Hello, this is Kylie Gilmore reaching out once again. I apologize for another email, but I realized I forgot to include how you can assist me with this issue. My account on Roblox has been compromised by a user going by the username Tiagurz (formerly known by this username but has since changed it). Despite the change, this user is currently accessing my account and causing havoc in the game Bloxberg. I have been the owner of this account for several years, and this is not the first time such an incident has occurred. My username is iiXKylie_19. One way to resolve this situation is by resetting the password on my account, as the hacker has altered it. I understand it may be challenging to take action against them without concrete evidence, but resetting the password would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I purchased three of the [redacted] Robux packages, totaling $30. Subsequently, I acquired accessories such as cinnamon hair, nerd glasses, and an outfit for my character. However, upon checking my Robux balance, I noticed it was [redacted] instead of the expected 2,[redacted], given the items' costs. I planned to purchase the $19.99 deal on ROBLOX, which included 2,[redacted] ROBUX and premium. After changing my username from LydianLexxus to ZuviaI, I encountered an issue where it reverted back to the old username. I attempted to logout, but upon logging back in, I couldn't join games with my friends. Despite trying to change the password for hours, I found myself unable to access my ROBLOX account with the correct username.

My brother received a Robux gift card for his birthday on May 1, [redacted]. Prior to receiving the card, he had 84 Robux. Today, when attempting to redeem it, the process did not give him the Robux he expected. We followed all the instructions listed on the back of the card diligently, but unfortunately, it did not work as intended. He entered the code [redacted] on the back of the card. The system indicated his current balance was $25, but his Robux balance remained unchanged at 84, just like before.

My daughter's account has been hacked for the second time, and I am extremely frustrated by this situation, especially since she is upset (she has Aspergers/Autism). I buy robux for her to purchase pets on Adopt Me. She had a shadow dragon, a parrot, 2 king bees, a regular bee, 2 dogs, a chicken, a pig, a duck, and 4 cats. This morning, after logging in, she was immediately logged out. Upon logging back in via email, she discovered most of her pets were gone in Adopt Me. This marks the third time she has changed her password. The recurring hacks are distressing for her, causing meltdowns and heartbreak due to the loss of her pets. I am growing increasingly frustrated with this issue happening to her. Her emotional distress is significant, and she is heartbroken over the financial cost and loss of her pets. I would appreciate an explanation as to why this is occurring. If secure purchases cannot be ensured, this may prevent me from buying robux in the future. Thank you, Theresa Milligan

My account was compromised by a user named Unicorn_lovessssss. My username was Tiktokqueen6363, and I made the mistake of trusting her to get me robux, so I shared my password with her. She changed the password and now I can't access my account. I had a significant amount of value on that account, and even created a TikTok account about it which gained popularity. I can't find my account anymore, so she may have deleted it or altered the username. I was very upset this morning and cried a lot. I was shocked by someone's cruelty, but I blame myself for sharing my password out of greed, even though I already had robux. I've reported her on a new account and contacted Roblox by email, but their response was not helpful. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account from a human representative. I recently noticed an issue with my Roblox Premium account. It seems that my subscription was disrupted due to an insufficient balance on my card. Despite receiving the [redacted] Robux on November 26 as part of my Premium membership, my account now shows that I no longer have Premium status as of December 1. My daughter was on Roblox when someone messaged her, asking for her password in exchange for more Robux. She had [redacted] Robux in her account, mysteriously the person hacked her account. Her username is "ocean_comotion." I have a PayPal receipt to show that I bought Robux for this account. Can you assist us in recovering the account?

My grandson's Roblox account, username iHOOTLE, was unexpectedly canceled and we are eager to have it restored. The account was mistakenly reported to PayPal by our accountant, causing the cancellation. We were out of town when this happened, and we did not realize the issue until later. I have made several attempts to contact Roblox without success. My grandson's only Christmas wish is to have his Roblox account back. No outstanding payments are due, the account was simply canceled. One day, I logged into Roblox to play and found that my main account, Sceptilecon, was inaccessible as my password was being flagged as incorrect. After multiple attempts, I realized that my account was compromised as someone had changed the password and avatar. I resorted to using my secondary account, Xx_GimmiexX, to assess the situation. I am reaching out in hopes that the support team could assist in recovering my main account, but I understand if it is a challenging process.

This morning, while playing ROBLOX, I decided to check if any of my friends were online. When I returned to the tab, I noticed the dark filter was off. Surprised, I saw the log in and sign up buttons instead of my username at the top. I clicked log in to access my account, expecting my saved username and password to work, but it didn't. After verifying my password, I re-entered it and tried to log in again, with no success. This situation frustrated me as it represents almost four years of dedication, effort, and investment in the game.

I'm here to inquire about the possibility of removing a game. I attempted to discuss my concerns with the game administrators, notably one head admin, regarding the game "Dragon Ball Rage" created by idracius. As a player, I believe offering suggestions is reasonable. Unfortunately, their responses were offensive. Subsequently, I was insulted by an admin and ultimately banned from their Discord server for no valid reason. I would appreciate it if action could be taken to address this, as the behavior exhibited by the head admin, oldtatertots, does not align with a family-friendly platform like Roblox. I'm having trouble accessing my Expressx account and resetting my password using my email, [redacted] I've been trying for years and am unsure what happened to the account. Good evening, I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing difficulties with Roblox. I use it to communicate with my daughter in America since she's underage for social media and doesn't have a phone. Today, when I tried to message her, hashtags started appearing even on innocent words like "hi." My daughter's Roblox app on her iPad wouldn't load. I attempted to fix it by reinstalling the program, but after reinstallation, she couldn't log in due to forgetting her password. When we tried the "forgot password" option and entered her username, it wasn't recognized. My daughter, 7 years old, has purchased numerous add-ons for her Roblox account under the username "liveraven4." In September, I purchased the [redacted] Robux monthly pack and received the Robux promptly. I expected to receive my Robux at the start of October, but I didn't get it. I thought maybe I needed to wait a full 30 days since I bought it in the middle or end of September. However, I didn't receive the Robux at the end of October or in November. Now it's December 3rd, and I'm still waiting for my Robux icon to show that I have the [redacted] Robux.

Thank you for your assistance. My account is kyletheboss20061, which I created when I was 8 (now 13). Unfortunately, my sister deleted Roblox from all my devices, and when I tried to log back in, my password didn't work. I attempted to change it using my phone number, but it appears someone else is using the same number for their account. I am concerned that someone was asking for my login details, claiming they wanted to give me Robux. I did not share my password and email with them as I found it suspicious. Shortly after, I received another message asking for the same information, but I provided incorrect details. Now, my avatar has been changed, and I'm unable to access my account.
