My younger brother's account (amar412215) has been falsely reported. In "Strength Simulator," he was standing on an invisible block that gives gems when filled. While jokingly typing "I’m flying" in the chat, another user threatened to report him. He clarified it was a joke, but now he can't access his account. Upon login attempts, it always shows "connection lost." Even using my account, his name doesn't appear when searched. He's 8 years old, and I'm 12; we are not capable of hacking. He was just playing on the invisible block, which is a game feature. Please assist in restoring his account. He's too young to hack or do anything malicious. I can provide my mom's email for further assistance.

I am having trouble with my Roblox Fastcard purchased at Walmart for $25. I tried to redeem it on my child's Roblox account, but it kept showing an error message. After attempting for a few weeks, I was advised by the Walmart manager to contact Roblox Customer Service for a refund since they couldn't issue a refund in-store. I'm having trouble redeeming my Roblox Fastcard purchased at Walmart for $25. Each time I enter the code on my child's Roblox account, it says something went wrong. I tried for two weeks without success. The Walmart manager advised me to contact Roblox Customer Service for a refund since they couldn't process it in-store. I'd appreciate a $25 refund. A few months ago, my account was hacked. Everything seemed fine initially, but after signing out for an update, I realized someone had taken over my account. I had around [redacted],[redacted] diamonds in ROYALE High and 12,[redacted] Robux, which I had received from a friend recently. When I logged back in, it showed a message about revenge, and all my Robux were gone, along with my outfit items and diamonds in ROYALE High. Bubblegum Simulator, Adopt Me, and Meep City were also affected by the hack. The hacker changed my password and email address; now, I can't access my account as they used a fake email. I desperately want to recover my account, especially my Robux and ROYALE High diamonds. My old username is NikkiMaxwell20. I urge Roblox to assist me in restoring my lost items.

I have attempted to log in multiple times without success and have now resorted to reaching out here for assistance, as suggested. I am having trouble logging into my account with the username [redacted]8. I usually stay logged in on Microsoft Edge, but when I tried to log in again, I was unable to access the site. I suspect this may be related to an old Roblox game scam promising free Robux that I encountered a few years back. I logged out to investigate the issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I encountered a player in a game called Ninja Legends around 7 o’clock who seemed to be really skilled and high-ranking. Even though I'm new to the game, my friends gave me a powerful pet. This player, 6itd, claimed to help new players and asked for my pets to enhance them. After leaving the game and returning in 10 minutes, they denied knowing me when I asked for my pets back. They accused me of being a scammer and gave my pets to a stranger who mocked me. The stranger, along with some others, supported 6itd's actions. ROBLOX, if you see this, please investigate and take action against this player. Alternatively, providing me with Robux would help me recover my pet, as it has a 2 percent chance of obtaining. I can't afford to wait a week to earn enough in-game currency for another chance at getting my pet back. My username is: djalexg24. I recently interacted with a user, inner196, who offered to give me some robux but ended up changing my password and email. Prior to being hacked, my username was bommerj2000, using the email jujharsinghuk1.gmail.com and password Londonuk. Hello! Some time back, while playing a game on Roblox, I encountered an error message due to a connection problem. I decided to rejoin but got logged out unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, I kept getting an "incorrect password" notification despite trying different methods like my phone number and email. The pets that were taken include two Platinum Dualcorns, 5 Gloom Shocks, two Night Dwellers, three King Eyes, 5 Evil Marshes, 7 Demon Eyes, a Shiny Lucky Phoenix, and more. Dear Catrina, I noticed my sister's account has been compromised, potentially with over $60 spent on it. Imagine losing that amount due to hacking in a game. Despite contacting Roblox multiple times without a resolution, I hope to speak to a live representative to address this issue. A close friend named Dabharddinound also faced a ban – though she has moved on, I yearn to reunite in-game. She invested in Roblox with purchases like OBC and other currency, creating an alternate account she rarely uses. I desire for both friends to have their accounts reinstated. Hello, I am cutegic and I would like to report a scam. I was scammed by a user in the game "Adopt Me" for robux. The user, Blablingo_xo, promised to trade me a giraffe but never fulfilled the exchange as agreed. Despite declining the trade, I lost valuable items including a zombie buffalo, two fly potions, and a ride potion. I received a trade request afterwards, but the scammer left the game without completing the trade, resulting in my loss. I hope necessary actions can be taken to ban the user and recover my items. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as I used my birthday robux for these transactions. Thank you.

The items they scammed include two platinum dualcorns, gloom shocks, two night dwellers, three king eyes, evil marshes, Demon eyes, shiny lucky phoenix, and more. I was using my alt account to experiment with a known scam game out of curiosity while my main account was logged in on another tab. When I returned to my main account, 'Incredibles gaming,' I found it logged out. Despite entering what I know to be the correct password, I couldn't access it. The suspicious game was created by an account named 'iHaTeYoU906,' which I see has been recently terminated. I have invested a substantial amount of money into my account, and I kindly request your help in recovering it.

I recently received a 7-day ban on Roblox and reached out to the appeals team via email. The initial response from a staff member named "Hobbs" accused me of having neo-Nazi connections, specifically with my group being called "Luftwaffe." I clarified that my group, the German EMPIRE, is a Federal Monarchy, not a fascist one. Despite my explanations, further attempts to communicate were ignored. After submitting another ticket requesting clarification, Hobbs mentioned the group "Luftwaffe" again, which I do not have, only "The New German Air Force." I feel unfairly targeted as my account was banned shortly after for ads related to the Bundeswehr, a democratic German military. I tried to engage in a constructive conversation, but my efforts were met with silence. It seems like there are misunderstandings and stereotypes about German groups without considering real-life history or accurate information.
