I was trying to redeem my robux game card ... I bought a robux game card and I went to the website and entered the code to redeem them. I certified that I was human and it says that I have ** dollars in credit but still no rubux. How do I redeem the credit or get my robux because I have been waiting, off the app, for my robux and still haven't gotten them. I also did what the help told me to do but its the same thing and its not giving me anything.
Its frustrating because, it says my card has been redeemed but its not giving me my robux even after ** hours. I called customer service but there no help. And it says my credit balance is $**.** if that is my robux how do I turn it into robux.
Giving me my robux, giving me my money back or telling me how I can get my robux credit into robux.
I've been a costumer for I don't know how long.
We've tried everything.

I fix it by going to the catalog in the Roblox website and pressing buy robux and then pressing redeem game card or the bottom option
