A player named TheLake5080 on Roblox has deceived me and a few others who agreed to assist him in collecting souls in Ninja Legends. He promised to reward us with legendary pets in the game in exchange for gathering souls. However, once he reached his goal of souls, he quickly exited the game, leaving us feeling cheated. We were under the impression that we would receive legendary pets, but unfortunately, he betrayed our trust by abandoning the game without fulfilling his promise.

Hello Roblox Devs/support, I am experiencing issues accessing Roblox as I keep receiving the error message "This page isn’t working." I have tried restarting my laptop and even reinstalled the game twice, but the problem persists. Additionally, I am unable to see my friends on Roblox or the "recent games" section as they continue to load indefinitely. I have ruled out internet connectivity issues as other websites are accessible. Can you please assist in resolving this unusual problem?

I was on vacation, and when I returned, Roblox asked me to update the app. I complied, but now, three weeks later, I can't log in. I'm being bullied on Roblox, and I really want my account back. The username began with a J, but I can't recall the whole thing. I'm determined to recover access as I believe I remember the password. There was only one Robux left in the account.

I had an old Roblox account named V_Alice. After returning from a holiday, I discovered it had been banned. I was perplexed since I hadn't played during my absence and couldn't understand the ban. Both I and my mother attempted to appeal the ban without success. I had invested a significant amount of money in that account and was frustrated by the unjust ban. A year has passed, and I am still actively working to recover it. I feel it was unfair to be banned without cause, and it has left me disheartened as I cherished that account and the game.

My son is currently unable to access his Roblox account after being locked out. Despite attempting to recover the password through email, we have not received any communication. Unfortunately, the account isn't associated with a phone number for alternative recovery options. I lost [redacted] Robux unexpectedly six days ago in a transaction I did not authorize for a light blue shirt by a group called Runaway Roleplayers. The shirt cost 5 Robux, which would leave me with [redacted] Robux remaining. However, my entire Robux balance was wiped out, leaving me with 0 Robux. I am furious and upset about this loss of money in the game. I am hopeful that Roblox will address and resolve this issue promptly by refunding my lost Robux. Have a nice day.

I am frustrated with constantly being asked to involve my parents regarding my hacked account. I have successfully recovered my account, but it incorrectly displays my birth year as [redacted]. However, I was actually born in [redacted]. This mismatch is preventing me from accessing certain features, like getting a job in a Roblox group that requires members to be 13 or older. I urge the account year to be corrected without the need for family intervention, as I have been managing this account independently for three years.

I mistakenly fell for a scam by giving my password to someone I believed was from Roblox. Subsequently, I found myself locked out of my account on my phone, only able to access it on my Xbox. Hello, my name is Kylie Gilmore. My account is iiXKylie_19, and unfortunately, it has been hacked by individuals I met around this time last year. They have caused damage on the game Bloxberg twice, and I am unsure how they have been able to access my password. I have had this account since [redacted] and have had Robux on it. They claim they will return the account, and my friend is currently communicating with them on her account. However, I would like to request a new password for added security. I plan to obtain more Robux and change the username to prevent them from finding me again. I also plan to use my mom's email for added security measures as I believe mine may not be safe. The individuals involved are Tiagurz and another user, possibly named maddiemad, who are friends on Roblox. They may have since changed their usernames. I understand I may not have proof, but if you can investigate past games, there may be evidence of their admission to hacking last year's accounts.
