My Roblox account username is LegenderieBoy, and I recently received a 7-day ban due to an unintentional mistake with a model I created called "Teleporter with (Swastica)". I was working with a friend to recreate a game in Roblox Studios inspired by "Call of Duty: Black ops Zombies". We tried to replicate the game faithfully with various models, organizing them into folders for better management. Unfortunately, we used an inappropriate word for identification without considering the implications. This word was linked to a teleporter device in the original game, not meant to promote hate. I acknowledge the error and apologize for any offense caused. I am eager to continue developing the game, now being more mindful of what is appropriate. While I hope to have the ban lifted sooner, I understand if it must run its course. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently joined a team called "Team Sloth Forever," and encountered bots promoting free Robux in a particular game. I made the mistake of entering my username and password as they instructed, which led to my account being hacked. When I tried to comment on the team page later, it asked me to login again. Despite entering my details multiple times, I was unable to access my account, realizing it had been compromised. Prior to this incident, I had created a new account without Robux, which was unaffected. Only my main account, where I purchased Robux, was hacked. I urge the administrators to take action against these games promising Robux and kindly address this issue. My Roblox username is (maryfixars).

I am unable to access my account as I have forgotten my password and my email is no longer active for a reset. I have used a credit card on the account and can provide additional details to verify my identity. The account is under the name "denishknight" and I am from Denmark. I am unsure of the steps to recover the account without access to my email.

I do not have a Roblox account as nobody in my area plays Roblox. Today, I received a text alert questioning purchases made through Xsolla. I promptly contacted my bank to inquire about these unfamiliar charges. I have not signed up for any services or play games geared towards children. It seems someone from your platform has obtained and misused my credit card details. My bank advised me to reach out to you initially to try and resolve this issue or to proceed with filing a dispute. I live independently and have never shared my credit card information with anyone. The bank confirmed three unauthorized charges on my account - one for $99.95 and two for $[redacted].95, all made on 6/10/19 at 3:28 PM, with a code of [redacted]65. The card associated with these transactions is my Visa ending in [redacted], under the name Steven Peruzeli at [redacted] Campina Dr, Mission Viejo, CA [redacted]. You can contact me at [redacted]

There are two sisters who have been bullying and using inappropriate language towards others. I have reported them for their behavior, but I am not sure if any action has been taken. The situation escalated when they insulted my brother and me, making hurtful comments and accusations. They have also been cheating in games and targeting individuals unfairly. The sisters in question go by the usernames .....fire_girl625..... and .....Jameshia901. I am requesting that they be temporarily banned from the platform as their behavior is unacceptable. Hello, I've been experiencing a frustrating problem with ROBLOX Studio specifically related to publishing/updating my game. The issue arises when I make changes, additions, or removals within the Studio, as the modifications are saved but not reflected when I try to publish/update the game. For instance, after creating a new place with a single brick and spawn point (anchored), everything looks good during test play within the Studio. However, upon publishing/saving the game and attempting to play it on regular ROBLOX, the changes do not appear, despite the updates being counted. This complication is especially troublesome when dealing with player bans and bug fixes. I don't believe it's a browser-related problem since I have only been watching YouTube content and feeling frustrated about this issue. I'm hesitant to try anything that could result in potential loss of unsaved documents. Reinstalling ROBLOX files also didn't resolve the problem. Could this be an issue with Studio/ROBLOX? My old Roblox account was hacked, and the hacker changed the profile message to "I have finally hacked this account." The account name is denisdaily_yourtube, and the old password was [redacted][redacted]1. Currently, I am using the username niklis_s. I hope this message reaches you. I enjoy the games you create, and I previously had Builder's Club at the $50.00 level. I upgraded just before the hack occurred. Is it possible to add the extra [redacted] Robux to my account? It would be helpful if you could provide me with the password for my hacked denisdaily_yourtube account and consider compensating me for the incident involving my Builder's Club membership. While enjoying the ROBLOX game Assassin, a message popped up saying, "account launched game from different device, reconnect if you prefer to use this device." I followed the prompt and continued playing, only to later discover that I had been banned. It seems like my account got caught up in some sort of bot activity, likely stemming from online scam bots that targeted other accounts and spread the issue further. Sadly, my account has now been terminated.

Hello Roblox Support, I am writing to report an issue with my account, LostKxna, which has been disabled due to alleged exploitation and/or botting activities. However, I would like to clarify that I have not engaged in such activities. Recently, I noticed unusual behavior on my account, with games appearing in my "Recently played" list that I did not access. My friends also informed me that my account was online playing suspicious games when I was not the one using it. I have not shared my password with anyone, and I suspect that someone unauthorized has been accessing my account in violation of your policies. This situation has forced me to create a new account, LostKxna, and invest money into it, only to have it disabled as well. I am disappointed by this experience and concerned about the security of my account. I respectfully request that you restore my account so I can change my password and prevent further unauthorized access. It is disheartening to feel targeted by hackers and to have my accounts compromised in this manner. I urge you to investigate this matter and provide me with a resolution promptly. I have been facing a situation where our accounts are being hacked. The hacker is deleting my friends, changing the 4-digit code, and altering the email addresses. They are even playing strange Robux games when we are not online. This has happened to my sister as well. The hacker is launching our accounts while we are playing Roblox, and also exposing us to other hackers by placing our accounts in other Robux games. We realized this is occurring to other users in Roblox too. Our usernames are Spiderboy7000 and xXOmq_IshOreoXx. We suspect these could be bots. Your prompt assistance is greatly needed. Our accounts have now been deleted, falsely accused of botting and exploiting, which was done by the hacker, not us.

I am currently experiencing issues with my account on Roblox. Someone has been hacking into my sister's and my accounts, deleting our friends, changing the 4-digit code, and altering the email addresses associated with the accounts. They have also been playing games and launching on our accounts without permission. They have exposed us to scams and put our accounts in other games to be hacked by more individuals. This might be the work of bots, but it's causing significant problems. Our usernames are Spiderboy7000 and xXOmq_IshOreoXx. We fear our accounts have been deleted due to the actions of the hackers. This issue seems to be widespread on Roblox. Please assist us promptly.

Hello, I am turtlelyawesomedinos. My previous account byeexy has been stolen for a while now, and despite reporting it before, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I am willing to provide proof that byeexy is indeed my old account. The theft occurred when a friend sent me a link to a supposed free robux game. Trusting them, I clicked on it and entered my password as prompted. Subsequently, my account details were changed, and I have since been trying to warn my friends about the hack. Two of them, roar12354 and another anonymous friend, have also been hacked. Any assistance in recovering my friend roar12354's account would be greatly appreciated. Hi Roblox, I encountered a situation while playing Royale High. A player named "cookieswirl5423" claimed to have admin privileges. When questioned about how they obtained this, they refused to provide details, stating it was a private secret. Their actions seemed suspicious, and when I called them out, they became hostile. They even tried to prove their abilities but left without any evidence. This behavior leads me to believe they may be lying or potentially a hacker. Today, I purchased Rogue Lineage, my first Roblox purchase. While I anticipated a challenging game, I was surprised by the toxic community within it. Individuals who receive praise in the discord for server nitro boosts exhibit toxic behavior. Despite the game's difficulty, the element of unfairness was unexpected. Those who dedicate more time to the game can easily overpower and erase hours of progress for others. I believe investing in a fairer game like Vesteria would be more worthwhile than continuing with Rogue Lineage.

This morning, as I woke up and watched some videos, I wanted to spend my day on ROBLOX. However, when I tried to log into my account, I encountered an issue. I am confident that the password I entered was correct. My account name is "unbleed," and I am hoping for assistance in resolving this matter. I suspect that my account may have been locked due to a possible violation related to an inappropriate shirt design, as my account has a secure pin. Despite my usual stance against online dating and my profile's explicit mention to avoid dating, I felt pressured to go along this one time. Unfortunately, someone reported me for this interaction. I want to emphasize that it was a one-time occurrence in the context of the game, and my chat history reflects my lack of interest in dating. As a teenager, I found it difficult to navigate this situation due to peer pressure. I sincerely hope that my account will not face any negative consequences for this unintentional action. My daughter, with the Roblox username UnicornWolfyKIt, encountered a problem when she switched games from Sword Burst 2. She was logged out and couldn't access her account due to a password rejection. Despite several login attempts, she couldn't get in. The recovery email indicated the need for verification, but I haven't received any verification emails in my parental accounts. It seems she may have mistyped the email. While enjoying a game of MeepCity with my sister and best friend, my gameplay abruptly stopped, and a message popped up stating, "Same account launched from a different device." Disturbed by the intrusion, I immediately changed my password after experiencing this multiple times. Later, when I tried to play Roblox with my best friend, the same message appeared, causing me to feel unsettled and ultimately leading me to refrain from playing Roblox for the remainder of the day. The following morning, upon reviewing my account, I noticed unauthorized activities in games like Work at a Pizza Place, Royale High, Get More Robux, and Top Model Runway, which I had not played. Feeling alarmed, I checked MeepCity, only to be met with the message, "YOU HAVE NO PERMISSION TO PLAY THIS GAME!" I urgently seek assistance to regain access to MeepCity and to identify the hacker behind this intrusion.
