an extended period, approximately 6 hours, without facing any consequences so far. I fell victim to a scam by a person named Accrim. He promised to give me 10K robux if I shared my account password, HCorchid, with him. Regrettably, I disclosed my password, which was hayden20, and he changed my login details, locking me out of my account. Upon investigation, my brother (HCninjaboy) found Accrim playing Bee Swarm Simulator on my stolen account. When my brother asked him to release the account, Accrim demanded my brother's password in exchange. This incident made us realize that Accrim has a history of scamming and account theft. Upon reviewing his profile, we noticed Accrim has numerous friends and followers along with groups boasting over 1K members. While I may not recover the game progress and data, I am hopeful for the return of my account and for Accrim to face consequences. Thank you for your assistance.

I fell victim to a scam by someone named Accrim who promised me 10K robux in exchange for my account password, HCorchid. Regrettably, I shared my password, hayden20, allowing him to change my passcode and take over my account. After some investigating, my brother (HCninjaboy) found Accrim playing on my stolen account in Beeswarm Simulator. When we asked for the passcode to be changed back, Accrim demanded my brother's account password instead. It's clear that Accrim has a history of scamming and stealing accounts based on his threats and behavior. We also noticed his large number of friends, followers, and popular groups. While I may not recover all the progress and data from my account, I hope to regain access and see Accrim face consequences for his actions. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I need assistance with resetting my password as I forgot it. I requested an email with a link or code to reset it but did not receive it. I have friends on Roblox who I only communicate with through the app. Creating a new account would mean losing contact with them and the data from my current account. Roblox is a fun app that I enjoy, and retaining my current account is important to me.

As we move into [redacted], Roblox is now available on Xbox One, but I have noticed the absence of the chat feature. For me, communication through chat is an essential aspect of a multiplayer game. While I appreciate Roblox's efforts to maintain an E rating across different platforms, I am puzzled as to why the chat function has been removed specifically for Xbox users. This limitation not only impacts social interaction but also affects gameplay, especially in scenarios like playing a two-player tycoon game. It feels unjust that Xbox players are missing out on the full experience that other platforms offer. In writing this email, my intention is to inquire about the reasoning behind targeting Xbox for this change and whether there are plans for a future update that will reinstate chat functionality for all players. I believe my account has been compromised. I have contacted support multiple times regarding this issue, but my account is still inaccessible. The incident involved another player named maducviet19 who I suspect of stealing my account. During a game, I was prompted to enter my password in a specific area, and shortly after, my app was deleted by my brother. When I reinstalled the app, I was unable to log in with my password. Given that maducviet19 created the game, I suspect foul play. I would appreciate a prompt response. If possible, please reach out via SMS at +65 9[redacted]. My account has been compromised, and I have already reached out multiple times regarding this issue. I am eager to regain access to my account. Here's what happened: while playing with another user named maducviet**, they managed to take over my account by tricking me into entering my password in a specific game area. When I tried to log back in after reinstalling the app due to my brother's actions, my password was no longer valid. I suspect that this user might have hacked my account, given that they were involved in creating the game. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in addressing this matter, advising the player to refrain from such actions, and helping me recover my account by contacting me via email. I have recently been logged out of my account, and my longtime saved password is no longer being accepted. Additionally, the email associated with my account, which I have used before for customer service inquiries (reference ticket [redacted]), is now considered invalid. I have submitted a new ticket to Customer Service (ticket number [redacted]9), but the representative handling my case is asking for unusual information, like used game card codes, that I wouldn't typically have. I acknowledge the limitations in verifying my identity, but I believe a simple password reset sent to my account email (assuming it's secure) would suffice. However, this option hasn't been offered. At this stage, I am looking to file a formal complaint against the representative assigned to my case, and I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you.

I used to play Roblox frequently with my friends, but we eventually got bored and stopped playing. Tonight, I wanted to revisit Royale High, a game we all enjoyed. However, when I tried logging in, it said my username or password was incorrect. Despite only using four different passwords, I couldn't access my account. When I checked, my avatar looked different, but I recognized it based on the items it had. I couldn't find familiar friends in my list but saw my brother's and my friends' accounts. I have a screenshot of a conversation with my brother as proof, along with memories of owning badges from games like Survivor and Murder Mystery, being a Senior Barista in a group called Frappe, and having game passes in Bloxburg. The person has blocked inventory views, so I can't verify my belongings. My username is OPGirlyGamer2, and my past passwords were [redacted], [redacted]7, ripsue11, and ripsue12. I would like to report an incident involving my younger sister, RainbowEmilyYT, who was scammed by a player named eunatumboken2007 in the Roblox game Adopt Me. She purchased a gamepass, a riding potion, for [redacted] bucks (in-game currency) and was unfortunately deceived. Witnessing her lose her hard-earned money and trust in others is disheartening. It is concerning to see children engaging in deceitful behavior, as this can impact their future actions. I believe Roblox should take action against the player, such as suspending her from Adopt Me until the completion of the 'Aussie Pets' update. To whom it may concern, On Feb. 20th, my son Keanu informed me of a potential phone hack and SIM card swap. I contacted T-Mobile for assistance. The representative suggested testing the SIM card by placing it in another phone, which did not work. As a resolution, they provided a $15 credit to replace the SIM card at a T-Mobile store. Following the SIM card replacement, Keanu discovered his Yahoo email and online gaming passwords were changed, resulting in the loss of virtual money and game progress. The gaming company requires proof from T-Mobile of the SIM card hack to facilitate fund recovery within 30 days of the incident on Feb. 20th. As a long-time T-Mobile customer, I kindly request documentation from T-Mobile confirming the SIM card hack for the gaming company. My username is Robloxian[redacted]52. Recently, a friend invited me to play a game and win free robux. While I didn't enter the password the first time, I tried it on a new Roblox account later. Regrettably, I unknowingly used the same password as my original account. After leaving the game, I messaged my friend, only to find I had been logged out of my account and my password was not working. Realizing my account was hacked, I checked the email associated, which hadn't shown any changes. I had invested a significant amount of money and robux in that account and had progressed in various games. I am hopeful that efforts can be made to recover my account, as it holds great value to me.

Dear Roblox, A few weeks back, my cousin and I purchased Roblox Premium. When the premium subscription ended, we were prompted to join again. Recently, my cousin bought an iTunes gift card and deposited $15 into his App Store. Immediately after the deposit, Roblox deducted $5 from his App Store balance to renew the Premium subscription without his consent. He is now unable to cancel or remove the Premium status as there is no cancel button in the billing section. I am hesitant to redeem my own $15 iTunes gift card in fear of facing a similar issue. Last night at 12:43 a.m., I played Roblox Ninja Legends without any issues. However, today at 10 a.m., I received an email from Roblox stating that my email account had been changed to [redacted], which is not accurate. My actual email is [redacted] I've been trying to log in for the past 5 hours, but it keeps saying incorrect username and password. I have experienced ongoing issues with the administrators in a game called "Go-karting Xtreme." Over the past four months, I have received numerous unjustified warnings from the staff, with around 92% of them being inaccurate. The moderators seem to misuse their authority by giving warnings for minor things like using capital letters or saying "LOL." Recently, I was unrightfully permanently banned without any prior warnings. When I tried to address these concerns with the owner, "Marketmanager1," he mentioned that he couldn't fire the staff due to a lack of replacements. I believe that new staff should be hired through an application process to replace those who are misusing their powers. The behavior of staff members like "Marketmanager1, JayPlaysRoblox4, Yar890, Chief_Ryan23, VItsonlyJoshV" has been disrespectful and abusive towards me. I hope that this situation can be resolved as it is negatively impacting my experience in the game.

A few weeks ago, my son attempted to access his Roblox account, which he has owned for several years. However, he encountered an issue where the password was not recognized, and despite numerous attempts to reset it, he was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, it seems his account was hacked as the email linked to it was changed, making it impossible for him to recover it. His username is billybobthebro, connected to our family email [redacted] Upon investigation from his brother's account, it appears the hacker altered his avatar with a face mask he did not select. This is distressing as my son has invested a significant amount of time and money into Roblox, and now the hacker has control over his achievements and is earning new badges. Ideally, we hope to regain full access to his account. If this is not feasible, we are concerned about how he would be compensated for the lost badges and avatar items if he needs to create a new account. Additionally, we fear the repercussions of the hacker using inappropriate language or harassing others, potentially tarnishing my son's reputation. Prompt resolution of this matter is important to us. We have followed online instructions to run our anti-virus software, restart the computer, and remove extensions in an effort to address the issue. Your urgent assistance would be greatly valued.
