My daughter bought a £10 Roblox game card yesterday. We followed the redemption steps, entered the code, verified it, and received a message saying the code was redeemed. However, the Robux did not appear in my daughter’s account. After trying again, we were told the code was already redeemed, yet no Robux showed up. I’ve reached out to Robux customer service explaining the situation but have not received a response. My daughter worked hard to save her money for this card, and now she is very disappointed.

Yesterday, I changed my username to "cqtii" on Roblox. After encountering issues while editing my avatar, my new username did not display, so I logged out. When attempting to log back in with both my old and new usernames, despite entering my correct password and completing verification, the page refreshes, and I remain logged out. I am certain my account has not been hacked as there were no "incorrect password" messages. Despite changing my password multiple times, following Roblox support's advice, I am still unable to log in after a day of trying. I am eager to regain access to my account.

Hello, I am a Roblox player with the username Abdullah29194. A friend sent me a link to another account similar to mine on Discord. After friending that account, I messaged it, but while playing Roblox Ninja Legends, the replies did not seem like my friend. Please help me solve this issue and remove that account. I am getting frustrated by this situation. Please do not ban me; it's an account without Robux. Admin, please fix this. I love Roblox and don't want to create another account. Please remove the duplicate account.

My Roblox account, Dener88, got terminated, and I've been working on resolving the issue. I accidentally made two payments of £18.49 to Roblox in the early morning. I contacted PayPal's resolution center to request a refund from Roblox as it was an accidental order. I discovered that my son's Roblox account was terminated due to disputed unauthorized charges. I've had past issues with unauthorized transactions, reported them, and confirmed they were made by my son, who has autism and finds joy in playing Roblox. His account holds valuable limited items worth several thousand dollars. I kindly request a review of my Roblox account, username Dener88, and email [redacted], to restore its functionality.

I am curious about why we are asked to write a review regarding account issues if bots monitor us. The responses seem automated without providing any real insight into our actions. During a recent wave of bans and terminations, I was mistakenly terminated for inappropriate behavior despite being inactive for two weeks. When I logged onto my Mac and opened Roblox, Google flagged the page as insecure, prompting me to allow some changes. I clicked allow, assuming it would be safe as the privacy policy assures that my information is protected. I shut down my computer after playing and then used my phone. When I returned to my computer later, my anti-virus kept detecting virus threats, and messages about my proxy server being offline appeared when browsing. Subsequently, my mom's Facebook was hacked with the IP address now showing a different location. It seems like my laptop has been compromised. What steps should I take next to address this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To Roblox, I have concerns about the censorship system. While I understand the need for filtering certain content, censoring harmless words like "college" is excessive. It's frustrating to be unable to communicate effectively due to overzealous censorship. I urge you to review and improve the censoring criteria as it is causing inconvenience to many users, myself included. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am seeking assistance with my child's account named "rester536." Approximately an hour ago, my child unintentionally logged out of the account, and we are now attempting to log back in. I forgot the password to my account "aestheticpotato1537," and I wasn't aware that you could add a phone number or email. When I signed up, my password was long, but now it's shorter, and I'm unsure if it was changed by someone else. I have a screenshot of my initial login that I sometimes use to remember my passwords, and I would have taken another if I changed it. While playing with my friends, JK and Lil, someone hacked into my account, Carleejojohnson, changed the password, and kicked me out. The only person I know who can possibly help me is my old friend, Coockie_Master40. I had Robux on my account, making it crucial for me to regain access. Just to verify my ownership, the previous password was [redacted]. Although I haven't linked an email or phone number, the old password was indeed [redacted]. I'm not looking to retaliate against the hacker; I simply want my rightful access restored. This incident occurred last night, and I've been upset about it. I'm hopeful that the account can be recovered and that Coockie_Master40 can be banned. My account means a lot to me.

My brother's account was suspended three days ago for violating the terms. Despite trying to log in from various devices, the Roblox site continues to block access. Now, I'm unable to access my own account on the computer and my brother remains locked out too. The frustrating part is not being able to easily reach support for assistance. It's disappointing resorting to searching "How to contact Roblox" only to find a non-official website with a service number that didn't provide any real human support. I am facing a specific issue with verifying my email linked to the account "iFrostyN1nja" due to the activated 2-step verification. I logged out of the account, clicked "send code," but did not receive the verification code. Despite checking the spam folder and adding the @no-replyroblox account to my contacts as advised, the problem persists. Additionally, I have another account tied to "skaterrrboyy," created as a backup when locked out of "iFrostyN1nja." I am willing to remove the email from the secondary account if needed, as my priority is recovering the primary account.

I was trying to log into my account to play with my friends when I encountered an issue. While attempting to join a game called Bloxburg, I received an error message stating that I was already playing on another device, which was not true. My friends confirmed that someone was using my account without my authorization. In a panic, I activated a 2-step verification process and changed my password to ensure the security of my account. After the unauthorized user left, claiming the password remained the same, I logged out of all sessions to force a logout. However, upon logging back in, I couldn't access my account as the password had been changed by the hacker. Despite sending verification codes to my email, I had difficulty regaining access to my account since the hacker had changed the password without notifying me. Now I'm unable to change the password without the current one, putting me in a frustrating situation.
