I fear the hacker has changed my login credentials. This is concerning as I have invested a significant amount of money in Roblox, particularly in Welcome To Bloxburg. Urgent action is required. Prior to being locked out, I was playing a "free robux game" where I supposedly earned 25,[redacted] robux without entering my password. I suspect the game's owner accessed my account through this. Hello, my username is Luckypanda_82. I want to share with you how I was scammed. Although I don't know the scammer's name, I reported her in the game using my username provided. While playing Adopt Me, she promised to give me her flying unicorn if I gave her all my in-game possessions. Regrettably, I fell for it and handed over everything. She then accused me of lying and demanded more items, even though I had given her everything. I rushed to report her, but she left the server before any action could be taken. Hello, I recently purchased a $25 Roblox card from Seven Eleven. The card promised 2,[redacted] Robux which I tried to redeem. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the code in the wrong area (the $49.99 section) resulting in an error. After researching online, I found the correct area to input the code. However, upon doing so, I received a message indicating that the code had already been used. I'm hoping to rectify this situation as I paid the $25 for the Robux. My username on Roblox is "dumbgals."

My username on Roblox is "muizzismybestfriend." I had around 89 friends on that account, and one of the most important ones was "ncoy1031." Unfortunately, I didn't link my guardian's phone number or my email to the account, so I can't access it now. I enjoy playing games like Jailbreak and Work at a Pizza Place. I experienced bullying in Roblox today. While sharing stories in Royale High with a friend, someone told us to be quiet. Being a bullying victim, I felt compelled to address the situation. Unfortunately, things escalated as three girls, claiming to be the bully's friends, joined in and started insulting me. More players joined, accusing me of being the bully. Despite my attempts to explain, I was labeled a troublemaker. The situation became emotionally overwhelming as they continued to belittle me with hurtful words. This experience, while in a game, triggered strong emotions for me as bullying is something I fear. It's disheartening how the situation unfolded, and I hope for measures to address bullying in gaming communities. I find it difficult to express, but I felt compelled to share this experience.

I would like to report the game Emerald Theatre on Roblox for scamming players, including myself. There have been multiple instances of scams with no refunds provided. I was cheated with the boombox, faced a sudden price downgrade, and ended up with a lower-quality item. They also removed the jetski gamepass in the third version without giving any Robux back to the players. Additionally, higher ranks are giving items for free that are supposed to be paid for, such as the Discord premium role required to access the fifth version under construction. The game seems to be a replica of Empire Theatre with only minor modifications like a different lobby. The admins ban players randomly without valid reasons, especially when dealing with exploiters. About 2 to 3 years ago, when I was younger, I played Murder Mystery for about 15 minutes before being disconnected. Since then, I can't log in with my usual username and password, which makes me think my account was hacked. I've tried the ticket number without success. My brother, Roadrunner0208, shares the billing account, and we both had BC. I don't recall the exact date of the BC purchase but remember it was the same time as my brother's. I used Robux in Kohis Admin house game and acquired various cosmetics and rare items from Roblox events. I made a new account, ImBlueJade, linked to Roadrunner0208 and Jade5824. I hope this information helps resolve my issue.

I recently regained access to my Roblox account after being hacked. The person who compromised my account took many items from the game "Adopt Me" which I had purchased with Robux. I am hoping for assistance in either recovering my lost items or having the hacker, whose username is "Majortoto12", banned from Roblox. I had interacted with them before the hack occurred. My account is secure now, so resetting the password is unnecessary. Please help me address this issue with my Robux and in-game items. Thank you for your assistance.

I unknowingly friended a hacker, who then stole my account, changed my password, and email associated with it. The hacker logged in with my account, made changes, and taunted me. I need help to regain access to my account and have this person permanently banned from Roblox. I feel violated and unfairly targeted. Please assist me in resolving this issue. I recently helped my mom by rubbing her feet and she kindly agreed to buy me in-game currency. However, while purchasing it on my phone, she accidentally made a double transaction. After contacting Google Play for a refund, they only refunded one payment. Later, when I tried to access my account, I was shocked to find it terminated due to unauthorized charges. Despite reaching out to Roblox support multiple times without a response, I eventually gave up. A month later, I attempted to regain access by filling out a new support form, only to receive an email stating that an account appeal could take more than 30 days. Now, I'm unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I am reaching out about an issue I experienced on Murder Mystery 2 today. I bought a knife worth $20 in the game and have proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a user with the username BruhItzMickey. We had agreed to trade items during a game, but when I requested my knife back after the game, BruhItzMickey abruptly left and blocked me. I believe I was deceived as the user does not have the effect that comes with the game pass, which cannot be traded. I kindly ask for your assistance in retrieving my knife item from BruhItzMickey. I apologize for the incident with adult content in my ROBLOX game. A friend added inappropriate items, and I believed I had removed them. However, it seems more items were added or the system detected the content. I am a dedicated player and would be very disappointed if my account remains terminated. I kindly request reinstatement with a possible one-week ban to address any lingering issues. I was told there were free Robux in Bloxburg, and I was dealing with another player to build me a nice house. The person offering the Robux asked me to log out of the game and chat with them. They inquired about how much Robux I wanted, and I casually replied. Then, they asked for my password, assuring me they were not a scammer. I fell for it, shared my password, and later couldn't access the game. The play button was disabled for guests in both Bloxburg and Royal High. Now, I'm unable to log in using my password, feeling concerned since I used my bank account to buy Robux, fearing it might be hacked.

While I admit to using inappropriate words, I would like to clarify that I did not engage in harassment. I made jokes directed at bots who were promoting scams on Roblox, urging them to deactivate themselves, and also mentioned a fake .com website in jest. I understand that my jokes may not have been suitable for younger players and apologize for that. I assure you that I did not intend to insult anyone or convey inappropriate messages. On a separate note, I encountered a concerning user named OmzTheTank3 in the game who claimed to be older and expressed unsettling preferences. Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my son. He enjoys playing games on your server "Counter Blox" using the username "Crusher_Buster." He recently encountered some issues where he was kicked from the "Death Match" game on October 27th for alleged candy theft, which he denies. Today, he was kicked from the "Counter Blox" server. After discussing it with him, he maintains that he does not understand the reasons for his removal. He mentioned a challenge to collect 2,[redacted] candies before the event ends on November 13th. My daughter adores the game. She did exceptionally well this term at school, and as a treat, we decided to buy her some robux to use in the game. Lucy purchased a rare dragon that she was thrilled about. However, she logged on today only to find out that some player in the "Adopt Me" game scammed her during a trade. Her player name is galaxykazoos30. I'm heartbroken to see my daughter so upset. Can you please look into this and prevent players from taking advantage of children like Lucy? Is there a way to track conversations during gameplay? This incident happened around 3:10 pm today, on 10/30/19. Hello, I need assistance with a recent hacking incident. My friend and I were gaming when he invited me to a Discord chat where he revealed plans to scam others. He persuaded me to download a "Cookie" app, resulting in the disappearance of my red beastmode item. To my shock, my trades showed I had unknowingly swapped it for a [redacted] hat. Dear Support Team, Recently, the IRF, a well-loved Roblox group, was unexpectedly removed. Despite having 200k members, it was unjustly taken down. The IRF is not a hate group, but a vibrant community where individuals can enjoy themselves. The members, mostly aged 13-14, have invested time and money into this group, only for it to be abruptly deleted. Please reconsider and restore the IRF as it means a great deal to many of us.
