I recently upgraded to a $9.99 PREMIUM membership and received [redacted] ROBUX, but the following day, 10 ROBUX were deducted without any expenditure from our end. I couldn't find any record of this transaction in the history, which is concerning as it might indicate theft. Previously, the account had a membership that paid 15 ROBUX daily, so we suspect a similar issue is occurring now but with a larger amount of [redacted] per month. I'd appreciate it if you could review the account for a possible refund of the deducted ROBUX. If this is an error on our part, please guide us on resolving the problem. Additionally, if there is indeed theft involved, we would like assistance in safeguarding our account against future occurrences.

I regret to inform you that my Roblox account has been terminated for violating the terms of service regarding the sale of virtual items. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I can assure you that I never intended to sell anything. As a new player, I have invested a significant amount of time in the game. I ask for your understanding and consider this as a warning. A friend of mine encouraged me to sell items in MM2, a game I am very involved in. I was unaware of the rules outlined in Roblox's terms of service. I deeply regret my actions and promise that I will never engage in selling items or any other violations again. My account holds sentimental value, and I would appreciate a chance to rectify this situation.

My daughter and I both have Roblox accounts. We play Adopt Me almost every day together as our way to wind down and bond. It’s a mother-daughter bonding session. We've seen many people get unicorns, but despite numerous Royal Egg purchases, we haven't got one. People not only get unicorns but also turn them into NEON ones. Is there a way we can request a unicorn each? We can't afford to buy Robux for trading and only wish for a unicorn each. My username is WomynK and my daughter’s is PrincessPonyPower26. Thank you.

I recently encountered a hacking incident in "Royale High" by callmehbob. My character, previously named "Stripper ;)", had some of my diamonds spent on expensive wings from the earth pack, leaving me with only [redacted] diamonds. Upon entering Adopt Me, most of my pets were missing, only 2 uncommons and 1 common pet remained. My rare pets might have been traded. When I visited Bloxburg, my house was missing, leaving just a counter. I am unsure how the hacker gained access, but I no longer feel secure. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe my account was compromised because one morning, either Tuesday or Wednesday, I discovered that I had been logged out of my Roblox account under the username BlushBunnny. When attempting to log back in, I received an error message stating "Incorrect username or password." Despite multiple attempts over the following days, I have been unsuccessful in logging back into my account. I recently had my account terminated due to posting an inappropriate image that was offensive. I admit my mistake and understand the reason behind the ban. In a misguided attempt at humor, I uploaded an image that I now regret. I value the progress I have made in my games and am sincerely sorry for my actions. I am willing to remove the offending content and promise to adhere to the terms of service in the future. If necessary, I accept the consequence of an IP ban for any further violations.

My account, Alan_penguin, has been terminated due to inappropriate content and posting an offensive image. I understand the reason for my ban. It may seem foolish, but I made a regrettable mistake by uploading the image. I intended it to be humorous for my friends. I value my progress in the games and hope for a second chance. Dear Roblox team, I was playing a game earlier today with my friend, beccy4life. We were playing farmworld and chatting about magic dust. We both had 52. Another player bragged about having [redacted], and I sarcastically commented, which resulted in my friend calling them a noob. The player's username included bts, prompting me to ask if they were gay out of curiosity. I have since been banned for 3 days, unaware that asking about sexuality is prohibited. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and kindly request for my ban to be lifted. This was an unintentional error on my part, and I assure you it will not be repeated. I recently purchased [redacted] Robux for $10 intentionally. However, I noticed on the weekend of October 5th or 6th that two additional purchases were made without my authorization. While my account showed only a few Robux, my inventory was filled with items I didn't acquire. I suspect my account may have been compromised. Could you please cancel the unauthorized items, refund the Robux spent by the hacker, and reimburse me for the total amount in Sri Lankan Rupees, which is Rs. 18,[redacted].13, approximately $[redacted]? My daughter is unable to access her account. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password, we are not receiving the reset emails. In my communication with Roblox through their form, I have been instructed to reach out with a different email address. I even provided a screenshot of the email confirming the correct address tied to my daughter's username. This situation is frustrating considering we were using the account just last week, where she added Robucks, purchased games, and played without any issues. We did not make any changes to the password or account details, which were saved on our computer for easy access. I have left a message for a callback and filled out the form, seeking a resolution. I've been unable to access my Roblox account for about four months now. I got locked out when I attempted to get free Robux. Despite knowing the risks, I proceeded and ended up missing out on potentially acquiring 15,[redacted] Robux. Unfortunately, due to my desperation for Robux, I neglected to provide my email or phone number during the account creation. Although I've received previous contacts from you, they only redirected me to the Roblox Help Center. I urgently require assistance to retrieve my account and remove the unknown user currently accessing it. The presence of all my friends on my account further motivates me to resolve this issue promptly. I recently changed my password and logged out of my account. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password and didn't have my email or phone number associated with the account. When attempting to reset the password, I couldn't proceed without providing the necessary contact information. I have encountered issues with Roblox gift cards for the second time. Yesterday, I faced troubles with my debit card, so I opted for gift cards for my daughter's game, but unfortunately, your gift card system disappointed me again. Although the last time I had problems, you were able to resolve them after some time, which I appreciate. This time, however, when my daughter scratched off the back of the card to reveal the pin number, it was so smeared that we cannot read it. I hope we can correct this issue promptly. Thank you.

My daughter mistakenly used my card for purchases on her Roblox account. I reached out to Roblox to inquire about refunds, but they directed me to contact Apple for assistance, which I understand. However, they unexpectedly deleted my daughter's account due to the unauthorized transactions. She is only 7, and it was an honest mistake. I have since been repaid and informed Roblox that I did not want her account removed, just some guidance. Despite my explanations, their responses seem automated and do not address my concerns. I am also unable to reach them through the provided phone number. I am in Perth, Australia, and have tried dialing internationally without success. All I want is for my daughter's account to be reinstated. We have invested a lot into her progress on the platform, and losing her account is more distressing than the initial issue. My 7-year-old granddaughter, while I was napping, made 20 unauthorized purchases of Roblox products without my knowledge on Saturday, 28/9/19, between 12-2pm. Due to being a 66-year-old pensioner, I am unable to afford these purchases. I kindly request that these transactions be canceled, as they were made without my consent. While playing Royale High, I connected with a fellow player who I'd like to be friends with. Unfortunately, my laptop abruptly powered off before I could make note of his username. He had xX and Star in his username, wore glasses, and had black hair. Is there a way to identify the recipient of my friend request? I forgot the password to my account "Deathpizza3," and I never added an email or phone number to it. The device I use to play this account has a cracked screen, so I urgently need to switch to a different device.
