My main account, ErichMecklenburg, has been banned for an unclear reason for seven days. I have already submitted an appeal three days ago, but it has not been responded to yet. I am eager to be unbanned quickly. I request a careful review of my appeal and an explanation of how the group icon I uploaded was deemed "inappropriate." My account name is Dustychickensofhell. Sometimes when I enter a game, it says my account was launched from a different device, which is not true. I checked my recent activity and confirmed no other games were played. To be safe, I changed my password and PIN several times and ensured 2-step verification was on. I also monitored login attempts via my mom's email, which were all familiar. Despite these measures, the issue persists. I'm having trouble accessing my ROBLOX account even though I'm sure my password and username are correct. When I attempt to reset my password using the "forgot password" option, it says instructions were sent to my email or Gmail account. However, I have checked my Gmail and there is no email from either Google or ROBLOX, only my other emails. Unfortunately, I cannot use a phone number for verification as I am under 13 and do not have one. If anyone can provide assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Recently, I encountered a situation in the Royal High game where two other players made fun of me for wearing free items while they were dressed in expensive clothes. They called me a "noob" before leaving, and I felt upset. I wish I could remember their names. I wanted to suggest to the game developer, Barbie, to reduce the prices of items so that players who cannot afford Robux or enough diamonds can also enjoy the new outfits. My friend often asks me how I obtained nice clothes, and I tell her I had to wait for them. I hope this feedback can help make the game more inclusive for all players. I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred in Bubble Gum Simulator involving another player, kevke73. We had made a trade agreement in the game, which he then altered by substituting the agreed item with something of lesser value that looked similar. This deceptive practice resulted in me being scammed and cheated. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Isaac, the creator of the game, as he does not have any public contact information. I hope that appropriate action can be taken to resolve this issue, either by returning my items or by banning kevke73 from the game. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I was hacked by another player on Roblox named XxloveoceanunicornxX while playing Royal High. This player, who was my friend for almost a year, asked for my password in exchange for one million diamonds. Unfortunately, I fell for it and she kicked me out of my account, candygameryou. Now, I've had to create a new account named candygameryous. We have spent around [redacted] pounds worth of Robux gift cards on that account, which means a lot to me. I'm devastated by this incident as I've invested so much time and money into that account. The hacker even changed my avatar on the account. I am devastated by this loss and seek help from Roblox in recovering my account.

At 3:00 PM EST on 7/2/[redacted], I encountered an issue while browsing the ROBLOX website that I had experienced a week prior. I noticed I was logged out, but I am certain my account has not been hacked as I did not receive any notifications of email changes, and I have 2FA and a pin set up, for which I did not receive any emails. It seems like my ROBLOX account might be locked out again, a problem others have faced too. Last week, my username and password were changed, and I recovered my account by resetting my password to my original verified email. However, this method is not working now as my account does not appear on the reset list. My current username is "Statisto," and I can confirm that my account has not been compromised. This account holds sentimental value for me since it has BC, Robux, and is my primary ROBLOX account. I would greatly appreciate any help in regaining access to my account. I purchased a game pass for the now-defunct Stateview Prison game on ROBLOX and I am seeking a refund of some of the robux spent, as the pass was quite expensive, particularly considering the additional requirement to join a group for it to work. I spent [redacted] robux on the Emergency Response Team pass and can provide a screenshot of the purchase from the official Roblox site under my username Godleyswatdude500. It would be appreciated to receive a refund as the game is no longer available, and the associated group is locked. I understand the limitations imposed by ROBLOX's COPPA terms regarding birth dates but I am interested in finding a solution to remove the safe chat feature from my account. Despite reaching out to ROBLOX previously, I have been informed that they cannot assist due to COPPA regulations. Creating a new account to repurchase items is not ideal for me. I had a bad experience with another player while playing a game. The player was rude and used inappropriate language towards me, even though I was trying to be nice. I am only 9 years old, and I believe that this kind of behavior shouldn't be allowed in games. The player bullied me, and I have evidence of the incident by recording a video, which shows their username. I have faced bullies before, but this player was the worst. I think that bullies in games should be banned, and I have reported them multiple times. I tried to handle the situation by telling the player to stop or I would mute them, but they threatened to report me instead. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in games, and I hope action will be taken against these bullies to create a safer gaming environment for everyone.

My account was quickly compromised – logged out, banned, and password reset. It seems the scammer is now posing as me, enjoying my hard-earned belongings in the game. The account affected belongs to Username: SpectralAI, with the former password "Incorrect2@pass" (changed now), with a birthdate of July 25, [redacted]. My character typically wears a black mask and has blonde hair. This account holds significant importance to me as I enjoy playing with friends. I am a Roblox player. I recently experienced sexual harassment while playing "Dragon's Life (Alpha)" when another character made inappropriate gestures and comments toward my character. They claimed to be a 4th grader trolling, but I doubt their intentions. The user was named "xxomq_juju15xx," using the RPG name Jake with the bio "bad and cool." Before I could report them, my game disconnected, leaving me frightened and shaken. As an 8th grader, I believe it's important for you to address this behavior to protect other players.
