I am experiencing issues logging into my account, TheAmazinPerson123. Despite entering my password, HananaHc, I received an incorrect username or password message. I am having trouble accessing my computer, as it is not functioning properly. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password for my Roblox account, but I do remember my username, which is JACK_PLAYSALLMCZ. I didn't get to verify my email address, but I believe there is an email linked to the account (although I had issues with my email too). I have invested a significant amount of money into Robux and I am concerned about retrieving my account. I kindly request that Roblox contacts me either by phone call or email to assist me in recovering access to my account.

I encountered a troubling incident while playing a game that claimed to offer "free robux." Despite believing the messages were from Roblox, I was asked for my account password and faced issues. Realizing my account might be compromised, I exited the game and switched to "Roblox got Talent" only to see a notification about someone accessing my account from another device. Concerned about being hacked, I tried to change my password but was met with a white screen and log out message. When I attempted to log back in, it stated my username or password was incorrect. Hello Roblox Support team, I am currently using an account named "microwavedbigmacc" and I am reaching out to you regarding my old account named "dap_police77877" which was hacked. Two years ago, when I was younger, I fell into a scam promising free Robux by joining a game. After a few hours, I noticed strange activities on my account and created a new one with the username "frendzy_77877" which is now "microwavedbigmacc." I recently encountered the hacker who took my old account in a game with a friend, but unfortunately, the hacker left before returning my account. I have been unable to access "dap_police77877" as the hacker changed the password without verification. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my old account. Thank you.

I purchased [redacted] coins for my daughter on Roblox this past Saturday. However, she has not received them despite the immediate deduction from my account. This frustrating experience has happened to me before with a Roblox card. I used my credit/debit card this time, and the coins have not been delivered. I demand a refund of $10.79 or the [redacted] coins for lostblackdarksoul by tomorrow. If not resolved, I will contact the company's supervisor. It's unfair to entice kids to make purchases on your platform and then not deliver what they paid for. This lack of delivery after purchase is disappointing.

I accidentally purchased in-game items, such as faster charge, hit move set, god of destruction move set, and character slots from Captain_Hyderfu's Dragon Ball Z Final Stand, mistaking it for the real game by SnakeWorl, which shares the same name. The items in Captain_Hyderfu's game are not functional. I want a refund for all purchases from Captain_Hyderfu's game to buy the correct items from SnakeWorl's game. This issue needs to be fixed as many others may have also been misled by the same name.

I am being bullied by two individuals in a game. After I was defeated, they verbally attacked me in the chat, using profanity and threatening me by claiming they know my location. The users causing trouble are Thatonesxpacykid and TheblueEgyptian894. I am seeking assistance in having them banned from Roblox as I feel unsafe when they join my games without being on my friends list. Additionally, I suspect they hacked into my other account on my phone. I urgently require help to resolve this issue promptly.

I encountered an offer to win 200k in Bloxburg on a special server. Even though I wasn't planning on participating, I decided to check out the obby. Upon entering the game, I experienced a glitch that returned me to the login page. Despite using my correct credentials, the system claimed they were incorrect. To my surprise, my avatar on the account seemed almost entirely different afterwards. Despite several attempts to log in and even resetting my password using my phone number, I have been unsuccessful. A friend mentioned the possibility of someone tampering with my account. I left the server, but then a message appeared accusing me of scamming in Roblox. I have never engaged in scamming activities or created any fraudulent games. I encountered someone claiming to have admin powers and asked how they obtained it. They mentioned it was through a friend who initially declined but later accepted. They demonstrated how to obtain admin privileges by inviting me to a game offering "free admin." I entered a green circle that claimed to provide free admin after entering my password. Soon after, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the game and found myself logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, my password was deemed incorrect, leading me to message my friend from an alternate account. They demanded a Robux card to assist in recovering my account, giving me a minute to comply before leaving abruptly, leaving me unable to regain access to my account.

I recently received a ban from ROBLOX citing "Adult Content" as the reason. I must clarify that I was exploring ROBLOX models out of curiosity and had no intention of sharing them knowing the Terms of Service. Despite my content being private and promptly deleted, I was banned while inside ROBLOX studio, just a minute before the deletion. Feeling that my privacy as a customer was breached, I now have less trust in the company. I have submitted an appeal for the permanent ban, my first TOS violation, as others have created worse content without consequences. Ultimately, I seek to have my account, Valombra, reinstated.

While playing Roblox with my friends, ImAweird_POTATO101 experienced a situation where her account was hacked by someone who launched it on another device. This led to confusion and difficulty logging back in. The hacker accessed recent games on the account, specifically Welcome to Bloxburg. In an attempt to protect the account, we provided false information to the hacker regarding the identity, which they quickly saw through. The hacker identified themselves as such and mentioned not being associated with the fake identity we provided. Despite our inquiries, the hacker proceeded to delete items from the account before ultimately leaving. I recently agreed to be part of a Roblox model for a group owner named Calissta. She wanted to take photos of me, along with another user named Yvesica. Calissta requested a temporary trade of my "Playful Vampire" face for her "Snow Queen Smile" for the photoshoot. However, after the trade was completed, both Calissta and Yvesica left without returning my face, and I was then blocked by Calissta. I am disappointed with this situation and would like the necessary actions to be taken against this scam.

I purchased [redacted] Robux for $10 on my sister's phone for my account, but after checking, the Robux did not appear. We verified the transaction went through by checking my sister's bank account. We contacted customer service but only received a phone number. After no resolution, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my mobile phone to check for any glitches, but still no Robux were added. I read on forums that sometimes it can take 24 hours for purchases to show up, but even after this time has passed, I have not received my Robux. This is my second time reporting this issue with more details.

I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction of $[redacted].00 on my checking account from yesterday, Monday, February 23rd, [redacted]. While I was sleeping, there were other adults present along with 4 kids and my granddaughter. As someone living on a fixed income from social security, every dollar is crucial. I am kindly requesting a refund for the unauthorized transaction and closure of the account. I plan to switch from fingerprint access to a pin for added security. Please address this matter promptly. Due to a recent theft of my computer, I am providing two email addresses for contact. The fraudulent Roblox charge was noticed last night.
