Dear forum members, a game called Claim was developed by the Roblox player Nazheef13. It was supposed to provide me with 25,[redacted] Robux after I entered my username and password. Unfortunately, after 12 hours, it has locked me out of my account by changing my password. I am devastated and seeking help to regain access. Can someone direct me on how to recover my account? While playing Roblox today, a random player approached me at the trade resort and asked to trade. I agreed, and then he initiated two trades in a row. Unfortunately, he tricked me by canceling his trade after I had accepted mine, resulting in the loss of my valuable limited items like the Blue Pocket Pal and the Legitness Business Hat. I forgot my account password and tried unsuccessfully to reset it. When attempting to change the email associated with the account, I realized I still needed the password. Despite multiple attempts, even creating a new account on a different device, the issue persists. Upon noticing the "verify your phone number" step, my secondary account had it, but my main account does not display this option. Feeling stuck, I am turning to Roblox for assistance. This is my final attempt to regain access to my account. Hoping for support to retrieve my password or add a phone verification option. My email below is not linked to the account. Hello, I have been playing ROBLOX for many years. Recently, I fell victim to a scam game that led to my account being hacked. The hacker changed my password, and now I am unable to log out on my iPad for fear of losing all my progress, friends, and badges. My username is ProudPoniatowski, and I recently had a negative experience with another user named Yuri_A from the group Luky's Diner and Bar on Roblox. We had agreed that I would pay him 3,[redacted] robux without any additional costs to cover the Roblox tax, and in return, he would transfer ownership of his group to me. Unfortunately, after purchasing the t-shirt, Yuri_A disappeared with the money and has been unresponsive to any attempts to address the situation. I am seeking a refund for the funds I lost and requesting that his account be banned, or for ownership of the group to be transferred to me. This incident goes against Roblox's terms of service, and as a Builder's Club member, I am disappointed in the lack of protection for users like myself.

Around one and a half years ago, my alternate account was hacked by individuals who managed to befriend me. Even after unfriending them, they created new accounts and appeared on my friends' list. Despite saving my password in Google passwords, one day I found that it was considered incorrect. I suspect these could be scammers. Today, when I checked my alternate account username, I noticed only two friends from before the hacking incident. Since there wasn't a pin on my email associated with that account, the hackers were able to change the email. I kindly request a password reset for the account with the username amjad_adham09. I assure you that I am not fabricating any information or attempting to unlawfully access someone else's account. My genuine name is Amjad Adham, and I am not involved in such activities. Thank you.

My son has forgotten his account password and there is no parent email linked to it. Although he can still access the account on his tablet, he is unable to log out for fear of not being able to log back in. His username is koren1600, and he uses an iPad mini for gaming. The last robux purchase was made 3-4 days ago under his uncle's Apple account, josephlabrec@[redacted]. Recently, when trying to play a game on the iPad, a message indicated that the account was active on another device, suggesting a possible hacking incident. If more information is required to verify ownership of the account, I am prepared to provide it promptly.

Hello, I'm seeking help to recover my two old accounts, TallGarroth and AbsorbingMaxumes. In the past, I made the mistake of giving away my passwords to websites when I ran out of Robux. This led to me losing access to both accounts. I encountered a similar situation with TallGarroth when a "friend" promised me Robux in exchange for my information, resulting in him changing the password and taking ownership of the account. I have already reported these hacking incidents and I am hoping to regain access to these accounts, as I had invested money in them for Robux. It has been two years now. My brother's account is demoss0. He was playing with a kid whose account is yaszed456. The kid seemed friendly and invited my brother to join a game. However, once he joined, my brother got kicked out, and shortly after, his account was hacked. The hacker started messing with his avatar, games, and messages. I was able to witness this because I'm friends with Guns, and we are certain my brother wasn't the one causing these changes. He plays exclusively on my tablet, which was with me at that time. We urgently need access to my brother's account to reset the password as the current one has been changed by the hacker who goes by the username Yaszed456. My username is Kitty_lizzie2004, my brother's is demoss0, and the hacker's is Yaszed456.

Recently, I fell victim to a scam by a player who goes by the name “thedimer_1234.” After deceiving me into sharing my password and PIN number, I realized I had been manipulated when he couldn't provide the promised proof and I couldn't access my account. I promptly contacted Roblox for assistance, but the scammer had already changed vital information on my account, making it challenging for me to recover it. I have been reaching out to Roblox continuously in hopes of resolving this issue. My username is fireranger173, and the scammer is thedimer_1234. I urge the admins and moderators to take action swiftly to safeguard the community and restore my account access. I recently received a 3-day ban from Roblox for using the decal name "ooooooooo." I received a message stating the ban due to inappropriate behavior violating their Terms of Service. I was informed about the ban due to the decal's content being deemed offensive and inappropriate. I have tried to contact Roblox for clarification and assistance, but I have yet to receive a response. I need to resolve this issue quickly since I have plans for tomorrow. I encountered issues with two of my Roblox accounts, "needmoremoney21" and "biriciksamet," which were compromised. After reaching out to Roblox for help, both accounts were temporarily suspended until I could verify my ownership by providing a receipt screenshot from my first account. However, complications arose when my Gmail account got closed by Google due to my age (being 12 years old) and not having a kids account. Despite creating a new kids email, my important Roblox account details stored in my previous email were permanently erased. I am seeking alternative methods to verify my ownership of these accounts and hopefully regain access to them. The join date for "needmoremoney21" was 09/19/[redacted], with top badges in Pet Ranch Simulator and Galaxy Clicker. For "biriciksamet," the join date was 09/13/[redacted], with top badges in Ice Cream VAN SIMULATOR and Bubble Gum Simulator. I humbly request the restoration of both accounts to my new Gmail address: [redacted], as I am eager to resume playing the games and recover the funds I had invested in them. While in Group Recruiting Plaza, I encountered NeonPrivacySword who claimed to be leaving Roblox and offered to donate a Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat to me. Unable to trade directly, he exchanged his other hat with a koala. Subsequently, he mentioned his brother also desired one and initiated a trade request between the three of us to see who would accept first and receive the hat. Unfortunately, upon winning, I discovered the trade was misrepresented, indicating I was to give up my hat in exchange for a koala. I earnestly request my Perfectly Legitimate Business Hat to be returned.

I have a friend who has been hacking a lot recently, and I have repeatedly warned him to stop exploiting because it violates the rules and is unfair. Despite my warnings, he continues and even claims to have discovered a way to obtain 'account codes,' threatening to share them with a group of hackers to steal from our accounts. I am concerned because I have invested a significant amount of time and money into my ROBLOX account, and I fear it may all be lost. I have evidence of his exploiting and am inquiring about the possibility of an IP address ban to prevent his actions. He dismisses the idea of being afraid of account bans, stating he can simply create a new account and continue hacking. He resides in Brazil and goes by the usernames CosmicSnowflakes2 and Ninja_GAMERpvpbr. I regret having to take this action, but his recent behavior has crossed a line, and I no longer feel secure. I kindly ask for assistance in addressing this issue.

I believe my MinnieUe account was hacked while I was playing Roblox on it. After switching to my other account, Hihjuok, and returning to MinnieUe, I later found I was unable to access my account. This occurred after noticing changes to my hacked account within the game. The hacker seemingly spent my Robux, leaving my Hihjuok account without currency for games like Bloxburg. It has been over five months since this incident, and I have been unable to recover my MinnieUe account. I would greatly appreciate assistance in retrieving it.

When I was playing on my hacked mini account, everything was going well. The next day, things seemed fine until I accidentally logged out while trying to play Bloxburg. When I tried to log back in, it kept saying "Incorrect username or password" even though I double-checked them multiple times. I then checked my old account and saw that my mini account had been turned into a boy, which made me realize I had been hacked. I spent the whole day trying to figure out how to get my old account back with no success. Now, I can't play Bloxburg anymore because the hacker used up all my Robux on my mini account. It has been over 5 months, and I really need help to recover my account. Please try to assist me in retrieving my account.

Hello, I wanted to share an incident that occurred on Roblox involving my daughter. A player with the username Irrelevant_Decent insulted my daughter, calling her an "Attention seeking wxhzore." This happened while my daughter was sharing something personal with her friend, and I believe the other player was the one seeking attention by interfering. I managed to capture a screenshot of the derogatory comment made by Irrelevant_Decent. This situation upset my daughter, who has faced bullying in the past. I am reaching out in the hope that the chat system can be improved to prevent such incidents. It is vital that my daughter can enjoy the game without being harassed.
