I was attempting to purchase 10,[redacted] Robux when I mistakenly entered the wrong password multiple times, leading me to the login page on Roblox. Despite my attempts, I couldn't recall the correct password or the associated email and phone number. Feeling frustrated, I am reaching out here for assistance. I accidentally shared my password with someone who appears to have hacked my Roblox account. I suspect the user ID ImDarkKnight24 is responsible for changing my password and using my Robux. I am unable to access my account with the username BRX463, as my password "uchon6103" was changed. My son's Roblox account has been taken over, and despite reaching out to Roblox, I have yet to receive any response in over 24 hours. His username is littlejman2009. The individual who tried to trade Roblox money for his password goes by the username arkieisaac. I was alerted on Thursday, the 22nd, at 9:30 pm about an email change. When I attempted to revert the change the next morning, the link provided was not functional. I have sent three messages requesting assistance as my bank account is linked to my son's account. So far, there have been no unauthorized charges, but I am eager to either regain control of the account or have it deactivated. The initial email associated with the account was [redacted], later updated to [redacted] I have submitted support tickets using both email addresses.

Hello, my Roblox username is nomanthefast. I was playing Bloxburg when a player named fear4less joined. He offered to give me free Robux, at first, I was skeptical. However, after other players vouched for him, I trusted him and shared my account password. Unfortunately, my account got hacked afterward. I have an account named LeonardoJay1 and recently met someone in the game Bloxburg. They offered free Robux to me and my sister. When I engaged with them, they claimed they could provide free Robux but needed access to my account first. Despite my hesitation, they assured me it would work, mentioning their deceased brother as a pledge. Unfortunately, I was scammed. My sister confronted the scammer, who refused to return the items unless we provided an iTunes gift card, which I couldn't afford. Upon refusal, the scammer blocked my sister on Roblox and kept the account. The scammer's username is Moonlightyaa. Please assist in recovering my account, LeonardoJay1, and inform me via email once it's resolved.

I am disputing unauthorized charges from Roblox on my Apple ID account associated with [redacted] We have not used the app, have no subscriptions, and do not recognize the user IDs causing these charges (mayadi, Mayadiam, Mayadi7, etc.). The total amount charged exceeds $[redacted]. Urgently need assistance to resolve this issue to prevent further charges. Legal action will be pursued if this matter is not rectified promptly.

I resolved this issue with my account recently. Even though I am confident that I am using the correct password, I am unable to log in as the system indicates it's incorrect. My username is accurate as I can still view it when searching for other users. I have attempted various solutions to regain access without success. I created this account in [redacted]*. I contacted Roblox via email yesterday, called their customer service, and have received an email. My ticket number for this issue is [redacted]3. I encountered an issue while making a purchase on your website. I attempted to buy the [redacted] robux pack for $20, but after providing my card details and trying to complete the payment, I received a message indicating that the payment was canceled. I reentered my card information, but the same error occurred. Strangely, when I checked my banking app, it showed that $21.39 was deducted from my account for the purchase. However, upon checking my robux balance, I still only had [redacted] robux instead of the expected 2,[redacted] robux. I kindly request either the correct amount of robux or a refund of the $20 I spent. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I do not wish for $40 to go to waste.

I need help with resetting my password on my account. I've forgotten the new password I set and don't have access to the email or phone number linked to my account for a reset. During the years of 2[redacted], I lost access to my Roblox account, "tidbit456." Unfortunately, that happened because I left the account open on a friend's computer. I am looking to recover it now, although I don't have access to either of the emails associated with the account, [redacted] or [redacted], as I've either lost access to them or changed emails. Despite reaching out before and receiving Support ticket #[redacted], I was informed that there wasn't much they could do. My daughter attempted to use a $25.00 gift card to buy Robux, but the amount didn't show up in her account. When I tried to redeem it in the correct way through the redeem gift card link, it indicated that the pin was invalid.
