I contacted Apple to inquire about getting a refund for my granddaughter using my PayPal account to purchase Roblox. They informed me that they could not provide a refund since she used the items she bought. They suggested I delete my PayPal account to prevent future unauthorized purchases, which I promptly did. However, I am now wondering why her account was deleted after she spent money on it, resulting in her losing all the items she purchased. I believe I am owed a refund now that her account has been deactivated and her items have been taken away.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue for the past week which has become quite frustrating. My computer is set up with "thumbstick" controls rather than the typical computer options, which has been causing a lot of inconvenience. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be resolved. Additionally, there seems to have been a change to my avatar which I did not authorize or require. It appears as though the PC format has been altered by an external source. I would like to have my avatar reverted to its original state. I am unsure of how to address these issues as they seemed to have changed without my knowledge. I woke up one morning, and everything was different. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I require a manager to contact me urgently regarding an important issue that needs to be addressed. I am not willing to pay others to do the job that should be handled by your staff. If necessary, I will personally reach out to the owner of Roblox. Please ensure that the person who contacts me is knowledgeable because thus far, I have encountered incompetence. My account username ArcherQueen811 has been hacked. I received an email notifying me that my email and password were changed by the hacker. Despite attempting to revert the changes using the email sent to me, I keep encountering an unknown error that prevents the reverting process. My original email, [redacted], was verified when I first saved it. I also added a parent's email to the account, which belongs to an individual under 13 with a birthday on August 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it seems that now that the hacker has altered the email, my saved email may no longer be accessible. Consequently, I am unable to recover my account. I have reported the issue to Roblox support, but they have not responded yet. The hacker, whose email is [redacted], is interfering with my games, causing significant disruption. I suspect their username is Kinder511, as they have been creating free Robux games, which could be how they gained access to my account. This experience has taught me to avoid free Robux games in the future. Please assist me in reclaiming my account as soon as possible; it has been a day since the incident, and the hacker has already caused damage to my games.

While playing my favorite game, Bee Swarm Simulator on Roblox, my account was unexpectedly deleted due to an alleged unauthorized purchase. Sasha, with the username xxxsashathecoolxxx, was spotted inappropriately dressed and behaving suspiciously. She appeared to be stalking another player, watching her change and even hacking her screen. This behavior is alarming, and we are concerned about online safety while gaming. My username is PrincessDestinyMarie, and my friend goes by MaddLizzie. We urge for some intervention to prevent such occurrences and to maintain a safe environment for all players. I am experiencing a significant issue! All my devices are disconnected from my Zeep account. Recently, I changed my password to 1000robux. My former username was JEANXDBATUHANIOOO with the password 2005arnaud. I changed the username to ZeepBee with the same password. Suddenly, all my devices were disconnected from my Zeep account. Despite multiple attempts, the password kept being labeled as incorrect. I added my phone number to recover my account, but received nothing. I tried on a computer, then used my Gmail, still with no luck. It's frustrating to have invested so much in Roblox only to face this issue. I need help resolving this as I am only 14 and shocked this happened to me. Please investigate if my account was hacked or if there's an unknown issue. I am submitting an appeal once more. I recently created a model in ROBLOX Studio and uploaded it to the platform. Shortly after, the model was moderated for nudity, although it was not my intention to violate any rules. I acknowledged the warning, agreed to reactivate my account, but encountered an error when I tried to access it again. As a result, my account has been suspended, and now I am unable to use it at all. I am uncertain if the issue arose from having multiple tabs open while viewing the warning or ROBLOX. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as playing ROBLOX has been a significant part of my life for nearly three years. Moreover, I operate a YouTube channel where I produce ROBLOX content. While playing a game with my friends, a stranger approach me and asked to be friends. We chatted for a bit, and then my friend wanted to change the game. The new guy suggested we join his game, so we did. There were many players, and he directed me to a wall where a pop-up asked for my password. I entered it, and then I got kicked out of the game. I tried to log back in, but kept getting kicked out. I am certain I entered the correct password as I saved it and even took a picture of it. I suspect this person might have hacked my account and changed my password.

I need assistance with my Roblox account. While playing Ragdoll Engine, a player was friendly and sent me a friend request. After following them to another game, I was prompted to input my password for a prize. Initially, I entered a false password but later tried my real one. Shortly after, I got kicked out of the server. Despite various attempts to log back in using my correct password or resetting it via phone number and email, I have been unsuccessful. I suspect the hacker is utilizing all the accounts they've compromised. Please, help me recover my account. I urge you to consider the impact on others if this issue persists. I had two accounts, one for mobile and one for computer. The mobile account had a name that sounded racist, so I wanted to change it. I didn't remember the password or add an email to it. I tried switching to my computer account so I could play on both devices. I logged out of the mobile account to log into the computer account, but it didn't work. I thought it was because only one account can be used at a time. I tried logging out but couldn't remember the password, even though I thought it was "viintage." I am now locked out of both accounts, and I had a lot of important items on one of them. I need help accessing my account with the username "viintvge" and if possible, transferring the items from "blackskare12345" to that account.

My old account, mickey3441, was hacked by a game on January 7th (Tuesday) when my cousin and I wanted to play. My cousin's friend recommended the game, but it turned out the suggestion came from the game itself. I fell for a scam claiming I won 25,[redacted] robux. After entering my account details to "verify," I lost access the next day as the hacker changed my password.

Yesterday, my account got hacked after I fell for a scam in a game. The hackers changed the password, making it impossible for me to access my account. They were very disrespectful and insulting towards me while I was using a friend's account. My account was then passed on to a random person, who thankfully returned it to me. Unfortunately, the person also obtained my friend's password after asking for our location.

I recently had my account, with the username jjjadhadd, stolen. The incident occurred while I was playing a game titled (OMG) free rewards premium. I unknowingly provided my username and password, which resulted in the account being taken from me. I desperately need it back and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering it. My friend and I were playing a game when she suddenly got logged out. Initially confused, my friend logged into another friend's account where a hacker asked personal questions and threatened to delete the account. The situation escalated as the hacker turned the game into a scam. Despite attempts to confront them, the hacker knew personal details about our friends and pretended to be them. My account was also hacked, but I managed to regain access. Unfortunately, my friend's account was not recovered until we pleaded with someone who had been given access by the hacker. We blocked the person who asked for personal information and are still unsure of the hacker's identity. We are new to this and fell for a free robux game. The hacker claimed to be a professional in Roblox. Our account names are mine: cookiecrunch1239, my friend's: fairyfloss543, and the person who asked for my location: mlg345558. I encountered some bullying from users UnevenAshywash27, lynn3th1, and unevenelly10 in the game "Gymnastics Gymnasium." I was trying on outfits and they began making fun of me, calling me obsessed. Despite trying to ignore them, they continued to follow me around and mock me. When I attempted to report them, they apologized for not understanding the rules and left before I could take any action. I felt compelled to reach out to you via email to address this issue. I am questioning the ethics of this brand due to what I perceive as oppressive homophobia on the platform. I was banned for three days for saying "Gay people can dress how they wish," which I find troubling. I believe standing up against homophobia should not result in a ban, especially when the platform advocates pride. As a gay man, I find it offensive that the company seemingly allows and affirms acts of homophobia. I would like an explanation for my ban and hope for changes to be made to better address homophobia on the platform. The banning and removal of LGBT or gay supporting games make many people feel disconnected, and I urge the company to improve its approach to opposing homophobia.
