Hello Roblox, my name is Matteo. My dad didn't want to use his email for this, but the email verified on my account is [redacted]. If you want to email me back, use that Gmail. I'm writing this message because my account got deleted, and I didn't understand what "Disputed Charge" meant after trying for a couple of days. I'm really sorry for the user I abused. Roblox meant everything to me, and I loved it so much. Now I'm really sad. In this email, I'm asking why I got deleted and if I can please get my account back. I should be really happy as I learned my lesson. Roblox is what I loved, and getting deleted is really sad for me. Can you please help me with this, Roblox? P.S. He's been targeted by an unknown user at school who found it amusing. Your moderators have upheld this decision based on safety guidelines, causing him distress. I unfortunately fell victim to a scam promising free robux for playing a Roblox game. After reporting the fraudulent game, my Roblox account mysteriously logged me out the following day. Despite knowing my password, I was unable to log back in as it kept saying the password was wrong. This issue persisted across all devices I tried. When attempting to reset my password, I was informed that there was no valid email linked to my account. Even after trying a different email, the problem persisted. I even attempted to access my account from a computer, hoping to reset the password there, yet to no avail. I've exhausted all efforts to regain access.

Yesterday, on January 31, [redacted], I went on my iPad to play Adopt Me. Upon accessing my account to play, I noticed that my Frost Dragon, which I purchased for about $15, was missing. I am extremely upset as I saved up to buy this item. I never share my password with anyone. However, after acquiring the Frost Dragon, many people expressed interest in it, which made me concerned that someone might have hacked into my account and taken it. Currently using my grandmother's iPad to write this, as she helps me with purchasing items on Roblox. I understand that the Frost Dragon cannot be repurchased, but I am deeply unsettled by its disappearance. Additionally, I observed that two cars are also missing from the game. Despite always taking security measures, I am shocked that this has happened. Although this has never occurred before, I suspect it's due to the valuable item on my account now. I have changed my password, and the previous one was quite unique as well. It seems hackers are quite crafty. Could you please assist me in identifying who accessed my account or help me retrieve my lost items? I worked hard to save up this money and it's distressing to have it disappear. I uploaded a decal that I've done similar ones in the past. It's a screenshot of players in-game posing by a building. The players are wearing appropriate Roblox clothing and have proper names. I'm unsure why this particular one was considered a violation of the Terms of Service and resulted in my ban. I've appealed the decision and am now waiting for a response. I hope to have my account, which I've invested both time and money into over the years, reinstated as I believe the screenshot is harmless.

Hello, I have been experiencing unusual activity with my account lately. On January 30, [redacted], I was unexpectedly logged out of Roblox. Upon refreshing, I noticed that my password had been altered to a shorter length, about 6 to 7 characters. Despite having used the same password for almost three years, it suddenly stopped working. I resorted to using my dad's Gmail to regain access, but shortly after, the password was changed again. A friend offered me an alternative account, but the same issue occurred. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including accessing the Gmail associated with my account and changing the password multiple times, but to no avail. This is the fourth time I have contacted support without success. My account has been hacked, and despite informing all transactions, the support has not resolved the issue. There is no contact phone number available, and emails receive only automatic replies. Dear Roblox, I want to share an unfortunate experience my sister and I had with a scam. The individual claimed to be the owner of a channel called Precious Playz. Upon checking YouTube, we found a channel with a similar name, but it belonged to someone else, not the person who scammed us. Despite this, we fell for the scam in Adopt Me, leading to my sister losing a legendary golden rat and more items. We reported the incident to Roblox from my account, :BaoBonnie, and my sister's account, :ChauChica123. I am reaching out through Gmail to ensure this matter is addressed. On January 23, [redacted], my son encountered an issue with his account after an update and couldn't recall his password. When I returned home in August/September [redacted], we attempted various password combinations without success. His typical passwords are related to his name like Bentley14 or Bentley1. He mentioned his password comprises 7 letters, but we couldn't unlock the account. As far as I remember, no email or phone number was linked to his account. Hello, Today, my daughter was attempting to add an email to her account when she accidentally went back to a previous page and got logged out. I paid someone $50 for their account and they agreed. They shared the account details first, which made me trust them. I added $50 worth of robux to the account as per their request. After a week, I was unexpectedly logged out. The email associated with the account was changed, and I suspected foul play. Upon contacting the original account owner, they denied involvement, but their friends were mysteriously back on the account. Eventually, the seller confessed to taking back the account, blocked me, and ignored my attempts to reason with them. They reclaimed the account using billing information. I had previously tried reaching out to your support team without success and would appreciate assistance now. I have evidence of the transaction and hope to regain access to the account.

Last night in "Adopt Me" on Roblox, I, Princessunicorn_132, encountered a user named Ottidabest12354 who offered to change my pet's name font at the nursery. Initially skeptical, I handed over my robin, which was returned, gaining my trust. Regrettably, when I gave her my late best friend's fly penguin, Ottidabest12354 left the server, scamming me. Heartbroken, I searched for her username to report the incident but knew I needed to take further action. Contacting Roblox through email seems to be the best way to recover my fly penguin. I am truly upset about this situation.

Dear Roblox Support, I encountered a distressing situation while playing Adopt Me. A player named Ottidabest12354 offered to modify the font on my late friend's Fly Penguin's name. Unfortunately, after trusting her with my Robin, I then gave her my Fly Penguin, a gift from my deceased friend. Regrettably, Ottidabest12354 changed the font and vanished, essentially scamming me.
