One day while playing Roblox with my cousin, a situation occurred where an inappropriate message was sent under my account resulting in a ban, even though I did not intend for that to happen. I reached out to Roblox but did not have an email back then. I have since created one. When I tried to log in again, I couldn't remember my password and encountered a Google lock issue that prevented me from accessing my account. It has been a day and I am unable to log in to retrieve my pets in Adopt Me. I am feeling disheartened about losing my progress and pets. I have recently set up an email address. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and continue enjoying the game I love. Thank you for taking the time to read this. My account, FGPlaysRB, was hacked. I attempted to log in with my password, but it didn't work. Trying other passwords yielded the same result. Upon investigating with a fake account, I saw my profile online playing a game when I wasn't. This discovery was distressing as I've invested a year in that account with all my data. I've progressed significantly in the game but now lost it all. Roblox, what can I do? How can you assist in rectifying this situation? I suspect ~Eviluponme31~ is behind the hack. They offered free Robux, leading me to create a fake account to expose them, but the plan backfired. After playing a game at their request, I couldn't access my FGPlaysRB account. Around two years ago, while in Trade Hangout on Roblox, I came across an account named "StayChilled" with a Beast Mode valued at around 20k Robux. "StayChilled" offered to give it to me in multiple transactions, which seemed reasonable at the time. Despite having lower-priced Roblox items, I went through with the transactions. Unfortunately, after several transactions, "StayChilled" unfriended and blocked me. I reported the incident, resulting in the ban of the account. However, I never received my items back. After some time had passed, I resumed trading. I possess screenshots of the trades as evidence. I am not contacting you regarding the banned account but to request the return of the items I traded. Hello, I recently reported the loss of two accounts, tomtompride and tomtomspride. I lost tomtompride about 8 years ago due to a suspected hack. After briefly regaining access through my mother's email, the hacker changed the password and email associated with the account. In [redacted], I lost tomtomspride, the second account, following parental marital issues that led to password changes on my mother's email. Complicated by a forgotten email password and my own password change due to a broken keyboard during the family separation, I have struggled to access both accounts. I understand that making a second report may not be standard procedure, but I discovered a voice contact option which I believe could simplify addressing these issues.

I previously reported being hacked on Roblox by an employee. This hacker controls my account, devices, and internet. Despite contacting Better Business Bureau, no resolution was reached. The hacker creates avatars to play games on my behalf, so I now suspect he may disrupt this forum too. I play games like Natural Disaster, Survive the Disasters 2, and MoCap. I believe if we unite to advocate for our children, Roblox will listen. My usernames are Adamryan2160 and Adamryan0216. I have recovered some accounts after changing numbers and SIM cards, but the hacker persists. This hacker affects my entire family's phone plan. Please forward this message to Roblox for awareness and support collaboration among affected users. Thank you.

I want to address the sudden closure of the game De Pride Isle Sanatorium without prior notice to the owner(s). Despite their efforts to address the issues raised, the game was taken down. Many in the LGBTQ+ community are distressed as this was a space for acceptance. The community built by Divine Sister is valuable to over 50,[redacted] users. In response to your email, I was instructed to contact you from the Gmail linked to my Robux purchases, "[redacted]" However, this email belongs to my father, whom I am no longer in contact with due to my parents' divorce. I have emails confirming my attempts to connect my email to the account, which I can provide if needed. A detail that might help is that my former password and account name were identical: mitchell1304. I kindly request not to receive a generic response requesting the email from my father. Someone unauthorized reset my password and gained access to my account, despite my objections. They changed my password, locking me out of my profile, resulting in the loss of Robux, friends, and VIP servers. I didn't link a phone number or email to my account. This incident has been distressing as my Christmas funds were spent on it. The individual who accessed my account goes by the username uglyeveryone20. I accidentally logged out and forgot my password. I clicked on "forgot password" and received a code to reset it. After changing my password, I attempted to log in multiple times without success. Worried, I thought my username might be incorrect and tried to change it, but ended up creating a new account. I then followed a video guide to recover my initial account by adding my mom's email to the user profile, but no emails were received despite five attempts. I just want to regain access to my account and would appreciate your assistance.

Hello Roblox, I've been unable to access my account Peachy2Pie for about 6 months. I have invested approximately £[redacted] into it. When I tried to find the user, it displayed missing user. It would be greatly appreciated if you could recover the account or provide a refund on my new account. On Peachy2Pie, I had valuable pets on my favorite game Adopt Me, including a Neon Dragon, a Giraffe, two Unicorns, a Griffin, a Parrot, and all pets preceding the Farm Egg update. Yesterday, while playing Roblox, I got kicked from the game for exploiting, which I wasn't doing. I was just casually playing and walking around. Now, I can't access my account. When I checked on another account I have, I saw that my character had red hair that I never purchased. It costs 50 Robux, and I only had 3 at the time. I'm currently trying to pass the time playing other games while waiting for this issue to be resolved. I plan to contact Roblox in the morning as suggested on their website, but it's too late to do it now since it's nighttime.

I accidentally blocked my friend on Roblox, and every time I try to unblock them, it shows me an error message saying "Operation failed." I researched online and found out that I might need to disable my account pin. However, I can't remember my pin because my account was hacked previously, and the hacker added the pin. I was playing a Roblox obby when PrestonPlayz mentioned in the chat that it was the best obby. After completing it, I was promised 1,[redacted] Robux if I entered my username and password. Unfortunately, I fell for the scam. The following week, I didn't receive any Robux, so I bought 2,[redacted] Robux myself and spent some on "Mad City." When I logged off with [redacted] Robux remaining, the next day they were gone. I assumed I had used them up. Then, during Christmas, I received [redacted] Robux but noticed [redacted] were missing after logging off. Upon returning, all my Robux were gone. I changed my password to prevent further scams.
