This morning when I logged into my Roblox account, I was shocked to see a message saying my account was deleted due to disputed unauthorized charges. While playing Roblox, a friend offered me Robux, telling me to change my password to "ice cream" because they had gotten their credit card back. I bought $28.99 worth of Robux which should have given my daughter [redacted] Robux. She used [redacted] Robux, leaving her with about [redacted] Robux. However, when I checked her account, she only has [redacted] Robux. I believe she should have [redacted] Robux returned to her account to correct this discrepancy. Username: Cat1a1corn Password: 8ruiser80 I initially purchased a gift card from EB Games for Robux, but even after redeeming the card, I did not receive the Robux. After waiting for support for two days, I decided to buy the Robux with my own money, only to encounter this issue with missing Robux. Someone accessed my account after pretending to be friendly while playing Tower of Hell. They invited me to join their game, and after 10 minutes, they asked me to exit, which led to me being logged out. I've been unable to log back in since then. I urge the platform to take measures to prevent such scams because many others have fallen victim to similar situations. Saving life savings on these accounts is common, and it's unjust for people to be scammed this way. Please take action, Roblox.

I was playing a game on Roblox called Project: Pokemon and I spent between [redacted]-[redacted] Robux on it. Unfortunately, the game has been taken down, so now I can't use what I purchased anymore. I was hoping to get a refund since the game is no longer available, and the whole point of buying something in a game is to enhance your gaming experience. I know the terms and agreements mention no refunds, but with the game being taken down, I am hoping for an exception in this case.

I suspect the issue arose when I allowed my cousin to use my account for a month. Upon my return, I discovered my account had been terminated. Although I rarely used it myself, my friend and I had invested money in the account, and we would like to see it restored. Regrettably, my cousin engaged in inappropriate activities on the account, attempting to gain robux through scams. Despite my warnings, the behavior continued, including involvement in robux-related YouTube scams and inappropriate messaging. I wanted to notify you about my recent experience. After a 3-year hiatus due to schooling, I returned to find some issues while playing. Games like "Epic Minigames" freeze after a few seconds, while others like "Murder Mystery" don't load at all. I've tried various solutions to fix this to no avail. I upgraded to faster internet, but it hasn't resolved the problem. I'm unsure if recent updates may be causing these issues. It appears that @iloveunicornfrogz was not sanctioned despite initiating the harassment by repeatedly calling me names. I defended myself by reiterating her initial statement, as she continuously targeted me with abusive language. Even when I ceased communication and ignored her, she persisted. Initially, I refrained from reporting the situation due to heightened emotions. My actions align with the principles taught at my school about standing up to bullies. I find it puzzling that I received a ban for self-defense when I was the one initially victimized. She started by using offensive language towards me and continued despite my efforts to disengage. I am requesting to appeal the deletion of my account under the username FaiseAnswer. My account was removed due to activities I was not aware of and do not feel responsible for. A friend, username omneyeverthing, persuaded me to place some boxes in my game with knowledge of their contents, which I did not share. Discovering the contents later made me uncomfortable, prompting my exit from the game. I was unaware that I would be implicated for actions not my own. My 8-year-old daughter was unexpectedly removed from her private server on Royal High due to "unexpected client behavior." Despite being innocent and unable to read or write, I am unsure why this happened as she was simply playing with another young girl. She suffers from anxiety which makes it hard for her to leave the house, and Roblox, particularly Royal High, is her escape. I usually get her private servers to ensure she's safe from inappropriate interactions.
