I unfortunately fell victim to a scam on Ninja Legends by a user by the name of boogaplayer12346. He promised to trade a Master Pack in exchange for a Legend pet, specifically my level 19 Cybernetic Emerald Dragon. As soon as the trade was completed, he abruptly left the game, leaving me without the promised pet. I have photographic evidence of this incident which can be viewed on my Instagram account under the username youngninja12345. My Roblox ID is 8bitrayn99. I am seeking the [redacted] Robux pack that I was deceitfully promised.

Hello! I've been assisting my friend with a problem on ROBLOX. Every time he attempts to join a game, an error message saying "Failed to download or apply critical settings, please check your internet connection. Error info: HttpError: ConnectFail" keeps appearing and doesn't go away. He has attempted various solutions to resolve it, but none have been successful. I attempted to redeem something on my account, but despite trying every password I could recall, I am unable to log in. Resetting the password has been unsuccessful as well. Each time I input my email or phone number for a reset, it confirms that a message was sent, but I have not received any emails or texts. I am confident in my username and I believe I have verified both my phone number and email. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello Roblox support team, I'm experiencing an issue with configuring/downloading the app. This problem started last Sunday. Many players enjoy the games, but for some reason, including myself, the configuring/downloading process fails. I am unable to start a game as it remains stuck. I was playing Roblox when someone offered me Robux. I agreed, but now I can't access my account, ppelflap3. I had spent [redacted] euros and someone took 20 Robux from me in-game. My account Master_bg52 was hacked earlier this year. I suspect a friend of a friend has it, but they won't return it. The email was changed without my knowledge, and when I tried to log into Roblox, it said Incorrect Password or Username. On December 5th, my ROBLOX account was banned due to an inappropriate group name. The re-activation was scheduled for 11:23am on December 8th. Despite logging in at 11:30am PST, I encountered an error when trying to join a game. Upon subsequent login attempts, I was met with different errors and unable to access my account. By manually changing a URL component, I briefly accessed the homepage before encountering a continuous loop preventing entry into my account. I've tried clearing cache/cookies, using different web browsers, and restarting my PC/router with no success. Despite emailing ROBLOX Support, I have not received assistance. I am seeking the best solution to resolve this issue.

I forgot to add my email or phone number to my CandyGIRLpop234 account. In April [redacted], I switched accounts but didn't save the new password. Unfortunately, my Robux was not refunded, and I can't access my old CandyGIRLpop234 account now. I'd like a refund or for it to be transferred to my new account, shad0w_g1rl12. I believe I was unfairly banned from the game and the responses I have received so far seem automated or discriminatory. My ban was due to a misunderstood comment about a game called De Pride Isle Sanatorium. I used the term "gay cult" in reference to the pride-themed nature of the game, not as an insult. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself. Others in the group agree that the ban is unjust. I kindly request a personal response rather than automated messages. My username on Roblox is ______.

Hello, I'm Matthew Macenko, and my Roblox account is Sneaky767. I've had this account for a long time and even have old friends on it. Unfortunately, I realized my password wasn't very secure, so I tried to change it. However, my parents and I forgot the code. I reached out to Roblox for help, but they didn't respond. Suddenly, they changed my password without informing me. Now, I'm unable to play, and I feel very upset. If possible, I would like to update my password to "cool math." Hello. I'm reaching out as a last resort. I'm unable to adjust my account settings due to a security scare in [redacted]. I went overboard adding too many safety measures after falling for a hoax about a hacking threat. I never removed the PIN since my dad never received the related email. I'm now locked out of my account's privacy and safety features due to my overreaction. I simply wish to regain access to my account. Please assist me with this issue. If possible, disabling the extra security measures would be appreciated. I'm having difficulties contacting ROBLOX support on their website as the bottom bar is covering the submit button.

Hello dodohansalam1, I am writing this letter in relation to the account moderation issue I encountered. On December 6, [redacted], at 7:28:32 AM US time, I received an account moderation due to adult content uploads, which came as a surprise because it was unintentional. I had been attempting to upload a picture of a stone for a map but mistakenly uploaded an inappropriate image due to a misclick. Unfortunately, I had to step away briefly due to a stomachache, and upon my return, I forgot about the unfinished upload. Consequently, I was banned about ten minutes later. I kindly request a review of the ban received on September 12, [redacted], at 5:09:54 AM, with the hope of restoring my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This morning, I was logged out of my account. When I attempted to log back in, an error message popped up stating that my password was incorrect. I then tried to reset it via email, but it kept linking to an old account of mine. Upon trying to reset it using my phone number, the verification code was not sent successfully.
