I have an account pin and two-step verification set up, so I am unsure how this unauthorized transaction occurred. I am looking to rollback the trade and recover my lost items. I have screenshots of the trade as evidence, but dedWayz's account has been deleted.

In [redacted], I contacted you regarding a game called Bloxburg. I paid 25 Robux to play but was banned for unclear reasons. I was advised to reach out to the game developer, which I did recently. I explained my issue and provided screenshots of being kicked due to error code [redacted]. The developer suggested I keep trying to join, but I encountered a new error code (over 10,[redacted]) related to exploiting, hacks, or bots. I play on a MacBook and was told using hacks is not possible. I have a transaction history of buying over 45,[redacted] Robux and joining the Builders Club, which shows my commitment to playing fairly.

I encountered an individual who claimed their father was employed by Roblox, and I mistakenly trusted them. They had a game titled "Donate Me for 1 Million+ Robux," which I wasn't aware was a scam due to my unfamiliarity with Roblox. After donating, I inquired about the promised 1 million Robux upon the person's return online. They requested my Discord information, which I provided despite my lack of knowledge because I was still new to the platform. With Builders Club on my account and [redacted] Robux, the individual later asked for a PIN, which I shared, only for them to log me out of the account and taunt me on Discord before blocking and unfriending me.

I recently encountered an individual who claimed to have a connection to Roblox through his father. Unfortunately, I fell for a scam where the person asked for donations in exchange for a large amount of Robux. Naively, I went along with it, not realizing it was a ploy. After I made the donation and inquired about my Robux, he requested my Discord information. I provided it, unaware of the consequences as a newcomer to Roblox. Shockingly, the scammer asked for my account pin, which I shared, only to discover he had locked me out of my account, taunting me on Discord. My account, under the username nash23122, holds sentimental value as I invested a significant amount into it. Roblox, please assist in locating this individual and securing my account promptly.

I participated in a giveaway where the host promised Robux as a prize. I asked for their group to join, but they didn't have one. They provided their Roblox username, and I offered mine. My Roblox account, Torpidz, got terminated falsely for "third party selling." I never did this, and I received no warning. When I reached out for proof, they refused to provide any. While my daughter was playing Welcome to Bloxburg, she accidentally purchased a house she didn’t want. When she tried to delete it, she lost some game money. She mentioned that in the past, she got a full refund when she deleted items. Is this normal? She thinks she lost about $20 USD due to this mistake. I’m unsure if she received any warning about losing money when deleting the house. I’ve searched for documentation on the purchasing process in the game but couldn’t find any. My account was hacked, and I logged into a game using my backup account. While playing a flight game, a man in gold and yellow offered me more ROBUX despite my refusal. Despite declining his friend request, he somehow appeared as my friend. He insisted I join an obby, which I completed but got prompted to fill in details. Before I could leave, I was called away, and my sister unknowingly filled in the information, resulting in me being locked out of my account. Despite trying for a month, I couldn't regain access. I had an account on Roblox named Dev1n031, created on 12/25/[redacted] when I received a tablet for Christmas. My friend, Boygetsomehelp1738, and I tried to log in simultaneously, but I forgot my password. I made multiple new accounts but desperately want access to my original account, Dev1n031. I am 12 years old and joined with the birthdate March 18, [redacted], selecting the male gender, and befriending Mikeybatman initially. I logged out around April 18. My brother, who has a Roblox account under the name Ninjadoombringer, had [redacted] robux remaining. Since he no longer plays, he wanted to give me the robux. Another brother, Fire994, belongs to a group called Fire Bros Studio. He created a shirt in the group store for [redacted] robux so the funds could benefit the group. With permission, I used Ninjadoombringer's account to buy the shirt, intending for the funds to transfer to the group for redistribution to me. Unfortunately, the robux never appeared in the group funds, and it seems they are now missing. Although we tried to move them to my account (VioletWebkinz), they vanished. I am having trouble logging into my account. I tried resetting it, but it didn't display my email associated with "2002sxs." I am unsure why I got logged out as I don't engage in trading activities. My items, a Supa Fly Cap, and branches on Roblox were stolen, and after reporting it, I did not receive a reply. I really need help as I just want my account back. If ROBLOX wants to resolve this issue, I can provide information about the account and proof of ownership of "2002sxs." I don't know what occurred, but I need assistance getting logged back in. I would like a refund for my Robux. I was deceived by FilipGamer89 in the game Welcome to Bloxburg, thinking it was the genuine Bloxburg created by Coeptus. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a counterfeit version. I unintentionally paid 25 Robux to the imitation Bloxburg because it displayed a thumbnail similar to the authentic one. Upon entering the game, I realized it was a deceitful copy. I felt let down and disheartened that I spent my money on a game I didn't intend to play. With Builders Club, I earn 15 Robux daily. I utilized my 25 Robux on 01/06/[redacted], so now I must wait for two days to accumulate 25 Robux and purchase the real game. Someone pretending to be a Roblox staff member asked me to perform the following steps: Change my password, check my email for the confirmation message, click on a specific link to verify the account, open a new tab while they confirm, and then proceed to change settings in my Roblox account, specifically checking for 2-step verification.

While playing Prisoner Life, I encountered players named Spo0ky765 and Creeper34g who continuously targeted me while I was trying to help inmates escape, which I found frustrating. Creeper34g specifically instructed Spo0ky765 to kill my character named Jaslyn, leading to repetitive attacks. Despite finding the situation ridiculous, I kept a positive attitude and even received a message indicating I was kicked from the game due to a majority vote (Error Code:[redacted]). Upon rejoining, the same issue persisted, with the message reappearing. I have screenshots as evidence. I urge for action against these disruptive players to maintain the enjoyable environment of the game, especially for younger players. Please address this matter promptly. My friend recently encountered an issue with another player named Laura_lemon11 in a trade on the platform. Regrettably, my friend accepted the trade by mistake, and Laura_lemon11 took advantage of the situation by not returning the items. Despite our attempts to reclaim the lost items, she refused. Additionally, Laura_lemon11 even took possession of my in-game van and requested an item as ransom. We firmly believe that Laura_lemon11 should be banned to prevent further incidents of this nature that might affect younger players within the community. It is unjust for players like Laura_lemon11 to engage in such actions in a game meant for children. Furthermore, we kindly request the game developer to restore the items to my friend, Sheepgamer71, as she had invested her resources in acquiring them, particularly in supercars within the game "Adopt Me". It is crucial for fairness and player satisfaction that she receives the items back.

Upon reviewing my recent trades, I discovered that a trade was accepted without my knowledge. The individual involved in the trade was exploiting the system and their account has since been banned. I understand if there are limitations in how you can assist, but these limited items hold significant value to me as I invested a substantial amount of money in acquiring them. The specific items that were compromised include the Adurite Antlers, Playful Vampire, Dancing Apple, and Frozen Attack Noob. In return, I received only a Noob Assist Astronaut. My username is OkayyGramps, and any support in recovering the stolen items would be greatly appreciated.

My younger cousin got upset with me and accessed my account, posting an inappropriate image. As a result, I was banned even though I am not responsible for it. I have reached out to Roblox multiple times, explaining the situation and assuring them that I will secure my account to prevent any future issues. Despite my efforts, they have not been cooperative. It's frustrating because I have invested a lot of time and money into my account. I simply need to change my password and enable two-step verification to prevent any unauthorized access. It's upsetting that they are treating me as though I purposely violated the rules. I regret sharing my password with my cousin, but I should not be permanently banned for his actions. I need help accessing my Roblox account. I had a long password stored on my old phone, which I lost when it got damaged. Despite having a secure password and a linked phone number, I was compromised. After regaining access using my phone number, I discovered [redacted] robux and free builders club perks remaining. Unfortunately, all my limited items were gone, sold to acquire a shirt priced around [redacted] robux.
