While playing "A Bizarre Day" on Roblox, I encountered someone offering free premium names. I joined their game but got prompted to enter my account information, so I input a fake password and was kicked out. Curious, I tried again on my alternate account with my real password. Soon after, I received an email notification that my email was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] Concerned, I contacted the individual who told me to log out and log back in. When I did, my account was already locked. He managed to access my account, kicked me out, and now I can't regain access.

Someone with the username theOBCguys5 is falsely accusing me of hacking in Doomspire Brickbattle. After I knocked down their base, they accused me of hacking. They used a fake command to try and prove it, listing hacks I didn't use. We argued, and they left. In the next game they claimed they had reported me within 1 or 2 minutes.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account. The username is FAITHinPIE. It recently logged me out, and when I tried to log back in, I encountered issues. I've been using the same password for over a year without any problems. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving the verification code on my email or phone number. I even attempted to delete and reinstall the app, to no avail. Additionally, logging in from a different device (both my phone and laptop) did not work either. I encountered an issue while attempting to access the game, and it redirected me to the login/sign-in page. I have been using this account since Christmas of [redacted] under the username albertstufffan429. I made a purchase of Robux on December 8th. I am distressed right now as I discovered all my in-game items across various games on Roblox have disappeared. The reason being, I hadn't intentionally logged out of my account. Particularly, I wanted to explore the latest Adopt Me update, but when attempting to access Roblox, I found myself logged out without having initiated the action. This unsettling situation has now occurred twice, and each time, I am unable to recover my password as the 6-digit code to reset it fails to be delivered to me. This is very disheartening for me, as I hold dear the progress and items I had accumulated in Roblox. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm feeling quite upset right now because my Roblox account, which had a lot of valuable items and game progress, got logged out while I was checking out a new update on "Adopt Me." I've forgotten my password and never signed out before, so when I tried to reset it, I didn't receive the 6-digit code on my phone despite multiple attempts. I really enjoy playing this game, but if this issue persists, I might have to stop playing altogether. I would greatly appreciate any assistance on resolving this matter. I traded a legendary ride unicorn, a legendary ride gold rat, a legendary normal gold rat, and a Christmas egg on Roblox Adopt Me for a flyable rideable neon dragon. After both parties accepted the trade, I did not receive the neon dragon, and all the pets I traded were gone. Unfortunately, I didn't note down the username of the person I traded with. I'm quite upset about this situation. Could I please have my pets returned or receive the neon dragon? Thank you. My username on the platform is Kimbo1442.

I can't access my KiwiThief00 account anymore, and it has valuable items like 3,[redacted] robux, a fly ride neon bee, a fly ride unicorn in Adopt Me, and around 40,[redacted] diamonds in Royal High. I logged out and can't remember my passcode, which I thought was Polska335, but I must have mistyped it. I created a new account, KiwiKing00, with the same password. On Wednesday, my Roblox account was hacked. I never shared my password, but I woke up to an email notification stating that my account password and email were changed. I feel desperate as I invested a lot of money and time into this account over the years. I desperately want my account restored. I hope they can assist me in recovering my account, reverting it to the original email, and enabling me to change the password to prevent unauthorized access.

I noticed that two payments of £99.99 were deducted from my PayPal account. I have reviewed both email accounts that my son uses for Roblox. My account is [redacted] Upon checking the purchase history, it reflects the last payment made was £19.99. My son's account username is fireboy12345uy. This discrepancy has upset me deeply. I believe my son's account may have been compromised. He was actively using it last night, but this morning he discovered that he was logged out and unable to regain access. The system keeps indicating that the email provided is incorrect when trying to reset the password. Additionally, his friend mentioned that there are new skins on the account that were not purchased by us. I am seeking assistance to retrieve the correct email address and password associated with the account. My Roblox username is AlexanderYT1123. I entered a world that promised free Robux, entered my password, and within three days, my account was stolen. I know I was foolish, but I had added money to the account with my father's permission; he gave it to me. I need to recover two ROBLOX accounts that belong to me. They were hacked, and I would really appreciate it if I could get them back. I've been trying to contact the ROBLOX creators, but I'm missing the country code, and they're not responding. It's been one year since one account was hacked, and almost three years for the other. Hello, my username is Honeycrispbutter25. I purchased a premium monthly Robux subscription for $20 on January 12. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my Robux, and it feels like I have been scammed out of $20. I bought a Roblox gift card for this purpose. It's now February 14, and I still don't have the Robux I paid for. If I don't receive the Robux, I would like a refund. I enjoy playing the game, but it's not fair to be deprived of what I paid for. I play mobile Roblox, and I had trouble accessing my account after reinstalling the game on my phone. I purchased a private server in a game as a mobile user, but upon trying to join, I encountered an error message "we are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later (error code:[redacted])." The issue persisted when attempting to access my private server, while public servers worked fine. I suspect this might be due to limitations on mobile. I unintentionally spent [redacted] robux and now seek a refund as the product did not specify restrictions for mobile users. On February 14, [redacted], my son's account was hacked by the user with the screen name Shadowmewtwoisbetter. I have been unable to reset the password despite trying to email a link to his email address, [redacted] I am frustrated that Roblox doesn't have a phone number for immediate assistance.
