I was on Blocksburg helping Emmaplays432, who is a friend, with building houses. I donated 800K to her for materials, expecting her to pay me back within a month. It's been a month now, and she hasn't paid me back as agreed. When confronted, she denied ever making that promise. My Roblox username is SLI.

Recently, I had an unpleasant experience in the game Assassin where a player, carlajeanshannan1, scammed my friend (AwesomeCobblestone9) out of a legendary frigid knife. Despite my friend's kindness in helping him craft an ice ancient item, carlajeanshannan1 deceived him and kept the item. Out of frustration, I used inappropriate language towards carlajeanshannan1, who then reported me and abruptly left the game. Moreover, carlajeanshannan1 had also previously hacked into my account and taken my Robux, although this incident occurred a while back. I had intended to confront the issue when I was ready and had it saved as a draft, only to come back to it later.

Hello Roblox customer support. I am reaching out because my Robux were recently stolen. I was very excited to get Robux for the first time and bought some items, leaving me with [redacted] Robux. The next morning, I was shocked to see that my Robux balance had dropped to 0. Upon checking the transactions, I found a group named District 9 ### with a shirt that I did not purchase. I tried to investigate further by clicking on the group name but found nothing suspicious. Later, I purchased more Robux, spending it all except for 20 Robux, which also disappeared the next day. Upon checking the transactions again, I discovered another group named dantedxx, indicating a purchase I did not make. I'm really confused and concerned about these unauthorized transactions totaling [redacted] Robux. Roblox is important to me, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Hi there, In my family, we usually set a timer for iPad usage. Today, as I was about to change my password, my sister grabbed the iPad and accidentally confirmed the changes before I could finish. Thankfully, I recall my previous password, which might help in this situation. Unfortunately, my iPad is currently not working, and I had to log out from my dad's phone. It seems I may have to erase it. I'm hoping for assistance as I urgently need my password to access my account. I'm truly grateful for any help you can provide. One incident has left me feeling upset. Someone offered to share their account, which I hesitantly accepted. They then suggested buying me items using their iTunes funds. Despite my initial reservation, I agreed. Unfortunately, in the exchange, I inadvertently shared my password, giving them access to my account. I've realized with dismay that they spent over $50 of my hard-earned money. I am deeply troubled by this violation. I urge Roblox to take action against the individuals involved, particularly "leylaby44" and "DianaTheUnicorn11," who now has control of my account. I implore Roblox to ban them, reset my password, and return my account to my control. This situation is distressing, especially considering it occurred shortly after my birthday.

I recently created an account and received funds from a friend for Robux. However, I made the account (naiixglizzy) on Xbox and now that I have my mobile phone back, I forgot the password with no associated email. Even though I am still logged in on Xbox, I want access on my phone but lack the password. Can you send a password reset link so I can regain access to my account? Thank you.

I haven't played Roblox for a week, and when I tried to log in and enter my password, it kept saying it was incorrect. I assumed it was an error and left it. The next day, I attempted again without success, and that's when it dawned on me that something was wrong. To my disbelief, my account, which I had spent countless hours on, had been stolen. I initially suspected it was a prank by my friend or my bestie, but it turns out it wasn't. A friend sent me a picture of my user playing a game named "Royale High," which I wasn't doing as I was busy working on homework. Today, I discovered my user was loaded with purchased items when I logged into a game using my friend's account. I tried to reach out politely, but the user logged out and removed my friend from the friends list. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my user "ELLASOCUTE1030." Thanks in advance, Ella B.

In the United Kingdom, London, the six-week holiday has started and my family went on vacation to a different country. Upon our return, I wanted to play my favorite games on Roblox, but I realized I was logged out and couldn't remember my password. Earlier today, my friends and I were playing on a server on Flee the Facility with a player named Diegothesuperdude. Upon joining, Diego immediately started insulting us without provocation. Despite our attempts to stop him, he continued with offensive language like "black ass," "dumb," "stupid," and "noobs." He even used "girl beast" as an insult, although being girls was not something we found insulting. We reported his behavior multiple times as it made us uncomfortable and shocked. When we confronted him, he dismissed our concerns and even replied with hurtful comments like "lol die girls," which deeply upset us. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and we are seeking assistance to have his account suspended.

Hello Roblox, today my sister's account was hacked, and the hacker sent strange messages knowing personal information about our family. The hacker spent all of her remaining robux and even offered free robux. We suspect the hacker is BluePandaFlower19. We have screenshots of the incident but need guidance on how to submit them. There is a person, "whatis52," who hacked my account and wants me to buy VIP in Jailbreak, but I don't have time for that. The hacker goes by the username "iisav3age." If you contact him, please ask him to change the password to "whatis52isawesome" and never log me out again. I've had this happen twice, and I just want my "whatis52" account back to enjoy the game. If anyone from Roblox can give me 1m Robux, I'd appreciate it on my account "iam_thebestking204." Please understand the importance of this. Also, pass on my regards to Builder Man. While playing Booga Booga, a player asked me to become friends and join a game contest. I clicked claiming free Robux. After waiting for the Robux and not receiving them, I tried to play Booga Booga again but couldn't. When I logged out and back in, it prompted me to login. Unfortunately, my password and username didn't work. I fear my account might be gone. Please help me recover it as I have made a lot of progress. Thank you.

During a game with my sister, I witnessed two individuals being disrespectful to a girl in the chat. I intervened to stop the situation, but one of them targeted me, hurling insults and threats. When I inquired about the issue, they kept saying "U HAVE NO IDEA". I reported them in the Roblox game, yet they were unfazed. I am now reporting them here to address their behavior. The person's username is lovefamily2, and I hope they receive a serious warning. The other person, MattMHS, though initially mean, did not direct threats at me, so I do not request any action against him. I go by the username Builder[redacted]0, and my sister is known as XxGamerGirl929. Thank you.

I recently experienced a situation where I was falsely reported for online dating on a game platform, which has resulted in a restriction from playing the games I enjoy. A friend and I had created characters in an online roleplay game who were portrayed as gay individuals going through challenging circumstances. Despite our characters being depicted as friends and co-workers, sharing a bed innocently, we were reported for online dating. The unfair part is that I have noticed heterosexual couples engaging in more explicit behaviors without repercussions, while my friend and I were flagged solely because our characters were gay. I cherish playing on Roblox and being banned on one game means being banned on every game due to a long-standing issue with my accounts. I value the innocence of my actions and am disappointed by the situation. I was unable to engage in private chats as easily on a tablet, making it even more frustrating. I am unsure of how to proceed, but I seek guidance as I genuinely adore playing Roblox. Thank you for your understanding.

I am concerned about the bullying and gambling involving minors on Adopt Me. My child has had items taken by players she adopted and despite blocking them, they create new profiles to continue. This has led my daughter to have suicidal thoughts and she is devastated. The bullying is severe, and I have decided to keep her off the game until I receive a more satisfactory response from the support team. I am considering going to the media with the results of my emails where I have received no real assistance. It's crucial to address these issues promptly as this platform should not be associated with bullying and gambling among children. Additionally, the presence of online dating between teenagers and children raises further concerns.

I have encountered two issues that need attention. Firstly, I purchased [redacted] Robux while having Builder's Club expecting to receive [redacted] Robux, but I didn't receive any. However, the most critical matter is that my account was hacked by a person on my friends list who scammed me. My username is LovelyCuteTeen; unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but you have the means to investigate as you are Roblox staff. This individual promised to give me Robux, and naively I shared my password, resulting in my account being compromised. I am eager to regain access to my account. Initially, my password was Dianaisthebest, then changed to Tjug3tQgW*7cMY8, and subsequently altered by the hacker to HelloKitty. I implore you to rectify this situation by entering my account, reviewing the chat for the perpetrator, banning her, and providing me with a new password for login purposes.

I encountered an issue while playing Roblox in the game Robloxian Highschool. The game allows players to roleplay as high school students, teachers, or parents. During my playtime, I witnessed two individuals engaging in inappropriate behavior, making me uncomfortable as the game is frequented by children. I reported the users involved, but unfortunately, the problem persists. The usernames of the individuals are megabanana2001 and JJW200217. It would be great if this issue could be resolved to maintain a safe environment for all players.

I am feeling overwhelmed and upset right now. Recently, I made a significant purchase on rbx.place to acquire Clockwork's shades, a dream item of mine. However, after just two days of having them, I logged in today to find out that I had been banned and the shades were taken away. This has hit me hard emotionally, especially since I had to make sacrifices to afford this purchase, even compromising on rent. I understand that I have violated the rules, and I deeply regret it. I invested all I had into those shades, approximately $[redacted], and it has been a tough period for me lately. I sincerely apologize for my actions and plead with the roblox team for leniency.
