Hello, I had an unsettling experience while playing ROBLOX recently. A stranger messaged me to join a group, and then asked for help creating a shirt. I agreed and received a file which turned out to be an image with additional files. After some time, I noticed all my rare limited items were missing after possibly falling victim to a cookie stealing scam. The scammer likely used my account to sell my items and transfer the profits to their group. I have taken steps to secure my account by changing my password and enabling two-step verification. The items I am missing include the Rainbow Hatbot, Playful Vampire, Dancing Banana, and Beautiful Hair for Beautiful Space People. My username is Nerdfastcoolman. I appreciate any assistance in recovering my lost items and am deeply disappointed by this incident.

My friend Genesis and I were considering swapping accounts, but I would never take her account because I would only go on it to get her the most expensive items she'd been wanting. However, we recently discovered that her account was hacked. Someone is texting us from her account, but they are not providing any useful information. They seem to be targeting Fender and Genesis. Yesterday, I logged out of Roblox on one device and couldn't log back in because my password didn't work. Interestingly, when I checked the password settings, the number of characters had changed. I've been using this password for a while and am sure I didn't forget it. I need help retrieving my account, as I really enjoy using it. My username is/was lilypaden. I am the cardholder for the Roblox user "tyronjones58," who happens to be my son. I have addressed the issue with him regarding taking money without permission, emphasizing the importance of respecting others' belongings. He assures me he understands the gravity of his actions and is afraid of losing his progress in the games or being banned. He explained that he resorted to this because it was challenging for my wife to purchase Roblox gift cards, and I am unable to go out due to my therapy for back and knee problems. My son's account, RBBATTLESSUBTOIT2, was hacked. During a game, user littlepumpgang98 threatened to hack his account if he didn't leave. Now my son can't access it. Dear Roblox, While playing Royal High, an old online friend asked if I had any Robux. When I admitted I didn't, he offered to give me some. In a moment of trust, I agreed. However, he asked for my account password claiming it was needed for the transfer. Naively, I shared it, only to find myself locked out. Using a spare account, I discovered he was playing on my hacked account, mocking me before blocking me. His username on my account is devlin_617. These two individuals have repeatedly cyberbullied my brother, causing him significant distress. The hurtful messages they have been sending him are deeply troubling, making him feel upset and forcing him to forgive them under duress. Their comments, such as questioning my brother's care for them and making him feel like a monster inside, are escalating the situation each time he interacts with them. Additionally, former friends of theirs have indicated that they bring a lot of unnecessary drama to group roleplays. I urge you to consider taking action against these users to ensure a safer and more positive environment for all users. If any further issues arise involving these individuals, I will not hesitate to contact you again promptly.

I was playing with a player named Unicorn_lovesssssss. They asked for my account information, and when I logged out, I couldn't log back in. A friend tried to help but couldn't fix it. I am uncertain if I am in the appropriate place. I participate in Adopt Me with my daughter. Though I'm an adult, I enjoy playing the game with her. She prefers playing as the adult while I act as her child character. Recently, I noticed a persistent message on my account within the 'Account Info' section prompting me to verify my email. I believe I may have done so previously, but I repeated the process given the notification. I am unsure if I potentially completed the verification on my daughter's account instead. Despite my efforts, the prompt to verify my email remains. I am left wondering about the significance of email verification. Additionally, I received an unusual text message shortly after verifying my email on the app. I acknowledge that texts are associated with phone numbers, not emails. I am uncertain if there is a way for someone to link the two. I felt it was important to mention this scenario, although it may not be directly related.

I purchased [redacted] Robux, but after a week, I noticed that [redacted] Robux disappeared from my account without my authorization. Hello Roblox, on February 1st, I encountered an issue with my account. I usually play on mobile and don't need to enter my password daily. However, when I tried to log in, I was redirected to the login and sign-up page. Despite entering my username (Maggie_badgirl) and password multiple times, I couldn't access my account. Hello Roblox Support, About a month ago, I contacted you regarding my account issue (GamingRes7). Fortunately, I managed to regain access to my account, but unfortunately, the hacker spent around [redacted] Robux. I currently only have 4 Robux left and would like to request a refund if possible. It's disheartening to have lost part of the Robux purchased with a $10 gift card.
