I need assistance regarding an incident on Roblox Adopt Me involving a user named cat_lover0505 who took my friend's swan. My friend called her a scammer to warn others, and after receiving the penguin item back from my friend, cat_lover0505 started a fight. I'm not sure about all the details as I wasn't in the game, but cat_lover0505 said she would return the swan before leaving the game. My friend and I decided to report her, and I suggested using the Roblox system to contact support quicker. It would mean a lot if you could ban this user, contact the game creator, or somehow help return the pet. My friend is very upset and is currently crying; please assist if possible. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my laptop while playing Roblox. I had to reboot it, and upon returning to Roblox, I realized I had forgotten my password. Unfortunately, I didn't know about the reset password option at the time, so I created a new account named Wolfy09832 as I couldn't access my old account, Freshpanda875. Even though I can still make purchases on Freshpanda875 through Xbox, I am concerned about losing access once I switch to a new Xbox. I miss my Freshpanda875 account greatly since I have invested a significant amount of money into it. The problem lies in trying to reset the password for Freshpanda875, as it keeps directing me to reset the password for Wolf09832. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my Freshpanda875 account since I lost the password last summer. Thank you.

Hello! Unfortunately, my Roblox account was recently compromised by a hacker with the username XxtebarekxX. It all started when this person friended me and deceitfully managed to obtain my password. Soon after, I encountered an error message on my screen. Upon refreshing the page, I was redirected to the Roblox login page. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access to my account. It appears the hacker has changed my password, rendering me locked out of my own account. I had many valuable items and have cherished this Roblox account for years. Creating a new account would mean starting from scratch, which I am hoping to avoid. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to reach out to Roblox for assistance. I am reaching out here as a final resort to seek help in reclaiming access to my account. I am currently logged into my daughter's tablet using her account named "hazeltoes11." For Christmas, I purchased a £20 Roblox gift card for her to enjoy. She wishes to play Roblox on her Xbox as well. Unfortunately, I am unable to sign out of the account on the tablet, as we have forgotten the password. I am having trouble accessing my account, Sunshine_Mad. This morning, when I tried to log in to play on Roblox, I realized I couldn't access my account. Despite entering my password, I received an "incorrect password" message. I attempted multiple times to log in with no success. I even had my school friends try to assist me, but to no avail. My daughter, Bella, who is 9 years old, cannot remember her password on her account (Bella_copelan1). She does not know which email or phone number she used when she created the account. Bella received $[redacted] in Robux gift cards but is unable to add them due to the forgotten password. We attempted to add a parent's email without success. Hello, I'm Christopher. Every time I attempt to log in to my account on my cousin's computer, I receive an error message stating "This Page Isn't Working." Although the internet is functioning fine and my cousins can log in successfully, I suspect the issue may be related to a mistaken 3-day suspension I received recently. Hello, My daughter enjoys playing ROBLOX regularly without any issues. However, from December 22nd to the 29th, my 10-year-old daughter (L.W. at [redacted]) made numerous unauthorized purchases of roadblocks through iTunes, totaling £[redacted]. This has caused significant concern as I was not aware of these repeated purchases happening every 30 seconds in hour-long blocks until I saw the EE phone bill. I have frozen the bill for 30 days while I address this issue. I believe that the system should have detected the unusual activity and prompted for confirmation before allowing so many purchases in such a short period. I am in distress over the charges and seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am puzzled as to why such a high amount of purchases went unnoticed, especially considering the small individual amounts. I am eagerly awaiting your response to help rectify this situation. Hello, I am writing as the father of the account holder that was hacked. A player named XTake_Away infiltrated my son's Roblox account (SharpIsCheddar), caused disruptions resulting in a 7-day ban, and transferred ownership of my son's group "[GCR] Great Clone Army of the Republic" to himself. My son has dedicated time and effort into this group for years, earning and utilizing Robux to nurture its growth. He is on the brink of receiving 60k Robux within the next day. After my son approached XTake_Away about the breach, the group was then handed over to XTake_Away's associate, Slay_g. We possess visual evidence proving my son's ownership prior to these events. Such behavior is inappropriate and likely violates the CoC and ethical guidelines.

Hello, I am the father of the account holder that was compromised due to a hacker playing under the name XTake*Away on the Roblox game platform. My son, known as SharpIsCheddar, had his account tampered with leading to inappropriate content being posted resulting in a temporary ban. The hacker took ownership of my son's hard-earned group named "*GCR* Great Clone Army of the Republic." This group generates Robux for my son's efforts, which is crucial for its growth with an expected **k Robux payout soon. Attempts to address this with XTake*Away have led to the group being passed to another user, Slay*g. We have visual evidence proving my son's rightful ownership. Such behavior violates rules and ethical standards. To resolve this, the stolen group must be restored to SharpIsCheddar, and his account should be unbanned since he was not responsible for the inappropriate posts.

Yesterday, I purchased a Roblox gift card at Walgreens in Aurora, CO. Unfortunately, when my grandson tried to reveal the code on the back, the paper peeled off, leaving only 6 digits visible. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address, turned off two-step verification, and altered the password. During the hacking, my friend got on and the hacker expressed interest in my friend's account as well. We have individually invested over $[redacted] in these accounts. I have been playing for approximately three years and am worried about losing all the progress and money put into the account. The website mentioned that it should be possible to view the original email address associated with the account to prove that I am the rightful owner.

I have two accounts, one of which was hacked, so I created a new one. Unfortunately, my other account was also hacked. I was about to play "Welcome to Bloxburg" when I received a message that I had been signed out of my account. After refreshing Roblox, I couldn't log back in. I first noticed something was wrong when my friend saw me changing my password. After she tampered with it multiple times, she ended up losing it entirely. Despite adding my email, I had an accident, and my phone was destroyed, leading me to forget my email password. Attempting to use a new email address, the system would not accept it, despite everything being entered correctly. While playing "Guess the Painter" with my Roblox friend @Maddyisthecutestgirl, I was disrupted when my computer indicated I was joining a different server from another device. I recently received a message on ROBLOX from a friend telling me to visit roblox.gold/codes for a free ice valk. After visiting the site, it resembled the official ROBLOX sign up page, prompting me to enter my username and password. When I submitted the code, it returned as "Invalid Code." Following this, a ROBLOX YouTuber warned about this scam in a video.
