I have been trying to contact Roblox for a couple of years now. My old account, skylar8891, dates back to [redacted], making it four years old. When I was around 7, I came across a game on Roblox offering free Robux, which captivated me. However, the next day I found myself logged out and unable to log back in. Despite trying the email and phone number recovery options, I was unsuccessful as I later used that email for a different account. I have numerous memories, Robux, gamepasses, and high levels associated with that account. I've reached out to Roblox from the email [redacted], but missed their response due to my broken phone. I am now using a friend's email address (with permission) as a last resort since she is friends with my old account on Roblox. Despite my numerous attempts, I feel disheartened and ready to give up.

I recently encountered a strange situation with my Roblox account. After someone gained access to my password, I changed it in a panic. I now find myself unable to recall the new password or the associated Gmail address, which is necessary for two-step verification. Despite having the password stored on Google, it only shows as dots, leaving me logged out unintentionally. I am also a premium member. I've located my account's email and password after composing this message, but I still can't remember the email password to complete the two-step verification process. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred while my son was playing Murder Mystery 2 under the username Sharpteeth2424. He is only 10 years old, and regrettably, he accidentally traded his elite knife with another player. This was not intentional, as he mistakenly selected the wrong item in the trade. The elite knife is quite valuable, costing around [redacted] Robux, and it can only be purchased once. Understandably, he is feeling very upset as the other player refuses to return it. I kindly request your assistance in this matter to either provide him with a replacement elite knife or to help in rectifying the situation. I had a concerning experience on Discord where someone tricked me into running a script, resulting in the loss of over 15,[redacted] Robux from my Roblox account. My Roblox account was recently hacked while playing Roblox Vehicle Simulator. I got disconnected and found out I was logged out of my account. Despite trying my password, it did not work. Upon checking my email, I realized the 2-step verification was disabled, and both my email and phone number were changed, along with the password. Someone unknown is now using my account to play games, and their behavior is inappropriate. I have not shared my password or email address with anyone, indicating my account has been hacked. I have asked my friend to monitor my account on Discord. I am reaching out to Roblox for assistance in resetting the password and email address associated with my account. Upon returning home from school, I attempted to play a Roblox game and found myself unexpectedly logged out of my account. Suspecting my brother, I inquired about his possible use of it but he denied it. Thinking nothing was amiss, I noticed a new message on my account which raised my suspicions of being hacked. Upon checking my email, a popup indicated that my Roblox email had been altered to studioofawsome@gmail. Unaware of visiting any scam websites, I implore the Roblox developers to take action as I have invested a significant amount in this game, which remains my favorite. Rest assured, I possess evidence to support my claim. My Roblox username is Z_Soloz, while my brother's is GodisGamer99.

While playing a game on Roblox, I encountered an issue that prevented me from switching to another game. A message appeared on my screen regarding my account, and I was logged out unexpectedly. I tried logging in, but my password wasn't working. I have changed my password multiple times to secure my account. I've tried all the passwords I use on Roblox and other platforms, but none of them worked. Today, Monday, 2/10/[redacted], I visited Roblox.com/bruhitshailey_22 on Google, and it says my account cannot load or has been terminated. Since I can't access my account, I assume it has been terminated. I haven't used my phone or computer for five days now, so I'm not sure why this happened. I haven't been active on the website for five days. I would appreciate an explanation. Thank you.

I encountered a technical issue (Arsenal if you need to know which game) while playing on my computer. After a glitch, my Roblox account got logged out. Despite trying to log back in, I am unable to pass through the new robot protection as it fails to load. I've invested a significant amount, around $5,[redacted], in the game, and I'm unable to access it now. I would appreciate it if David could disable the new robot protection temporarily to allow me to log back in.

I experienced a glitch while playing a game (Arsenal, if that's relevant) on my computer. Subsequently, when I tried logging back into my Roblox account, I faced difficulty due to the new robot protection not loading. I've invested a significant amount into the game and am unable to access it currently. I request your assistance in temporarily disabling the robot protection so I can regain access. We are currently relocating from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. While using the hotel's WIFI, my son experienced a theft on his Adopt Me account. He lost his neon golden penguin and neon crow, both rideable and flyable, causing him great distress. We have taken steps to secure his account by updating the password and enabling 2-step verification. Our primary goal is to have his account restored to include his two neon legendary animals.

Yesterday, my Roblox account was hacked, and despite emailing Roblox, I received no response. I attempted to reset my password via email, but never received the reset email. The most recent email from Roblox informed me of a password change that I did not authorize, leading to my current inability to access my account. I have sent two more emails today, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance. It is frustrating not being able to regain access to my account, especially after all the time and money I have invested in games like Bloxburg and Adopt Me, where my avatar was altered by the hackers. I am a Roblox subscriber and feel overlooked in this situation.

This is my second time addressing this issue with Roblox. Recently, my account was hacked, and despite receiving a reset password from you, I was too slow to respond to it. The hacker regained access to my account and changed the password again. Could you please update the email to [redacted] or log the hacker out, change the password, and send it to me? I will be offline for the next two weeks, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance. My hacked account is "Kaoz_14." Kindly help by changing the email to [redacted] and updating the password. Without your intervention, the hacker will continue to interfere with my account and claim it as their own. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, Roblox.

In Roblox Adopt Me, I was about to take out my pets when I couldn't find them. It seems like my account was hacked, and I lost Robux and legendary items. The pets I lost include a legendary rideable flyable Frost Dragon, neon cat, neon bunny, neon rideable penguin, rideable flyable legendary unicorn, panda, Fenix Fox, red panda, and a legendary car worth 1,[redacted]. I don't want to pressure anyone, but I worked hard every single day in Roblox to collect these pets. They mean a lot to me, and seeing them gone made me cry. I understand they are just virtual pets, but I love them all equally regardless of their rarity. Can anyone please help me? I cherish my pets, and I hope someone can investigate and identify the hacker.

After uninstalling Roblox to make space for homework, I reinstalled it but couldn't remember the right username and password. I lost my account a few days ago, and it mainly had free items and event stuff, including a pizza shirt and Godzila's backpack. Can anyone assist me in recovering my account with the username jtsugzkz? I'd appreciate a step-by-step guide via Gmail since I didn't link a phone number or email to my original account. To whom it may concern, I am reaching out about my daughter's Roadblox account, which has been hacked. Despite her multiple reports to your team, no action has been taken. Her email associated with the account is [redacted] I kindly request that you permanently ban the hacker from using Roadblox and disable their account immediately. I am contacting you on her behalf as her Gmail account is linked to our Telstra account. If I do not receive a response today, I will escalate this issue to the Australian Government ACCC Scam Report. The individual responsible for this breach has been warned several times but continues to use my daughter's account without consent. I am Paula Schmidt. My grandson uses the Roblox account "mrcreativityboat" with a Robux balance of 6.69. He attempted to purchase [redacted] Robux, but after encountering a spinning circle during checkout, I had him exit. I retried the transaction, confirming with my bank that only around three dollars was deducted. However, upon checking, there were two transactions, one for 3.97 and another for 10.67, leaving him with only [redacted] Robux rather than the expected balance. I have removed my card details for security and seek assistance in obtaining the missing [redacted] Robux or a refund. I am not willing to pay $21.33 due to a system error. Thank you for your help.

I am reaching out on behalf of my 8-year-old granddaughter who adores your app. Unfortunately, she was a victim of a scam within the game Adopt Me. Subsequently, she was disconnected from the game and lost all her belongings. Among her possessions were 4 cats, 2 dogs, a Shiba Inu that is rideable (apologies for any misspellings), a black panther, and a wolf. Is there any way to restore the items she lost due to the disconnection? I understand that the incident with the dragon taught her a valuable lesson about the realities of the world.
