While I was playing, unfortunately, my account got banned abruptly. I was puzzled, so I investigated and found a nude Roblox girl picture uploaded as a decal that I was unaware of. I suspect my account was hacked. I suggest implementing a warning system to alert players if something inappropriate occurs on their account. I, for one, uploaded child-friendly Godzilla pictures, but Roblox flagged one as inappropriate. I carefully reviewed the images beforehand. It seems the content and censorship system is biased, and the company is aware of it.

I've experienced a similar issue. I purchased the new 'Premium' membership to replace Builders Club. This is my second time having it, and when my Premium ended, I did not receive the [redacted] Robux as I was supposed to. Everything else seems to be working fine. I have noticed numerous people on social media, YouTube, and other platforms complaining about the same problem. It would be great to see this issue addressed promptly. Unfortunately, my daughter's account got deleted because my husband wasn't aware of her in-game purchases, leading him to report the transactions as unauthorized to the bank. My daughter informed me today at 3 that her account was deleted. To resolve this, I need to contact customer service with specific information like dates and amounts of purchases, full billing name, last 4 digits of the credit card, and billing email address. Despite having this information on hand, whenever I call, I only hear a busy tone with no answer. I'm hoping for assistance with this issue. Thank you for any help you can provide.

While playing the sponsored game "⚔️Forge Ahead!!⚔️," I encountered a scamming situation. The game, with [redacted] votes and only 3% upvotes, incorporates an Obby where players can purchase gadgets using Robux. An individual placed an invisible pad on a platform, cleverly luring players to unknowingly spend [redacted] Robux on an unwanted gravity coil, causing them to fail the jump, lose the coil, and ultimately be scammed. I fell victim to this scheme and lost [redacted] Robux. My ROBLOX username is Bassianus2004. I seek assistance in recovering my Robux and preventing this cheat from exploiting others. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

My daughter got locked out of her account. The password she usually uses isn't working, and she forgot the email she used to create the Roblox account 2 years ago. Also, she no longer has access to the phone number associated with the account. She's unable to log in and is very upset about it. She has spent a lot of money on there, and I bought her Robux gift cards for Christmas. We need this issue resolved quickly so she can log back in before Christmas. My six-year-old twin boys made Roblox accounts a few months ago and have been using their allowance for Robux. We all love playing games on Roblox, but they've forgotten their passwords. I want them to be able to log in and play on their new Christmas devices. Can this be resolved?

Today, I sadly lost all my pets on Roblox. After updating the game as prompted by the Play Store, I opened Adopt Me to find all my pets missing at approximately 7:20 pm on December 20, [redacted]. I invested around £[redacted] acquiring these pets, including 2 queen bees, about 28 normal bees, and 6 king bees. Additionally, I owned an arctic fox, 5 griffins, and two fly potions I hadn't used yet. Strangely, my gingerbread and in-game currency reset as well. Now, I need to find out how to recover my missing pets.

I met a player on Royale High who seemed nice and offered me Robux. After playing together, she asked for my password to give me the Robux, but later claimed she couldn't log in and changed my password. I don't have an email or phone linked to the account, and all Robux purchases were made with gift cards I threw away after using. I hope there's a way you can verify my ownership and reset the password to regain access to my account with the username kawaiipandabear79. I'm just a kid and this situation is really upsetting. His username is testaccount_205, and the last password used was something like Scp_049 related to SCP. Typically, my computer keeps me logged in, but today at around 6 pm, I tried to log in and couldn't. I have a gift card from Christmas that I can't use, and there are important items I don't want to lose. Though I can get into Roblox Studio, I'm unable to log in to the game website. I have attached receipts of purchases made with a PayPal gift card this year. My father, who also buys for my brother and me, attempted to assist, but couldn't resolve the issue.

I seem to have lost access to my account because I was not cautious enough to prevent unauthorized access. One of my friends, Evoscilendtoura, whom I thought was trustworthy, sent me a game to play upon my request for an elemental. I completed a simple obstacle course in the game and was directed to a box promising 25,[redacted] free Robux. Excitedly, I entered my real username and password to claim the Robux, only to find my balance at zero. Subsequently, while playing Ninja Legends, Evos repeatedly joined and left the game, raising suspicions. Eventually, I left the game, only to discover that my account had been hacked. My friend shared this Roblox gift card code with me. He assured me that the code was brand new as he had just revealed it. However, when I attempted to redeem it, I was informed that the code had already been used. My friend is adamant that this is not possible as he had only just uncovered the code to give it to me.
