My cousin shared our password with his friend, who repeatedly accessed my account without permission. She would alter my designs in Royale High and even disrupted a trade I was discussing with a friend. Despite me asking her to stop, she continued to log in and used my Robux to make purchases without my consent. I recently discovered these unauthorized actions and am concerned she may still be accessing my account. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.

Upon waking up this morning and checking Discord, I received a message from someone named "RobloxNoLifer" claiming that my account had been hacked. In a rush, I found that my parent's email address had been changed to "Void(?).gmail," which was unfamiliar to me. After swiftly changing it back to my own email, I updated my password and went offline. Later, when trying to log into Roblox, I found myself stuck at the login screen. Despite my attempts, I could not regain access to my account. Contacting Roblox yielded no response, and utilizing the password recovery option was fruitless as my lost account "G_AsTeR1" was not verified. Upon logging into my alternate account, I noticed that my avatar had been stripped of its items and was altered to resemble a bot playing Void Script Builder. Despite my continuous efforts to reach Roblox, I have not received assistance. I am seeking help to recover my account, including all of its items and game passes. Of particular importance are the eggs from this year's Easter event and around 10k worth of game passes.

Hello Roblox, I recently made a post about this issue, but I am eager for your help in recovering my crown on Roblox. Unfortunately, my ex-boyfriend accessed my account without permission and took my crown. I am hoping you can assist in retrieving it from him and returning it to me, or provide me with a replacement. I understand it may be a lot to ask, but I truly miss it as it held sentimental value for me. I never intended for it to be removed. Please help me, it would mean a lot. Thank you. His account: Prhincee. My account: SparklyyPiills. To clarify further, he accessed my account and transferred my crown (Adurite King of the Night) to his account without my consent. I am requesting assistance in recovering it and returning it to me. Despite my requests, he refuses to give it back and has unfriended me, making it impossible to negotiate with him. While my friend and I were enjoying Tower of Hell, someone approached her offering free robux. Intrigued, she accepted the offer, leading me to join the game as well as I overheard the conversation. Tempted by the promise of free robux since I didn't have any, I found myself on a spawner that prompted me to enter my password. Naively, I entered it, assuming that without robux, there was nothing to lose. Soon after, a message indicated too many users on my account. Confused, I attempted to log in to no avail. It seems the individual may have hacked my account and changed the password. I seek assistance from Roblox to regain access. My old account username is thecandylove2, and I remain hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your support in resolving this matter.

My daughter spent $60 of her own money on Robux just last night. Sadly, her account got hacked, and all her purchases and remaining Robux were stolen. It is disheartening to see how easily this game can be compromised. I am requesting a full refund of $60 for my daughter, either in the form of a check or a replacement Roblox card. If the refund is provided in Robux, we would appreciate assurances that this situation will not repeat. My daughter, 10 years old, worked hard all summer to earn that money, and it is devastating for her. I hope that as a company, you will assist your game users in such instances. Hello, my name is Michelle. On July 28th, I was playing the game "The Horror School" with two friends created by MegamanTai29. While playing, I asked the co-creator for help on how to play. The co-creator mentioned that the instructions were at the beginning of the game, but I missed them as I was on another page. Later, I saw an explicit message in the chat that appeared to be from my username (uni_narwhale1), which I did not type. I protested, but an Admin confined my avatar and it started to perform an action I didn't know how to do - "twerk." Subsequently, inappropriate messages kept appearing, and I have videos of the incidents. I want to clarify that I did not input any of those messages. The co-creator is @Luckytrang2010, the individual seemingly responsible is @Penn_GCT, and the Dev is longlegsmoore200. Thank you.

It appears that Doka_Dora might have misinterpreted the dialogue, especially regarding the use of the word 'l__e' from a song by Ed Sheeran, 'Thinking Out Loud'. Furthermore, Doka_Dora's claim about her great grandfather being a manager at Roblox raises concerns about bias or misuse of connections. I have been enjoying playing Roblox for about a month now, trying out various games. However, starting yesterday, I've been experiencing a strange issue with my mouse movement in-game. When I attempt to rotate my screen using the right mouse button or mouse shift lock, it seems like my mouse is moving in the background without me being able to see it. This issue is particularly frustrating when playing Ultimate Treasure Quest; sometimes, I can't attack, open the inventory, or access the shop because my mouse has moved without my control. The same problem occurs in another game I enjoy, [MAP]KAT, where my mouse teleports while rotating the camera, causing me to miss targets I used to hit. This unexpected mouse behavior is making the games less enjoyable for me.

My brother and I were playing a game on Roblox when suddenly a message popped up saying he couldn't play because the account was in use for another game, although he wasn't. I advised him to change the password and sign out securely, but when he refreshed the page, he was logged out and needed to log back in. Upon trying to change the password again, we discovered that the person on the account changed it to something unknown to us. Therefore, my brother was locked out of his own account without logging out himself. We attempted to use the original password, but it was incorrect. His username on Roblox is Hero836282. Roblox team, if you come across this, please return my brother's account. In case of retrieval, kindly send an email to [redacted] with the new password. Your assistance in getting his account back is greatly appreciated.

During my time in Bloxburg with my friend @GoldNinjaGod9000, a user named @GalaxyGirl09111 offered free Robux. Intrigued, we followed her instructions in a game and entered our passwords to receive the supposed Robux. However, after doing so, she removed us and left the game. Feeling uneasy, I left the game too. Upon returning, I realized I was signed out of my account. Despite trying to log in again, I couldn't access my account. Resetting the password, I found my avatar changed, indicating a scam. Suspicious of @GalaxyGirl09111, I believe she hacked our accounts during the game. I urge measures to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the ROBLOX community.

Today, I encountered an issue while trying to get Robux. A player in a game offered me Robux, but asked for my password. The next day, when I tried to log in to Roblox, I found myself logged out. When I tried entering my password, it didn't work, suggesting it had been changed. I suspect the player manipulated my account. I acquired this account from a user on Roblox who provided the password. The player who possibly scammed me goes by the username chutichdoge and has a dog-faced avatar with a black suit. My username is Roxtar35. I fear I may have to switch accounts. I seek assistance urgently from Roblox.

My friend had both her secondary and main Roblox accounts hacked. The main account had valuable items like a deathspeaker and a purchased game pass using 200k robux, and her poisonous beast mode was removed. The hacker changed the account name from T_ey to iiprvnce_suprveme. She couldn't remember her email address, so all I can provide is that the account name was T_ey and the password was gigicat212. Seeing her so upset, I want to assist her in any way I can. I messaged on her behalf as she didn't want to do it personally. I used my Robux to purchase clothes. While trying on an item, I accidentally bought the wrong piece due to pressing buy too quickly. I intended to cancel but ended up purchasing it. It would be helpful to have a refund or return option for users who face similar issues. I suggest implementing a delete button for mistakenly bought items in Roblox to rectify this problem.

My brother and I played a game called Escape Bendy Obby, expecting an obstacle course but it turned out to be a game that required spending Robux for free items. We had to enter our passwords to claim the items we wanted, but never received them. Exiting the game, we found ourselves logged out of Roblox. When attempting to log back in, our passwords were no longer valid. Without an email linked to our accounts, recovery is challenging. We suspect a hacker, Tempest2131, changed our passwords. My brother's account is super_friezagold, and mine is XxBlackSavageJakexX. We kindly request banning the hacker and restoring access to our Roblox accounts. Thank you for your help.

During my first trading experience, I bought 15K Robux and acquired two limited items I liked, but I really wanted the super happy face. I approached someone in Trade Hangout offering my playful vampire for it. However, he claimed the trade was too imbalanced due to the value difference. Despite my suspicions, I agreed to a "double trade" where he swapped my playful vampire for a squirrel, then vanished after promising the super happy face. Confronting him in his server, I discovered he had already traded the item to someone else. The new person proposed another "double trade," exchanging the squirrel for a noob item. Unfortunately, I ended up empty-handed in both trades. The parties involved were Yolkore and Lxst_Th0ughtz. The items exchanged were my playful vampire for Yolkore’s flying squirrel friend and then my new squirrel for Lxst_Th0ughtz’s noob item (Frozen Crossbow Collision). Proof can be found in Yolkore's inventory reflecting my playful vampire and Lxst_Th0ughtz's inventory showing my former squirrel friend.

While playing on Roblox, specifically in Bloxburg, I encountered a player named Omq_Mxnty who claimed I won a Robux giveaway. I shared my alt account password with her, but nothing happened. The next day, my hard work on my house was erased. I have screenshots of Omq_Mxnty trying to guess my friend's password correctly, and I am concerned. I was talking to a friend, my girlfriend, Evan, even though we live across the USA. We knew each other in real life. Before I got on, I was talking, and then suddenly, I was logged out. I don't know what happened, but when I tried to log back in, it said it was wrong. They changed my email, and when I checked my mail, I was two days late because it won't work anymore. Hello! As a passionate Roblox fan, I wholeheartedly support the game, but I've encountered an issue. During gameplay, the chat filters censor even harmless content like numbers and random words. While I appreciate the need to maintain a safe environment, the censorship is overly strict. For instance, asking "what's your name?" in a roleplay context gets censored, which hinders the roleplaying experience. Many in the Roblox community share my frustration and hope for a more relaxed approach to filtering. We simply aim to enjoy ourselves and effectively communicate, rather than constantly facing restrictions.
