My daughter opened an account and doesn’t remember the email address or password. As a result, we are unable to change the password or add me, her mom, to the parental settings. She is concerned about losing her progress, pets, and friends on the platform. How can we regain access to her account? She is 9 years old and created the account with her brother, who is unable to assist. I am unfamiliar with Roblox but want to help my daughter, who is upset because she cannot use her Christmas gift cards without access to her account.

While playing Roblox with my cousins, we were attempting an obby suggested by a YouTuber named Husky Roblox. According to him, completing the obby would reward us with Robux. Upon beating the obstacle course, I was prompted to enter my password to receive the Robux. Subsequently, when I logged back onto Roblox, I discovered that all my Robux, which amounted to $25 worth (with only around [redacted] left), had disappeared.

I'm Leann. I purchased a $25 Roblox gift card, but when I tried using it, an error message appeared. Even after waiting a day and attempting again, the card still does not work. Unlike mine, my sister's card works fine. This issue is causing me stress, and I'm reaching out for assistance. If resolving the problem is not feasible, I kindly request a 50% discount as compensation.

Hello, my name is Shawn. I would like to address an incident that occurred with a Robux transaction on my son's account (13roken0_0). We have purchased Robux in the past without any issues. However, when we tried to add Robux to his account this time, there was a purchase failure. The card used was intact and unused, with $25 of credit. We disposed of the card since it was not accepted. A girl posing as a YouTuber, EarthWorm_Shrek, invited my friend SparklePoppy_2017 and me to feature in a video about scammers in the game Adopt Me. Despite initial doubts, she mentioned a lesser-known channel SparklePoppy_2017 recognized, easing my concerns. While recording, she requested my precious Arctic Fox pet, claiming she would return it. Reluctantly, I agreed, but at the last moment, she vanished from our friend list, taking our pets. Heartbroken, as I believed she was a popular YouTuber, I hope for assistance in retrieving my pet. I have reported this incident, fearing she may deceive others.

He instructed me to add him as a friend and then messaged me on Roblox, asking me to join an unknown game where I unknowingly shared my password. Subsequently, I was locked out of my account, realizing too late that I had been scammed and hacked by this individual.

Hi, my username is "Kristenn***" and I recently encountered an issue with my Robux account. Today while playing a game, I was approached by a user named "rockraiden" who offered me Robux. Intrigued, I agreed and followed his instructions to add him as a friend. He then messaged me on Roblox, not in-game, and directed me to join him in an unknown game. Unfortunately, in the game, I unknowingly shared my password. Subsequently, I found myself locked out of my account, realizing too late that I had fallen victim to a scam and been hacked by this individual.

My son used my credit card without permission to purchase Robux, and we would like to request a refund. We feel it is unfair that our son spent the money on virtual items that we cannot recover. Today when I logged in, I noticed that [redacted] robux was missing from my account. Worried about losing items, I checked my Adopt Me game and discovered I had lost 11,[redacted] in-game money along with all my legendary pets, vehicles, strollers, and my glider. Reviewing the transactions showed purchases of 4 Golden Goldfish, 1 Honey, a frost dragon, 2 ride a pet potions, and 3 fly a pet potions. The legendary items missing include Santa's Sleigh, Banana Car, Pumpkin Carriage, Cloud Stroller, a ride Evil Unicorn, Bat Dragon, Giraffe, and Parrot. I recently experienced an account ban on Roblox due to a misunderstanding on their end. Unfortunately, the responses I received from their customer service were all automated, which has been frustrating. Given that I am based in the UK, contacting them by phone would incur high costs. I believe it is essential for Roblox to reconsider and lift the account termination since the initial ban stemmed from a misunderstanding. Despite their repeated statements of being unable to provide further details or reopen the account, the situation has been very bothersome. Please help me get my account reinstated.

This morning, I attempted to log in, yet my password was deemed incorrect. I proceeded to reset my password using my email and phone number, but encountered an error with my email. Furthermore, I did not receive any text on my phone, which could indicate that the hacker may have altered both of these. Upon reviewing my account, I noticed that I had joined a group that I do not remember joining, as I never had Builders Club. In addition, purchases were made for a shirt, a hat, and a mesh. I am deeply concerned about the security of my other accounts and the possibility of them being hacked.

I purchased a Roblox game card from Best Buy for my daughter, who already has a Roblox account. Upon trying to redeem the credits, the system indicated that the card had already been used and did not provide any other options. She also attempted to enter the PIN through the redeem browser. It seems we need a new PIN as she might have entered it incorrectly multiple times due to our confusion on how to proceed. I have the Best Buy receipt as proof of purchase. My daughter's username is My_nameis2008. I'm disappointed by the lack of response to my inquiries, which is quite frustrating.

I am having trouble using the $25 Roblox gift card from Target. When entering the pin, I was not able to use my grandson's username. The default account that was used received the credit instead. I can't remember my password for my Roblox account. I attempted to resolve this by visiting the Roblox help website. It instructed me to reset my password using an email or phone number, but the account in question does not have either. To add an email or phone number, I need to provide my existing password, which I have forgotten. I am eager to regain access to my Roblox account on my computer. I have a special request. Two days ago was Christmas, and I would like to wish everyone at Roblox a Merry Christmas. In [redacted], on November 30th, I created my first Roblox account, rozy9999. There was an incident in a game with another player, and the following day I couldn't access my account. I ended up making a new one. I am curious to know if my first account was banned or what occurred with it. I can still locate the account, but when I tried to use the password from the time of the incident, it didn't work.

I attempted to purchase 1,[redacted] Robux for my daughter's account, ItzAva382316, at 21:27, and again at 21:29 on the same day. There were two errors, and £18.49 was deducted for both attempts, but my daughter did not receive the Robux she wanted. I kindly request either the 1,[redacted] Robux be added to her account and the surplus amount refunded, or a full refund of the £18.49.
