My daughter, Grace, also known as G_Dance123, was playing a game when someone offered her free Robux in exchange for her password. Unfortunately, she fell for this scam. After realizing her error, she exited the game only to find that she was logged out and unable to access her account using her usual credentials. We are currently unable to reset the password since the email address [redacted] associated with the account does not seem to be connected anymore, and our phone number has changed, making it impossible to receive a text message for verification. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a group I have been involved with since its establishment in [redacted]. Around [redacted], the group's owner, a friend of mine, abruptly departed from Roblox and has not been seen since. Over the years, I have closely collaborated with the group's management and have served as a Group Manager since [redacted], overseeing its day-to-day operations. While I understand that inactivity alone may not warrant a transfer of ownership according to Roblox's policies, the owner was recently banned from Roblox. Despite being aware of succession rules that allow the owner to address the ban, it has been a considerable amount of time since the ban was issued, and the owner has been inactive for about a year. Considering the substantial time and resources I have dedicated to the group, including game development and finances, I am hopeful to assume ownership. Realizing that it may be unlikely, I am respectfully requesting that the group be transformed into a "no owner" group due to the owner's ban. After years of commitment to this community, I am eager to continue managing it and contributing to the Roblox platform. Having been a Roblox player since [redacted], I understand the importance of strict policies, yet I believe there is room for discussion and collaboration to support the engagement of Roblox players and communities. I encountered an issue while trying to access a volleyball academy on Roblox. When attempting to resolve the error by signing out of all other sessions, I unintentionally got logged out entirely. Despite proceeding to the two-step verification process, I am yet to receive the required email for verification after repeated attempts. I kindly request disabling two-step verification temporarily so that I can regain access to my account. Once I can log back in, I plan to update my email and set up two-step verification again for added security. My account username is Shielder_kaito, and I can confirm that I am a legitimate user.

I purchased Roblox coins to use in a game, but I lost [redacted] coins right away. I reached out to the game developer and your website but haven't heard back. I spend a sizable amount monthly on this game for my grandchild, and it's disappointing to not receive support when needed. It's frustrating that game developers aren't held accountable for providing contact information for issue resolution. I am requesting a complete refund immediately.

Roblox is my favorite game, but I'm frustrated that customer service doesn't respond properly. They keep sending the same generic messages, and I wish I could speak directly to someone to solve my issue. I haven't been active on Roblox for a few months. When I logged in recently, I noticed many "content deleted" games. Today, as I tried to become active again, it said I was logged out. I checked on another account using my username, Lavel_Jr, and my account was missing. I'm concerned as I had Roblox Premium. I suspect my account was hacked as there have been suspicious activities while I was away.

Hello! I require assistance urgently! I suspect foul play with my account as my Valkyrie Helm is missing. I attempted to log in but encountered issues with my password. Following a password reset via e-mail, I managed to regain access but discovered the disappearance of my helm. Upon reviewing my trade history, I observed an unauthorized transaction had taken place. I'm having trouble accessing my Roblox account, HeartsVill1, as I forgot my password. While attempting to add an email to the account to facilitate the process, I realized it required my password to continue. Unfortunately, my attempts to reset the password were unsuccessful. When I tried to use the "Forgot password" option on my phone, the verification process failed to send a code. I attempted verification through both my phone number and email with no success. My main goal is to transfer my account to my new phone for easier accessibility.

While playing Bloxburg, I encountered a player who owned a cafe and flower shop. After visiting with permission, I took one of her flowers and she kicked me out, blocking me. She proceeded to be racist by using inappropriate language, including the n-word, and disrespecting me, along with her friend. Their usernames are px3_12 and DementedDaddy. The incident occurred on December 18, [redacted]. I may have responded in defense during the exchange. I believe Roblox should review the chat logs to address this behavior. I hope for a resolution soon.

On January 11th, [redacted], I created an account named LargeBTTGamer on Roblox. Initially, it was a random account created a year earlier, but this time I chose a username. Over time, the system prompted me to add an email to the account, which I didn't do as I didn't have an email at that time. A year later, when I tried to log in, I found myself logged out, causing me some concern. I refrained from playing for two days, hoping it was just a temporary issue. However, when I realized I was still unable to access the account and my brother had an emulator connected to his account, I felt discouraged. My son used my boyfriend's card to make an unauthorized purchase of $[redacted]. The money was meant for bills, not Roblox. Measures need to be improved to prevent unauthorized card use by kids. There should be verification steps like entering a date of birth to prove they are adults. This incident occurred on Saturday, December 15, [redacted], at midnight.

Every time I get a new credit card, Roblox has been charging my card without authorization. I received and activated my latest card yesterday, and Roblox has already made unauthorized charges. This is the third card they have done this to, and now I am considering legal action. I am extremely upset about this recurring issue.

Hello, my Roblox username is 90Leader90, and I've been dealing with persistent hacking issues in my favorite game, Framed. An individual using the username Lightning_Dev has been disrupting 'running' servers with disruptive messages leading to server shutdowns. These messages create chaos and prevent players from communicating or moving, eventually resulting in disconnection from the server. Lightning_Dev's avatar features brown skin, bacon hair, a smile, and a blue t-shirt with a motorcycle design. This hacker's actions have greatly impacted my enjoyment of the game and that of other players. While playing Trade Hangout when I was younger, I made a mistake of asking for robux from others, which I now realize was not a wise thing to do. A girl offered me free robux and asked for my password, which, being naive, I shared with her. The next day when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account and got really worried thinking it might have been hacked. Despite the panic, I eventually moved on and created a new account, Game_Hacer, clarifying that I am not a hacker. Roblox, I woke up today eager to play but found my account hacked. I suspect Hazel is behind it, as around the time of the incident, she was interacting with my friend zeroree*. She not only took my Robux but also sent strange messages from my account. She has changed the password, email, and even removed my friend from my account. I have been hacked by an employee of yours since May. I am not a child, I have two children whom I try to keep up with on Roblox. The hacker has targeted kids for a while and mistook me for a child initially. While playing on Disaster Island, he approached me, thinking I was a child, and then took control of my Roblox account upon realizing I was an adult. Now, he has control over all electronic devices in my family. If I do not comply with his demands, I cannot see my kids online. I have tried to contact you since Labor Day weekend when he attacked me. He operates under the username "SavageBean" and has affected my cell phone, email, home internet, and finances. He manipulates my interactions on games and has engaged in inappropriate behavior with children. He coerced me into performing sexual acts, recorded it, and shared it within his workplace. This situation terrifies me, and despite reaching out for help, including contacting Apple, I have been unsuccessful in stopping him. Another employee named Alan attempted to assist me by suggesting I be placed in a different server, but I declined initially. I am unable to protect myself or prevent Craig's actions, and he has threatened me if I don't comply with his demands. My name is Susan Trunk, and my contact number is [redacted]. Hello, I wanted to share that there has been an issue with my account. Currently, I am quite upset about what has happened. Someone gained unauthorized access and removed everything from my account. This includes my hard work in Bloxburg where my default house was. Additionally, in Adopt Me, all my rare pets, houses, and vehicles were also taken. Though it may seem trivial, these virtual items hold sentimental value for me. The person responsible claimed they could assist me with my account.
