Dear ROBLOX Team, I am reaching out on behalf of my friend whose account got banned due to an inappropriate game. After checking out the said game myself, I can confirm its unsuitability. However, my friend's account was hacked by a user known as NothackXDDDD1234. I have evidence of this as the hacker sent me a message containing my password. It's clear that my friend was not the one behind this, as he mentioned being asleep at 7:00 pm on the 22nd. This hacker seems to have a group of accomplices, all visible on his friends list. My friend and I would greatly appreciate it if you could ban NothackXDDDD1234 and his group. Furthermore, my friend with the username Neo12879, who was unfairly banned, would also be thrilled if his account could be reinstated. He recently acquired a new computer and was looking forward to playing ROBLOX on it. Additionally, my friend requests an extra layer of verification for added security. The hacker in question even managed to add Neo12879 as a friend without his knowledge and has been sending us alarming messages regarding potential hacks. My daughter set up an account a few years back, and currently, she can only access it through my iPad. I recently bought her a tablet for Christmas and would like her to use her account on there without creating a new one. Her username is Fartinglitter123, and neither of us remembers any other details. I think she used one of my emails to create the account, but we're unsure of the password. Can you assist in resolving this issue?

I need help with an issue on my account. There is a situation with another player causing distress to my sister by accusing her of being a scammer, whereas I have reason to believe the accuser is the one involved in fraudulent activities. Additionally, my account, desigirl2410, was hacked for Robux, and the password was subsequently changed. I am unable to access my account as a result. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I encounter derogatory terms like "noob" or "b*" directed towards me, and I hope this behavior can be addressed to create a more positive gaming environment. Every time I log onto Roblox, I lose a lot of Robux. I started with about [redacted] Robux, which took me a while to earn, and now I'm down to 15 Robux. No, I did not spend it because I haven't been on Roblox for a long time. I was waiting to upgrade because I lost my password to my Apple ID, which I finally found. I would like to have my Robux back and not be told that I spent it or put it towards a subscription. If that's the case, I haven't touched it and would like it back due to this glitch. Thank you.

Hello, my son's account on Roblox seems to have lost several characters that were purchased in the game "Adopt Me" after buying Robux yesterday. This has happened around 3-4 times now. I initially thought he might have traded the pets, but I realized items like Frost Dragons, gingerbread, vehicles, and gifts have disappeared from his account. I suspect his account may have been hacked as he's missing purchased items and his avatar has changed. I'm hoping to retrieve the lost purchases by getting credit for the Robux spent in the past two months. I made a mistake by uploading a Starbucks-related image, leading to a copyright warning on my account. When trying to reactivate it, ROBLOX kept redirecting me and my friends whenever we tried to log in. Initially, I thought it was an internet issue, but it persisted on multiple devices for over two days. Despite trying to access my account from a phone, it still wouldn't load items properly. I have carefully entered it multiple times and even documented it on paper when I first created my Roblox account. I am concerned about the safety of my Robux on the "celineypoop" account and want to prevent any potential theft or hacking. This morning, when I tried to log into Roblox, I was unexpectedly logged out. After attempting to log back in using the correct password, I still couldn't access my account. Everything was fine when I played last night, except for being logged out of Bloxburg briefly but was able to re-enter the game with my friend. Now, this morning, I found myself logged out again, despite having Robux in my account that I purchased. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to my account.

Initially, I stored my password in Google Keep and tried to copy and paste it onto the login page, but that method failed. I also tried to recover my password using various emails, but none of them were successful. I have noticed that after the recent update on Roblox, console players are now unable to read the chat messages. This is particularly frustrating because some games are designed for cross-platform communication. Please consider reinstating the ability to chat on consoles as the lack of communication has been a significant issue for me and my friends. We are missing out on interacting with players from other platforms, and this has been quite distressing. In short, please address this issue and enable chat functionality for console players again.

My account, LuciferNick, was hacked. The old password was "nixck123" with the old email "[redacted]". I wanted to report the situation. The person who scammed me was "Murdzer", claiming it was his brother. I was not aware of the scam. Please help me retrieve my account. I've enjoyed playing ROBLOX since [redacted]. I am reaching out about my son's account issue. The username is MelloPanda_2010. He logged in successfully at first but later when he tried to log in again, his account seemed to be reset. There are no avatars visible, his friends' list is empty, and clicking on security/help tabs leads to a blank screen. Despite multiple login attempts, the system asks to log in again. I am contacting you on behalf of my son's account, as we have made significant contributions to it. His username is MelloPanda_2010. He managed to log in and play for a brief period. Afterwards, he was prompted to log back in, and when he did, his account had been completely reset. There were no avatars visible, no friends in his list, and when attempting to click on the security/help tabs, the screen remained blank. Refreshing the page leads to a message saying, "You are no longer logged in, Please log back in," despite multiple attempts to do so. We are unsure if his account has been compromised as we have 2-factor authentication linked to my email for logins. During my game of Survivor, I made a great friend but unfortunately got voted off before I could send a friend request. All I remember is their username started with "max_." Is there any way to retrieve the chat history from Survivor on December 24 so I can find their full username? A few years back, I had a Roblox account called fastbullet05. Unfortunately, I fell for a scam where someone promised free robux in exchange for my password. Since I was a kid back then, I shared my password and later found out I couldn't recover it as my dad had changed his email. I created a new account, fastbullet15, and continued playing. Now, I'm hoping to find a way to retrieve my original account, fastbullet05, as I had invested money in purchasing robux. My dad's old email was [redacted] or something similar (I can't recall exactly), and his current one is [redacted]

My account, lego040307, was unlawfully accessed by someone who changed my avatar and added people as friends without my permission. This account is important to me as it contains items I worked hard for. I suspect that the person my account is now following, Blazman75, might be the hacker. As a precaution, I am now monitoring the hacker's activity using my second account, lego40307. I urgently seek assistance to reclaim my main account by updating my password and username for security measures. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties in this process because I may have mistakenly entered the wrong email address when setting up the account.
