Have Roblox get my Grandson’s Roblox account restored so that he can access it and not be forced to make a new account with them which would mean the loss of numerous dollars, loss of his Roblox friends user ID’s and he would have to start out again as a “newbie”. ... My Grandson’s Roblox account will no longer allow him access* the password*username comes up as invalid. We can’t rest the password because it does not send a link to his email address. I tried the online support but they keep asking for screen shots of receipts and regardless of what I send they will then ask for a receipt from a different time period! I set this account June **** when the very same thing happened to his previous account. I wonder if this company is doing this on purpose to force a new account and make more money since you have to repurchase all items*gear etc. I don’t understand how you can login and then the very next day the account is gone*blocked*hacked or hijacked. I just want them to reinstate his account we can not afford to replace all that he has earned*purchased, and he loves playing this game with his friends is so upset. I have been working online with Roblox help since **** and just getting the run around. Thank you in advance if you can help with this issue.

It so upsetting, the very same thing happened to his previous account and to my other grandson. I wonder if this company is doing this on purpose to force a new account and make more money since you have to repurchase all items*gear etc. I wonder too if iTunes is aware of these type issues, they should be since the purchases for Roblox is through his iTunes account.
As stated above I just want them to reinstate his account we can not afford to replace all that he has earned*purchased, and he loves playing this game.
All of my Grandchildren has been playing this game since ****.
I searched all of his iTunes receipts, opened the ones specifically for Roblox so they could see purchase dates, items, name of account holder and billing address. I attached screenshots of receipts from ****-****. After emailing I followed up with a call to the * (***) ***-****, left a message with the automated phone systems under the parent prompt.
How GetHuman-najaibd fixed the problem
I first contacted Roblox online support sent them receipts per their request from April ****. I did have to send the same receipts screen shots * separate times per their request. At the initial contact I also called and spoke with them but phone and finally after six days they finally emailed me with a link to reset his account, change the password, and activate *nd security measure of a PIN number. My Grandson logged in and checked the account to ensure all of his inventory was in place (it was). Try the online support, follow up with a call to them with the case number that online support gives you and follow through, be determined to follow through with their request. Don’t give in insist, be determined and patient.
