I purchased [redacted] Robux recently. After refreshing the page multiple times and logging in and out, the Robux did not appear. Upon checking my transaction history, I discovered that it was spent on a VIP server belonging to a group called Teenager Cancer Trust, which I did not authorize. This seems to have occurred once before, but I dismissed it as an error. I am disappointed as I intended to use the Robux for something else. The group owner's username is jeeper_s. I need assistance with this issue.

My son enjoys playing Roblox, but he forgot his password as it was saved on the computer. I gifted him a new laptop, and now he is upset that he can't log in or transfer his account. When creating his account, I didn't write down the password or link an email or phone. His username is vibcca. Could you please assist in resetting his password so he can continue using his profile on the new laptop? Thank you for your help.

I encountered an issue trying to create an account for my kids due to the security verification process. It was frustrating as the animal images didn't load correctly, and I had to answer 9 questions but it still didn't work. I spent a lot of time attempting to set up the account to add Robux for my son, only to be unsuccessful. The flawed security system has discouraged me from wanting my son to play the game. I urge the platform to consider simplifying the account creation process to avoid such frustrating experiences for users in the future.

While playing I'm Obby, I logged out of my account and now I can't log back in. I've tried entering my password multiple times, but it keeps saying "incorrect username or password." My username is Coolgirlbelike, and I'm worried my account might be hacked. I've had this account for a long time, and I really don't want to lose it. I'm not sure if this is due to a Roblox update or a security breach. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My Roblox account, Killerface36, has been hacked. While playing my favorite game, Ro-Ghoul, I befriended a person who eventually asked to borrow my account. Due to trust issues, I declined. However, we friended each other on Discord, and he began persistently asking for my account. When I refused, he attempted to hack my account successfully, taking control of it. I urgently need Roblox's assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my son's Roblox account (username: Monopoly_m) as we are having trouble recalling the password. We believe we registered the account using either [redacted] or [redacted] Despite attempting to reset the password, we have not received any instructions for resetting it in either of these email accounts. For Christmas, I received a $25 gift card from my mom, and I was thrilled because I had never had that amount of Robux before. Following the instructions on the card, I visited the Roblox redemption website and entered the code from the gift card. Unfortunately, I accidentally used a different account on the website, as I had not logged in for a while. All the Robux I purchased ended up on my alternate account, which left me feeling disheartened because I couldn't play any games or make purchases. The account where the Robux was added was IBFHJGCBKMVBJH, and I kindly request for it to be transferred to my main account, I_OwnCanadins. This transfer would truly brighten my day.

Registering on Roblox is nearly impossible due to the challenging Captcha. Having to adjust the image by rolling a ball until it's upright is extremely difficult. Even a popular Roblox content creator has acknowledged the struggle. The registration Captcha needs to be made easier, similar to the one used for logging in. The current Captcha for sign-ups is just too hard for many users to complete.

I experienced bullying today from several users while playing a game. The users involved are ciderkitten, 5hyv, and occasionally, Volumus. This behavior made me upset and I would appreciate it if you could address this issue. I was verbally bullied and humiliated during the game. I've been trying to access my AbsurdOptix account for days now, but the website won't let me log in. I've tried everything to resolve the issue without success. I suspect it's a problem with the website or my account itself because a second account I created works perfectly. I've invested a lot of time and money in my AbsurdOptix account since [redacted], including purchasing items and premium features. I just want to regain access to my account or transfer all my purchased items and game progress to my new account. Losing years of progress due to a glitch is frustrating.

On December 25, [redacted], while playing Roblox, a friend offered me Robux claiming his YouTuber friend was giving them away. I trusted the information since he mentioned his friend was a YouTuber. However, my friend ended up accessing my account, altering both the email and password. My account, created on March 4, [redacted], holds sentimental value as I received Robux for the first time in December [redacted]. The username associated with the account is Lunaperla11.

I recently discovered multiple unauthorized transactions on my bank account, totaling over 61 purchases for Robux. My 8-year-old son, without my permission, has been making these purchases, resulting in approximately £[redacted] in pending charges via direct debit. I only became aware of this on December 25th when reviewing my bank statements. I am requesting a refund for these charges since my son is not of legal age to make such transactions. His username is pikapal42now. I am quite alarmed by the repeated purchases from a single account without triggering any unusual activity alerts. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have to explore further actions.

Yesterday, the 26th, I had to contact my bank's fraud department regarding a transaction on your website. I was trying to purchase 'Robux' on the 25th as a gift, but my bank flagged it as suspicious. I was grateful they halted the payment because your site didn't request a name or address in the transaction, which seemed questionable to me as well. While speaking to my bank, I became more cautious upon learning the payment destination was Cyprus. It's not personal against Cypriots, but I prefer legitimate payment locations over dodgy tax havens. I won't make further payment attempts until two issues are addressed: 1) Ensure the transaction form asks for a name and address. 2) Establish a proper address for payments that's not located in a questionable tax haven. My son enjoys Roblox, and I typically spend money on it gladly, but your site's process stopped me. On the bright side, not receiving the order means no tax payment, saving some money, right?

I recently experienced a hacking incident, so I promptly changed my password. When attempting to log in afterward, I received an error stating that the password was incorrect. I proceeded to utilize the "Forgot My Password" feature and entered my email address; however, no reset email was received. I also verified my Roblox account with this email but did not receive any notifications. It's worth noting that I have successfully changed my password via email in the past, but currently, I am not receiving any communications. I am eager to regain access to my account and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I purchased Roblox vouchers for my daughter for Christmas. It seems that she might have used an incorrect email when setting up her account and has forgotten her password. We tried to reset the password using the phone number option with the UK prefix and entered my phone number without the 0. However, we did not receive the expected 6-digit code.
