I encountered an issue on Adopt Me where I was falsely accused of wrongdoings and my account got deleted. I politely declined someone's request for items and money, advising her to earn her own. Shortly after, she threatened to report me, and my account was unexpectedly deleted. The impact was devastating as I lost all my hard-earned Robux. I am requesting assistance in having my account reinstated or transferring my remaining Robux to my new account, lilyUNICORNGIRLoof. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. After playing a game, I returned to the homepage and tried to play another game, but I got logged out of my account. When attempting to log back in, an error message stated my password was incorrect. Unfortunately, I didn't have a verified email or phone number linked to my account, so retrieving my password has been a challenge. My username is amira1i. I did previously have a verified email associated with my account, but I did not receive a password reset email.

My younger sister inadvertently shared her password in a suspicious game and unfortunately, a scammer seized control of her account by changing the password and email. The account is linked to Builders Club. I even had a conversation with the scammer while they were logged into the account. Shockingly, the scammer mentioned intentions to sell the account before removing me from their friend list. Additionally, they created a group, raising concerns about potential misuse of my sister's Robux. The situation worsened as the scammer appears to have made my sister's account their primary one by transferring all their groups to it. I reached out to Roblox customer support, but their response has been delayed for two days. Despite my impatience, I hope for justice to prevail against this unscrupulous individual. I have concrete evidence to reclaim the account, such as the Roblox card receipt, prior email associations, and past interactions with Roblox regarding a similar hack.

Hello, I am currently dealing with the aftermath of my account being hacked. My account, Laurhence16, has been around for five years, and the hacker who goes by christopher13133 has caused a lot of damage. I even shared my password with him, which I deeply regret. As a 12-year-old, I find it hard to move on as this incident has impacted my childhood. My username is nikolxrisa and the hacker did not change my outfit or username. I saw the changes made by the hacker through a friend's account. Please take action on this matter. Help needed urgently! I have attempted multiple methods to recover my account to no avail. This being my third try, I am determined to regain access. Unfortunately, I have forgotten both my password and the email linked to the account. While trying the "forgot password or username" option, I struggled with retrieving the email address used during registration. Although I then attempted to recover via phone number, that too proved unsuccessful. My frequent relocations might have contributed to this issue as I am now in a different country. There was an individual named Strawberrypoooo who was sharing a lot of our personal information, such as our addresses, names, and school, with the server we were using. Later, they started making unsettling comments, claiming they were coming for us. This made us very afraid and shocked to see someone discussing our personal lives, involving our friends and family. We want to make it clear that we have no connection with this person and request assistance in resolving this unsettling situation. We are quite scared and unsure how to handle this, especially since we are young and never expected something like this to occur.

My 10-year-old daughter accidentally demolished her in-game house without knowing the value she would receive would be less this time. She is upset as this is her pocket money. I encountered an issue trying to access more robux as I was unable to log into my account. Despite attempting to change my password, the system wouldn't allow it. My username is hi1840 and my current email is [redacted] I have been using this email for 2 and a half years, including for my Roblox account. Recently, my email was disabled by my school when I changed schools. After contacting the school, they re-enabled my email, but now I am not receiving the two-step verification codes from Roblox. I have followed the steps provided by Roblox support, but nothing has worked so far. I have also not received any emails about resetting my password. I am unsure why this is happening and I would like to request assistance in removing the two-step verification as I have all the necessary account information and have invested a significant amount of money in this account that I would like to regain access to.

I wish to address a serious policy violation issue with Roblox corporate. My account was terminated citing a violation related to selling virtual items for real-world compensation without any clear explanation. I have unequivocally stated that I have never engaged in such activities and have not earned any real-world currency through Roblox. My account and associated brand's value exceeds $10,[redacted], all lost due to this termination. It feels like a theft by Roblox. The brand "BaxStudios", website "BaxStudios.net", character "Baxtrics", games with over 10 million combined visits, and an extensive clothing store have all been affected. The responses from Roblox support have been inadequate, simply referring me to their Terms of Service without proper explanation. This issue seems widespread, potentially impacting thousands or even millions of users, resulting in significant financial losses. Roblox's practices appear unethical, taking advantage of users, especially teenagers, who lack means to challenge such actions. I was playing Roblox on my iPod and found a cool Thanos item inspired by a YouTuber "Sketch." I discovered an Infinity Gauntlet but it wasn't for sale. The item mentioned collecting 5 Marvel eggs in the [redacted] Egg Hunt to earn a Thanos egg and Infinity Gauntlet. I switched to my Xbox, followed a tutorial to find the eggs (Thor's hammer, spaceship, temples for Captain Marvel, Captain America, Iron Man, and Black Widow).
