My 9-year-old child (T.[redacted]) was involved in a trade with J.[redacted]. After my daughter agreed to the trade, J. changed the items, resulting in her being scammed. She lost items she had purchased and items she had worked hard to earn. It's concerning that the game does not effectively address these incidents and doesn't seem to deter repeat offenders who target children. I kindly request that you restore all her lost items - a rideable unicorn, a flying horse, and a flying rideable sloth - or provide a full refund for all my Roblox expenses, including subscriptions, Roblox cards, and Robux. The game's current state seems to promote dishonest behavior among children, which is unacceptable. It's vital that these issues are rectified promptly to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all players.

Hello Roblox, I am seeking help because I suspect my family member's Roblox account has been compromised. I was using her device and logged out to switch to mine. Days later, she couldn't log back in using the known password. She turned to me for assistance as I created her account but even with the correct passwords, we couldn't access it. Her original account is Redrolipoli, and a new one, Redrolipoli2, was recently created. She cherishes the memories in her old account, especially being part of the "rolipoli pack." The "rolipoli pack" includes Yellowrolipoli, Greenrolipoli, and Blackrolipoli. I am Yellowrolipoli, and I've secured all accounts except for Blackrolipoli. My younger sibling was playing Adopt Me on Roblox tonight and unfortunately fell victim to a scam. We are concerned about the safety of her account and wish for measures to be put in place to prevent similar incidents. We are reaching out to request that Roblox investigate and take action against the individual responsible. The username of the scammer was close to estephanie. Please locate this account and enact measures to ensure it cannot cause harm to others. Our primary goal is to safeguard my sister from any future scams.

My child accidentally made a purchase on Roblox without my knowledge. I reached out to Roblox requesting a refund, but they informed me that since the transaction was made through Apple, they couldn't process the refund. Unfortunately, they went ahead and deactivated my child's account. I am now requesting for her account to be reinstated and for all her previous purchases to be restored. At this point, I am more concerned about her account being deleted without prior communication, rather than the refund. Time is of the essence as I would like this resolved before 5pm EST today. My daughter, with the user ID galaxyxxx7, will be very upset as the deletion should have been discussed with me first.

I want to clarify that I have never hacked or intended to do so. I acknowledge that my behavior in the past may have seemed suspicious, but I sincerely apologize for any confusion. These games are being promoted through Discord servers by their creators. If you are interested, I can provide you with the links to these servers so you can take action to ban these games and possibly report the servers. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the prevalence of Robux scams like 'bux.gg' and 'rocash.com'. Despite some efforts to combat these scams, they continue to operate through Discord servers where codes and updates are shared. I am aware of one such server and can share the link with you to help in the effort to shut down these fraudulent schemes. Although some players have received Robux from these sites, they remain a significant issue. I appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to your response. My account "blockheadpieGhost" was recently deleted on Roblox due to allegedly violating their Terms of Service by selling virtual items for real money. However, I believe this is a misunderstanding on their part. The group associated with my account has also been closed down, even though the only transactions were for refunds and internal transfers. I have submitted an appeal and am awaiting a response to rectify this issue promptly. I need my account and group reinstated as I have commitments to fulfill with other users before Black Friday. I can provide evidence of the transactions that took place within the group to support my case.

I recently informed my uncle about wanting Builders Club on the account JoshTheKing2446, and he agreed. I unintentionally forgot to disable the auto-renewal after getting the one-month Turbo Builders Club, resulting in multiple unauthorized charges. My uncle mistook the charges, reported them to the bank as fraud, leading to my account's termination. I cherished this account for its rare cosmetics and event participation. Unfortunately, my explanation to my uncle didn't alter the outcome. I am saddened by the loss of my account due to this misunderstanding. I previously spoke with Pedro regarding this matter. Thank you, Pedro, for helping me understand. The incident in question occurred five years ago, and my uncle no longer recollects the details, nor does he possess the same card used for the account deletion. At that time, I was young and not well-versed in technology and finances. I mistakenly believed that a one-month payment would only cover that particular month's subscription. Regrettably, I had the account for an extended period and only desired the Builders Club to impress my friends. I have submitted numerous appeals to Roblox, expressing my ignorance of the situation and pleading for another opportunity. Concerning my uncle and the card, I am geographically distant from him and recall the incident differently. Reimbursing him or Roblox for the purportedly unpaid fees is not an issue if necessary. I have gained maturity and comprehension about auto-renewing memberships and simply wish to regain access to my account, reconnect with friends, and revisit past activities. While trading on Trade Hangout, I encountered a user named Loui_Ninja. Initially, she sought my opinion on a trade but swiftly diverted the conversation to propose a trade with me. Naively, I agreed to exchange three of my limited items for hers, believing it was a good deal. Loui_Ninja then sent two trade requests - one for my items for hers and vice versa. Oblivious, I accepted both trades, only to realize afterward that I had been tricked. She deceitfully claimed there was an issue with the trade and sent another request where I unknowingly gave away all my limiteds for a single low-value item. By the time I comprehended the scam, she had unfriended me, leaving me infuriated. My limiteds valued at 6.5k were gone, and despite my efforts to reach out, she had already finalized the fraudulent transaction and vanished. I seek justice by urging for her permanent ban to prevent others from falling victim to her deceitful tactics.

I recently changed my password and now I can't remember it. I tried switching accounts with a friend for a game, and now I'm locked out of my account named xXxThe_Legend21xXx. I recently updated my username, but after refreshing the page, I realized I hadn't logged out as usual during the process. I tried to change it again, and it seemed to be successful both times, which is confusing since it didn't reflect the change. Suddenly, I was logged out and now I can't log back in. When checking on an alternate account, my old username still appears in my previous usernames, even though I received emails confirming the name change. I can access my alternate account without any issues, but I can't do the same with my main account, whether I'm using a PC or mobile device.

I recently traded with another user named luffyshores for frozen horns of the frigid planes. We agreed to exchange items, but after I accepted her trade, she left, and I received a shaggy instead of the promised items. The items I traded to her include scissors, ocean samurai, green wistful wink, futurevision eyepatch, [redacted] robux, absolutely shocked, violet starry night, lavender amazeface, blue goof, 2 shaggies, and Kuddle. My account was compromised by a hacker using the username blonde_human. They created a fake free Robux offer on Google, prompting me to input my username and password. Unfortunately, falling for the scam, I entered my information, and it instructed me to wait 24 hours. When I returned the next day after school, my account had been hacked. Being only 7 years old at the time, I did not receive any email notifications. I now plan to use my sister's email. The hacked username was dragongodking666, and I have a friend named masterdragonjohn.
